I can't express enough gratitude for Francisco's exceptional service! I've been struggling to schedule an oil change due to frequent hospital visits, making it impossible to set appointments. Francisco not only accommodated me at the last minute with just an hour left in his day but also displayed remarkable patience and kindness throughout. His dedication to helping customers, even under time constraints, is truly commendable. I'm immensely grateful for his assistance and relieved to know there are still incredible individuals like Francisco making a difference. Highly recommend his service!

Oil change appointment took an hour and a half with one other person in the showroom. I used Caradvise to book and pay, and they tried to add an air filter to my invoice (overpriced btw) without even asking me if I wanted to or showing me the old one, while I was sitting in front of them. No communication and slow service. Oil change was fairly priced though and Michelle was kind.

Initially I was not pleased with this location. It took 2 days to even receive a call regarding my vehicle and the service requested, I was then told they had not even seen the vehicle yet. However, once Kendall was involved, the process and communication was very smooth and painless. I would caution everyone to review their service quote as an employee (Bobby) quoted me for a $1200 service that I never requested and then could not explain his reasoning for adding it into the quote or what the actual requested service was and what the fix was. It seems that Bobby is focused on billing as many parts and services as possible and is not concerned with the customer. Kendall was able to sort everything out and I would trust him with my vehicle again.

Walked in for an oil change and tire rotation on a busy Saturday. Francisco greeted me at the front desk and gave me an accurate wait time as well as a quote for the work. I came back to the store at the agreed time and they got right to work. I will certainly bring my truck back to Pep Boys Clermont for future service.

I want to start this review off by stating the technician and the second service advisor, Francisco saved this review from being a one star review. We had called ahead last night and spoke with Francisco on the phone and asked if we could bring our Corvette in to patch a tire, and he was very pleasant over the phone and assured us that we could. We arrived around 8:20-8:30ish and was greeted by the not so friendly counterpart service advisor, George, who may need another training in customer service. He did his job effectively however he was very rude and condescending. As someone who has worked in the dealer industry for the last 4 years and still works for dealerships, I understand that walk-ins can be difficult to handle, especially on a weekend with a skeleton crew. However, that does not warrant the terrible attitude and service that he provided. I believe (from other reviews as well) this man may need to be spoken to by management as it seems other people have also had similar issues as us.Onto the positive note, the technician, Jayden, did an absolutely amazing job, and we appreciate the care and precision he took in taking care of our vehicle. As well as, Francisco, for coming in and saving us from the utter horrible personality of Mr. George. He was a breath of fresh air, a great personality, and very sweet. And I hope that he gets fair treatment from his fellows coworkers as he starts his journey into being a service advisor. It can be a very harsh world with customers, and I think Francisco will do a great job! 👏🏻

The Pep Boys in Clermont off of 27 was amazing. They found the problem I was having with my AC and they were very professional. The mechanic kept me updated on the progress which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this particular Pep Boys!!

In desperate need of a new tire... I called around with no luck until Pep Boys. Fransisco was very friendly and helpful. I had been told some (what I thought) was sketchy info from a competitor and he confirmed that info, which was good to know! However, Pep Boys price beat the competitor's by a considerable amount. You earned a customer!

Old bald man with tattoos that checked me in for my oil change should not be in any position that involves dealing with customers he was extremely rude and condescending for no reason! Also with an appointment for an oil change it took 3 and a half hours for an oil change. I was told 45 minutes at check in. All I expect is don’t be rude and be honest about wait times, oil changes should never take this long after making an appointment. Will not be returning

Second time I've made an appointment but still endured a nearly 3 hour process. Again, I'm the last customer in the shop.after even walk-ins are seen first. I will find another place0 to maintain my vehicle. Maybe Firestone.

Went to pep boys in Clermont today to have a look at my splash guard and I went in and Francisco ( I may have spellled name wrong) took care of me. Gave me a realistic time frame of wait time and etc and they have exceeded both the wait time and the process. Customer service was great and was able to resolve my issue. Thank you guys.

I went in to get my brakes checked. They told me it was going be $1200 to do my brakes. My husband had to open up a credit card through Pep Boys so we could pay for it. I got my car back and my ABS light was on. They had just charged us $1200 for my brakes. So I waited awhile until the gentleman finally got a used part to put into my car to fix the ABS. I wasn't even out of the parking lot and my ABS light came back on again. So I had a problem with my starter. So I brought it to them and asked them about when they were getting a new ABS part in for my car for the anti-lock brake system. They told me that it was already done and that they were not ordering another part. The Gentlemen got really mad at me when I said I was bringing my car somewhere else to have the starter fixed. I asked him when they were getting my part for my breaks and again I was met with. Were not getting another part in. So I spent $1200 on my brakes for them to break my antilock brake system and not replace it. So I still have a problem. They told me to pump the brakes like I used to back in the olden days. I will never come here again. And I will never tell anyone to bring their vehicle to Pep Boys.

The staff and service technicians at your Clermont store were great. I do recommend Pep Boys remodel and make the customer waiting area comfortable with TV/WiFi, coffee and water available while you wait. It's all make shift and in poor condition since they got out of the parts business!

I had high hopes for Pep Boys, Kendal was amazing and so was George, the problem is they did not replace my splash guard properly after $2100 worth of repairs so it came off during my morning commute which is an hour and 10 minutes long, what a nightmare, I stopped at another Pep Boys near where I work and they repaired it supposedly. On the way home same day, the splash guard came off again and was dragging for an hour on the way home I stopped at the sunrise Lakes location and I’m here now .

Not recommend this shop. Came for an alignment and oil change. Took 5 hours to complete, and still have same issue with alignment.They did twice and nothing change. Made refund, but spent 5 hours there.

So after rushing to get here after work and I told him I would be on my way when we spoke on the phone at 2PM to pick up my car. He didn’t call back or mention to be at the shop at a certain time, I used an Uber to get here and it’s 6:05PM. I’m now figuring out how to go home, how to get to work tomorrow and my car is in the shop. I just wasted $10.00 for nothing no reimbursement nothing. I used pep boys in the past to resolve my car problems and service was amazing, never again! I have kids to get home I don’t live nearby I live one hour from here! Now I have to get out of work early at 4pm somehow this was not supposed to be this difficult!!

I bought a battery with a 48 month warranty. When that battery failed in the warranty period, I returned it and obtained a replacement battery with a 48 month warranty and told the calendar started again. 13 months later the battery failed. I was told Pep Boys policy is not to honor a warranty more than once. I lost over #200.00
