We love this place!! My dog gets excited when we walk thru the doors ❤️ which is such a relief when you have to board them and leave them! They are so friendly and attentive to the dogs! We also get him groomed there too. They do a terrific job!! When he leaves, he smells so good and feels so soft 😍 I highly recommend for all your dog needs!!

Took my dog for boarding for a few days. Staff is very friendly and the price is not too expensive. My only complaint is that my dog smells very bad. From the moment he was brought out I could smell this super musty odor. Not sure if it is from the towels or blankets he was laying on, but I gave him a bath right when I got home and he still stinks a day later.

They did an amazing job with our German Shepherd. The price was very reasonable. She had also never been to the groomer before but did amazingly well thanks to them!

We are also staying at Clerbrook rv resort but found Pawfection Connection on Yelp and Google. We used their day care a few weeks back and at that time had them wash both our poodles. They did a very good job with that so we took them for a full groom. They look beautiful and we are very pleased.

Great place for pet boarding. I have taking both of my chihuahua dogs there a few times in the last couple of years and they seemed to like it. Also, the workers there are very welcoming and caring. During check-in process they always ensure all shots and records are up to date and take very detail instructions on the care of each pet. If they ever have questions they contact you to ensure everything is done properly. Prices are also very reasonable.

I have been reading reviews of this place on Facebook. They are not good. People, research this place before bringing your pet here.There's a lady on here now talking about how they drop their dog off and a couple days later came to get it and the dog died that night because this place didn't take proper care of their animalHe was happy and healthy when dropped off....he GOT sick while in their care and they did nothing for this dog They let him sit there and be sick and did nothing and it died right after leaving their care for several daysI don't know what all happened, but they should have noticed a sick animal in their care.Just something to consider before you drop your baby's off!Just read their reviews on Facebook first

I took my 2 year old German shepherd up for a full spa day. Odin LOVES THEM! I brought him up and everyone was so sweet and caring. (I was getting emotional about leaving him there) and when I went to pick him up he was so soft and shiny. Nails trimmed and oh my Goodness he smelt amazing! Thank you guys so much. You have a customer FOR LIFE! Odin and I both thank you ❤️

This place is staffed with angels!! I went in on an emergency for my cat Couture who had her nails growing into her toe beans out of my own negligence for working out of town long periods of time. Within seconds she took care of my cat as soon as I explained the situation ! I thought it was one ingrown nail, she found a second and took care of not only those but trimmed the rest of her nails. And followed the proper procedure to clean the wounded areas. These women clearly know what they’re doing! I am so grateful that they were there ! This was a blessing!! My cat didn’t even try to escape what was happening, once she must’ve felt the relief, she allowed Kayleigh to grab her paws to finish the work. And my cat doesn’t let anyone but me hold her paw! I will be making sure to come back for further grooming services and highly recommend them!! Thank you thank you thank you!! You saved the day!!! 💕💕💕

We used the this place for almost 5 years for our 100 lb dog, Grendel. When we lost our AC in July several years ago, I didn't think this would be a good situation for our 11 year old old dog. They took care of her for almost 2 months and she loved it! She always loved being there. When she realize what parking lot we arriving at, her tails became a dangerous weapon and she would virtually drag me to the front office. And every time we arrived they looked as happy to see her as she was happy to be there.We are currently working with a foster dog and we can't wait to use them again. Thanks for always being there and loving the little ones in our family as much as they love you!!

We love Pawfection Connection! We have been taking our dogs here for over 2 years. They are very accommodating and friendly staff. They take the best care of the dogs. We never have to worry when they stay here. The dogs are always excited to go and are in great spirits when picking them up. I highly recommend this kennel to keep your pets 😊

Coco passed lastnight because of there incompetence Update!!! We had to take coco into an emergency vet he definitely has hypothermia and dehydration and something wrong with his stomach that happened over the last few days they have to run more tests on him how did they not know this if he was being taken care of?!??!!! I will definitely be getting in touch with my lawyer!!! They need their licenses revoked IF YOU LOVE YOURE FUR BABIES DO NOT USE THESE PPL!!!!We left our babies from Friday through Monday night there small boys and we went an picked them up Tuesday an the smallest one was dehydrated an lethargic I’d have left 0 stars if I could’ve they never called us an said you’re lil boy isn’t eating or drinking I’ve never had a boarder who cared so lil for there boarding puppies it was like they never cared to be bothered im beyond furious the dogs was all Just left in cages or thrown out in a small fenced area maybe if they was lucky once a day the red headed lady acted like it was an inconvenience to be bothered by customers so I can just imagine how she treated the fur babies

Great experience! Every staff member was so nice and genuine. Amy did a phenomenal job with my Pug’s grooming. I’ve never seen anyone able to get her nails so short and nice! My dog was happy and not stressed when I picked her up. We will be going back :)

We have been clients of Pawfection for several years and there isn't any other dog daycare or boarding facility I'd bring my pets to. John and his team are amazing and treat every one of us (human and furry) like family. They have always taken the time to answer questions, offer suggestions and understand the specific needs of our pets. We consistently receive outstanding customer service and excellent feedback with regard to our pets' visit whether for the day or over an extended vacation. We've had no issues when dropping our pet(s) off for daycare or in booking a slot for boarding. And we have complete peace of mind in knowing that our pets will get terrific care in the good hands of this dedicated team. We'd be lost without them!!

We were unfortunately evacuating from Hurricane Michael. The owner was so sweet. He got us in immediately, gave us a discount on the boarding and even had the pups bathed for us at no charge. The staff was so sweet and friendly when I called to check on our fur babies and reassured us they were eating and doing great ❤️ I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have found them! I would not ever hesitate to bring my dogs back ever!

The facility is very clean the location is great! Most importantly, the staff is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and professional. The doggy day care choice of champions. We've boarded our pooch here a bunch of times and she seems to like it.On a side note while they have parking on Citrus Tower, it's much less stressful if you just turn into the Citrus Tower parking lot and park there. Like any respectable pet establishment, they have a dispenser with bags and a garbage can in case your pup gets too excited and can't hold it.

I really like this groomer and I have never used a groomer before. My 2 toy yorkies were taken care of so well and the staff was very friendly. My dogs had an excellent hair cut and we're very happy. There were no issues. I will certainly use them again!

I called many places and went on tours to them as well, since moving to Florida I have 4 dogs. I have a lot of experience in the industry as I managed several dog kennels in New York and this kennel I was most impressed with staff and my tour today. Plus they take intact animals. If my dogs receive the type of care I saw and heard from the staff I have no doubt we will stay customers. After my stay I will update my review

Have had no issues with boarding my Maltese here but when I used the groomers for the first time, it wasn’t that great. Both of my dog’s ears were nicked to the point where they bled and after letting them know to shave around the mouth area so that he didn’t get hair in his mouth when he eats, it didn’t happen. I was disappointed with the results. Won’t be using them again.

Our two dogs love going here. When I step in the door, they’re scrambling to get in the back! They just had a stay over New Years. Our Pitty doesn’t handle fireworks well and the staff assured us she wouldn’t hear any out there and just in case they would put them in the back with music playing.They are always super accommodating, and will try to fit you in last minute if they can.

I have been using Pawfection for about 4-5 months now. We utilize doggy daycare for our now 6 month old puppy, Blue. He absolutely loves coming here and the staff is very attentive. I have used their grooming service once so far but will definitely continue. Everything about pawfection has been by far beyond expectation and I am glad that I found this place.
