The Publix store is amazing! Great customer service, fresh meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. The down side is the pharmacist. She is extremely rude and works on her time. I get my prescriptions at the Publix next to Home Depot now.

I called this pharmacy at 3:25pm on Wednesday 1/3. My medication is currently on back order and I've been calling different pharmacies to see if any had the medication so that I can transfer my prescription to that pharmacy to get it filled. I spoke to several pharmacist at Costco, CVS, Walgreens, etc. who have all been extremely helpful and kind. When I called this specific Publix location the technician who answered the phone informed me that she could not provide that information to me since I was not a doctor's office. She was nice about it and I responded in kind back asking her how would I know if I should or shouldn't send the prescription there if I don't know if they have it or not in order to know how best to proceed. She said she would ask the pharmacist. A very rude lady answered the phone saying "this is the pharmacy manager and we can't give you that information". Not a "hello", "how can I help you", "my name is...", etc. Now let me say that this review has nothing to do with whether they have the medication or not and everything to do with how you treat your customers, who without, you ma'am, would have no job. I wouldn't use this pharmacy to purchase a bottle of Tylenol nor would I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to transfer their medications. I am sure that this is not her first time being rude to people and I am fortunate that I have options. I feel sorry for the people who don't have alternatives and have to put up with her. If she treats potential customers like this imagine how she treats her staff. Publix should seriously consider who they have running their pharmacy.

Publix Pours was such a nice experience. The bartender there was so nice and friendly. The drinks were very good and inexpensive. Definitely a new twist to grocery shopping. Highly recommended. They also have a juice bar.

Everything was organized and clean! They also had chicken ready for everyone asking for it. Most other Publix around are terrible with keeping up with having chicken in the display.

Friendly cashiers. No checkout waiting. Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Kids got sushi and tenders like they always do. Hearing no complaints about those either :)

I just feel like I'm at home when I walk through the doors. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, the shelves are neat and clean, and I can always find what I was looking for or a great substitution. When I saw the sign added to say "reindeer food" it just made me smile after a long day of Christmas shopping. Way to go Publix!❤️😀

Stopped for produce and citrus. Strawberries were local and fresh. Citrus, not so much. MANY spoiled/rotten oranges and citrus. Was disappointed.

8/2/23 at 11am. I go to this Publix at least twice a week annd would have spoken to a manger but I’ll probably have to face her again. Everyone is so nice and helpful normally. Today I went into the bakery to order my sons birthday cake with my three little boys. The lady with the maroon/red hair asked me if I needed help and I told her I wanted to order a cake and she asked if I knew which one. I said not exactly as I needed a little help visually seeing the difference in the sizes and wasn’t sure about the filling. While we were standing there my 1 year old scratched my 3 year old who has a sensory processing disorder so he was very upset and crying. The lady with the maroon/red hair was so rude and unhelpful. I asked her if there were different types of chocolate filling and she told me if I wanted to upgrade yes. Didn’t elaborate. She was very blunt and snooty so I just stopped with her. I ended up walking away to settle my emotions down because with my son being upset and dealing with her being so rude and unhelpful I needed a minute so I went to go look at the cake book since I guess I was so uneducated about cakes(I order all our cakes from Publix and I have four boys and have never once had a problem) she could have helped my situation by being nicer or happier instead she was rude and blunt about the flavors and colors I needed. While I was looking the other lady from the bakery came over to help me. I told her I was sorry but her coworker was very rude and she agreed with me. She apologized and helped me order our cake. She had a different shirt on so I’m thinking she may have been a leader or manager. She was very kind and helpful. All I wanted to order was a simple round chocolate cake.Anyway I just came to say. That lady in the bakery who originally helped me needed an attitude adjustment. You never know how you can effect someone’s day. It’s not hard to be nice to someone. Being kind to someone in a stressful moment can really help while being rude can really push someone over the edge.

The store is smaller than most Publix, so there may be items you won't find. However, everything else, including the staff, parking, and organization on the store make up for the size.

Store was beautiful and well stocked.Prices and specials were not updated in the system. So had to leave self checkout to go to a cashier.Cashier seemed annoyed that she needed to find a supervisor.I chalked it all up to being a new store.

Great Deli !! Very kind & professional staff. And they apply the label on the side of the zip lock baggie of meat & cheese so you can easily open and chow down! Grrrreat! 🥇🏆Unlike the one in Richmond, Va.
