Customer service isn’t the greatest here, the ladies working and putting things back just kind of walk in front of you, and never say excuse me. It’s happened sooo many times and I’m pregnant too, so it’s rather frustrating when they’re bumping into my belly just to hang a shirt back in its spot. I love the store Ross but this one is definitely not the best one I’ve been to before. It’s also pretty unorganized, it seems to pretty much stay looking that way.

It's a store with high customer attraction they always do the best they can do but they are in the middle of a tourist attraction area so it is hard to give the best customer service but they do their best

Store is unorganized and employee Diane was very rude! They said they were closing in 2 minutes, so I got there and she refused to check me out. There was another girl at the register so I asked her and she said she would, but then started mumbling something underneath her breath.

I would have given it 5 overall... except they never have enough people at the checkout. This was actually the 1st day in years that I've seen more than 1 or 2 people at the checkout area.

Went there today (August 7th) around 4:30 pm waited on line to checkout about 25 - 30 minutes. Sam the cashier was the only cashier working at the time the manager was in the front saw the line getting longer and longer and didn't decide to open a 2nd register until a customer in front asked her very politely if another cashier can open there were 3 other employees in the front talking to each other while Sam was taking care off customer after customer. The Manager checked out 2 customers then got off the register told another female to take a customer she really just took care off ONE customer and got back off then manager then came back about 10 minutes later. That is sadly poor management especially when there are employees just standing around talking to each other instead off trying to do something to help customers. Again Sam he was amazing felt so bad for him.

Disorganized like always so hunting is a must if your looking for anything. A lot has to do with customers just putting things in random areas of the store. For the most part you will be able to find things where they go. Some items are great deals and others are not really. But there's something for everyone.

Ross Management is Understaff, it’s incredible that knowing how the economy is, and the storeis full, take advantage to sale your products faster, moving the inventory and make more $$$why don’t get more staff to help customers, you are overworking employees, not fair and it also hurt your business as well, people will go to a different stores, besidesyour quality is not the best

Staff is always friendly, the place always is clean and as organized as a busy discount store could be, and always has a good selection of numerous different styles in all sizes and colors. This is my go-to store for anything they offer, whether it be new work clothes, casual wardrobe, decorations, or even toys for my kids.

The check out process was ridiculously long. The line was long and only 2 employees cashing out. While other employees were closing drawers down and chating with each other. I suggest if your staff isn't going to help your customers have them hang out elsewhere. This came off very unprofessionally.

Lots of selections for men and women girls and boys! Lines can get long but they have many cashiers that keep the line moving! My girl got alot of cute tops for her job. Business attire, active attire major brand for a fraction of the cost

This store is always clean and has a great selection. The only reason this rating isn't 5 stars, is because they always have just one cash register open. It's hard to do lunch break shopping here.

Great!They had a career opportunity stand at the entrance for anyone looking for a job to write their name and phone number. Which is great because I'm looking for a job.Also the staff was lovely. Not the artificial customer service you can sometimes run into.Bought two really cute outfits, a coffee mug, and pair of sandals for $50 so that's a deal.

This particular Ross is open until 12 a.m. on Saturday, I was really surprised. I went into the store about 10 p.m. and I stayed about an hour and a half.even though the employees were trying to rush to get out of there they were still friendly, patient, and professional. Considering the fact that they had just run through Saturday rush, the store itself was in good order and organized. I would definitely recommend to anyone.The only negative I have would be the parking lot itself, was pitch-black except for one street light.

If you have ever shopped at any Ross store, this location is pretty much the same. A lot of great prices, including on some brand names that usually run in the hundreds. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience at this Ross location so far. Definitely would recommend any one to stop by this Ross if you're looking for a decent selection of clothing at really great prices.

I come in this store all the time but today was just ridiculous! The line to pay was too long and they are not doing anything! I called the store and told the person that answered me if there is something they can do about it and he said if I want, to leave my items and they will hold it for me and maybe I could come back on another time where it’s not busy! That’s not trying to resolve the problem. Instead of saying, “I apologize for the inconvenience “ , you want me to leave my items and come back at a later time when it’s not busy!? Are you kidding me!? You guys should be prepared for busy season since it’s summer! You suck! Poor service!
