The staff at this location are wonderful. Stop by there on my way to a freight and shipping company to pick up a screwdriver. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The store is so nice and clean, the parking lot is so well kept and everything in the store is arranged so properly that even though I walk with a cane and have balance issues, I was able to navigate my way around the store with ease.And they had A&W root beer in the glass bottle.

Went yesterday for a quick pick up item, but had never been to the store and was curious/unfamiliar with where things were so decided to walk around and look to get familiar if i ever needed to stop in again.As I was looking at several variations of an item on the shelf trying to make a decision which one to purchase, three employees minutes apart came down the isle giving me the feeling that I was under surveillance as if I was a shop lifter. Not one offered any assistance.This felt strange as if I was being watched like a criminal instead of a customer, not very friendly.Just before leaving the store I asked the cashier if they priced matched competitor's, she referred the question to the store Mgr. who replied “not amazon or any online retailer, also the item has to be an EXACT match, but its up to the Mgrs discretion” .I completely understand this, but the way it was said at the end “Mgrs Discretion” sounded like there really was no price-match, so in that case just say you don’t and save the confusion please.All in all I absolutely believe in supporting small business’ including franchised ones, however with this one unfortunately do to this experience I’ll drive the extra couple miles to the big box stores and even save a little money doing so.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bought a grill recently and Wesley was a solid, honest dude. We felt confident speaking with him on grill recommendations. Few days later, it was delivered, fully assembled and the delivery team was great as well.

Went to fill up propane tank and the girl laughed because it was sprinkling so they said they wouldn't go outside.I ended up going the ACE on 50 and they gladly filled it up.

I'm in love. I'll never go to one of the other big home improvement stores again for our routine necessities. This Ace has everything I need with a beautiful, clean, and pleasant environment. The employees are wonderfully kind and it's a pleasant experience. I can't wait until my next need so I have an excuse to go back!

The manager Frank was very helpful and helped me with my Eagle project. He went above and beyond to help me and the community with my proposal and supplies needed to kick start my project. This store really cares about people in the community. I'm very thank full for his help.

Little confused on how a business walks in to do business with you and that person says “Hi, How are you?”and not one of 4 employees who were doing nothing acknowledge the customer. Just a blank stare. Great selection, terrible customer service. Also to the older gentlemen, nice smirk, can’t wait to do business again.

excited to have ace hardware near Kings Ridge. Looking forward to supporting local employment, had a great experience during their grand opening! went today to purchase an item and ask for military discount (Which they told us during grand opening would be honored) husband provided his drivers license with veteran, and cashier said “we don’t take that, if you don’t have the military medical card you don’t qualify for a discount“. not even nice about the conversation. she called the manager and said “another one of the drivers license veterans“. we mentioned that we can go to Lowe’s and Home Depot (and probably a better price) that offer all veterans a discount and that we we’re at The new ace hardware in Clermont to support our local store. Manager didn’t care said that’s how it works, not even nice. So we left. Ace hardware needs to show up to the table in an area of many veterans.

Stopped by to get some some paint supplies and was greeted by a rude self absorbed cashier named Nayla. After collecting what I needed I checked out and again Nayla was my cashier. She was rude and impatient. She couldn't even stop her conversation with her Co worker while checking me out and couldn't even look up at me because she was so engrossed by her phone and Co worker. Over all I am not impressed by rhis location or their employees at all.

Bad experience in the store, on one occasion I went to refill the gas tank and neither of the two employees knew how to do it, they had to call and on the phone someone told him and they charge the full tank and they can only serve 80%
