We absolutely loved our experience at Premium Outdoor Products Store!!! Since day one, we felt welcomed and comfortable with their services. We went into the store looking for outdoor furniture for our new pool and renovated backyard and they were super helpful and knowledgeable regarding every kind of outdoor product you may need or want. They showed us different products and spent time with us picking the best products that to meet our budget and needs. They also helped us pick colors and good quality materials that will be resistant and long lasting. Jose and his parents are wonderful people and we will guarantee you that your experience with them will be great as it was was for us! Our backyard is beautiful and complete thanks to them!

We have been to see Jose a couple times now and he has been patient and informative as he explains our different options for quality outdoor furniture. I would definitely recommend looking at their products.They recently moved and no longer on Highway 27 but still nearby.

I would give this company a negative star but that’s not an option. Jose sold me a grill, a grill cabinet and an outdoor fridge. Unfortunately the grill doesn’t fit the cabinet, it’s too big and sticks out in the front of the cabinet. When I complained about this to Hose, his response was that he didn’t install the grill and cabinet therefore it was my problem. His lack of product knowledge and lack of customer service is shocking and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company at all. I spent a lot of money on this set up and relied heavily upon Jose’s recommendations for my outdoor kitchen and the fact that it turned out terribly is his fault. Stay away from this company!

Additionally Jose ordered parts for our Big Green Egg as well and we were amazed at the quick arrival of the parts ordered. Premium Outdoor Products did a great job installing some pet astroturf in our backyard. They had to remove a small stump first and then prep the area and then lay the astroturf. They were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend

I will be a customer for life. Father and son who give old fashioned customer service. Moved to a new house with a grill that needed some TLC. One phone call and they were here to see what was needed. Replacement parts instead of replacement grill. Being honest with these recommendations means when we do need a new grill they will be the ones I use. Also happy to find out they can do it all - synthetic turf; pizza ovens, fire pits, solar power awnings (who knew), just for fun check out the aquabanas. All this and a referral for someone to clean this grill to look like new again! Lucky day.

It is a pleasure dealing with them. Driving by and decided to stop in to see what they had. We were looking for a high-end grill and they took the time to show the differences (pro & cons) between the grills. Went home to check the space and do more research. I checked all the online companies, the service was drop at curbside with a phone number to assist you in assembly and we would have to wait 8 weeks for the grill. Went back to Jose and asked what their price was, it was the same, but there was no shipping charge, they would have it within 1 week, they delivered it assembled and included a cover with the purchase ($85.00 additional online). When you are paying a lot of $$$ for one of these grills you want it to be right.Call them, you can ask them for my phone number if you want any additional info.
