Came in today with my two children to get a Sub. Waited in line as two workers assisted the two customers in front of me. I patiently waited. Keep in mind the line was long. Once one of the customers gathered her sub and walked away, I went to the next available worker and requested for a chicken tender sub. Keep in mind I was the next customer in line and just witnessed two workers assisting two customers at the same time to make a their sandwich. After my request, I was then asked to get back in line. I stated I was next in line. That's when two workers who were not assisting anyone just stood there next to the only worker assisting one customer and said "the line starts there". Why have three workers at the deli just to have one only assisting a customer. Every Publix store I attended in the past, I never experienced this type of poor customer service. Most Publix deli's have at least two customers at a time to two workers as I just witnessed today. This was my second time going into that Publix location, never again!

Purchased grass fed ground beef on April 4th. I cooked the beef the following day on April 5th. After I cooked, and ate dinner, I checked the expiration on the packaging because I wasn’t feeling well. The label said use or freeze by March 28th!! I have been sick for the past 2 nights, with vomiting and body aches due to food poisoning from the beef. I went to the ER the next morning because I couldn’t hold anything down. 3 IV fluids later and an expensive hospital bill. Check your meat before you buy. I will never purchase from Publix again.I expect the store manager to give me a call.

Came in today to get bananas, grapes and check out at the customer service desk and the blonde Customer service manager on duty at 2pm ignored us, and did not wait on us. Definitely this store did not live up to their moto "Where shopping is a pleasure "

I just returned meat that had a bad odor and Rick and Seth went above and beyond to correct the issue. Highly recommend this Publix because their management team is phenomenal.

I love this store for after work stops. It is a little small compared to others but that makes it quick to move through. This gives you time to stop at their bar. That's right, they have a bar!

My experience was great!. Everyone friendly and helpful. I called earlier for the Tennessee hot tenders and they made it for me, the guy I spoke to he was very helpful . The 2 ladies today at the deli, Vanessa and Vaniya did a really good job making our subs and the guy at the self check out was very helpful as well. He put our basket back and everything. I also want to add the the shift today had the everything stock even down to the salad bar!

Parking sucks big time. People that work in the store are stressed out obviously. The pharmacy is a mess. 20 people in the line at all times....I only go there if I just have no choice.

Good . But they need more help around lunchtime at the deli and hot foods. I waited approximately 8-10 minutes.. had to ask for a manager to come assist as the others were already tending to customers.

Publix is the most expensive grocery store, sadly we do not have a big selection. I shop at Aldis for price but publix has the beer! And if course the bread. The best thing about this store is the size...I like small stores. They also have a bar which is pretty cool.

Always crowded, so if you're not into crowds, I'd recommend coming early in the morning. They offer an array of buy one-get one sales, which are really good. It's not for items no one uses, so you won't be asking yourself, why did they put THAT on sale?? They can get pricy, which is no big surprise anymore. You can easily stock up on necessary items thanks to all the buy one get ones.

Worst customer service ever. Three items scanned the wrong prices at the register. Instead of fixing the prices, the cashier Sierra just took them out of my basket. Someone who seemed to be a manager named Becky came over and made the whole situation worse. She said just go and get the right items and I’ll give it to you. I went and got them and she changed her mind and said I’ll just take two dollars off. She was rude and has no business in a management position, all she did was insult me. I called the store 3-4 separate days to speak to the store manger Jeff, but kept being told he wasn’t there. I gave up on trying to reach him on the phone and just wrote this review. I will never go to that store again.

This is not one of the best Publix locations I've been to. A purchase, the pre-made salad a few months back, and the dressing that was inside of the salad was expired 2 months prior.This was a salad that was prepped by Publix.They seem to have a staffing issue. I do not go in there during my lunch hour to try to get hot food anymore. Because either the staff is so slow again & again. At the same time, it's so crowded in there with tourists that you can easily spend 45 minutes standing on line trying to get a sub made. Then when you have it pre-made, they don't premake it. They claim oh I forgot to make your sub. Oh we the found the ticket for it right here but we forgot to make it. Let me make it for you right now , and I still had to wait. It is ridiculous! Getting delhi meat cut ,the young man was so slow. I asked him if I could come back there and cut it myself. Because I could cut it faster than what he was doing. And everything that I asked for he had to go in the back cooler to get walked super slow like he was 80 years old, and he was only in his 20s . The manager had to come from the back and take over. That's just how slow he was. So this is definitely not one of the best Publix locations that I've been to. But the Publix that I have been to that I was absolutely impressed with their service. Was the Publix in New Smyrna Beach. They are awesome. I loved my experience at that store. The Publix in new Smyrna beach.

Smaller than most Publix, and floor plan is laid out different. The store is very well stocked, clean and orderly with friendly helpful staff. Rate this store at a 9.5 out of 10.

Irinana in the deli, she made sandwiches for my wife to bring home for us. The best subs and care I have seen with a pub sub in a long time!!! The nostalgia was real, exactly like the pub subs I grew up on. Will be back for her service alone.
