I hit your site up on chat , I needed a notary . I was told by chat "Yes we offer that service" I went to the Clermont location and waited 10 Minutes in line the associate said "No we don't have a notary ,but you can try a bank" What the hell the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Horrible service and obviously your off shore help is clueless . Another reason to go elsewhere . UPDATE Corporate got a hold of this ,apologized and stated offshore may have been confused and thought I was asking for Notary stamp.... Also sent me an E card .

I purchased a journal, 3 ring binder, and 2020-2021 calendar/planner. They did not have a large selection of calendars/planners. Maybe due to end of year they are getting more selections soon. 🤔 I payed:Calendar/planner: $15.993 ring binder: $8.49Business Journal: $10.39Total after taxes: $37.32The store and parking lot were not crowded, all staff were using mask, and safety dividers are in place at check out. The store was also very clean and the staff were friendly. 🙂

Straight entering the store did not get welcomed or asked if i needed help (definite sign of no customer service).Was honestly only looking for pricing for printing some invitations and a poster, if price was reasonable would have placed an order tonight.Waited in line where it says for printing services starts wait to be called......looked around off the bat i see 3 employees and while im waiting there 2 saw me and did not even bother to acknowledge me. Took another look and saw the sign on the counter of printing services say closed so i say hello can someone help me....no one spoke or acknowledged me (not surprised).Walked up to one and said hello can you tell me who can help me with printing services if its closed and he says its closed and I said I see that but can someone help me with prices atleast and he says no I would have to come back tomorrow. So now im frustrated due to its raining and I see they close in 30 minutes so why have people working that honestly mentally clock out in their actions 30 minutes before closing.Makes me miss Staples they were always nice to the minute before closing.

My wife took care of our business dealings for the last 30 years and never voiced a complaint to me. Now that she can no longer do this I have been dealing with Office Depot. I find the stores well stocked, no clutter anywhere and very helpful employees. A true pleasure. Thank you.

This Clermont Office Depot is pretty much my go-to location for everything office. Generally far more reliable than Walmart for a whole slew of items that I need. Nice staff too, you'll be pleasantly surprised when you discover that they really know their store and the products they sell well and if they can't find something they can get you the equivalent or get it online. I have been going here for more than ten years and and plan to keep going because I like everyone, especially Edwin and Lisa.

Update 7/11/23: My previous review from earlier in the year was not so pleasant due to their printer machine being out. Since then, I have frequented a few times and services have been much better! Harvey and Lisa have a lot to do with that! There was an issue with a large print order and without hesitation Harvey took them back to correct them. Lisa took over from there and not only called to confirm over the weekend, but promptly corrected the issue and updated me when it was ready.

I went to your store to print a picture with the use of a template that I saw online. Upon arrival I was told that is only available online. I was so frustrated. I was at a loss and overwhelmed because this was a picture for my sons memorial service. Juliette went above and beyond to help me find a template and make it from scratch. It brought tears of gratitude literally. You never know how much kindness can mean. Giver her a raise!

Just purchased a printer there. Edwin was very helpful. He helped answer all our questions. He even gave me great insight on printing my business cards there. I used to go elsewhere but it’s so much more economical there. Love doing business with them. Great store and awesome customer service !!! 5 stars in my book :)

If you need tech support services, ask for Dominic. He was very fast, thorough, addressed and fixed all the issues I was having. Also, never lost patience with me, and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Not cheap, but worth it:)

We really like this Office Depot. The staff is always helpful and they know what they are talking about. They aren't just trying to see a product, they want to make sure that you are buying something that works for you. The printing services are great as well. We no longer live in the area but will gladly drive the hour or so to this store.

Been to this location before but today I had a horrible experience trying to return items purchased online. I did this before and a manager assisted me. Today the girl at the register who appeared to have rolled out of bed (appearance and demeanor)and never said a word to us called the mgr for assistance. There seemed to be a challenge with the bar codes but it’s the lack of effort to assist me that disappointed me. Edward was clear to remind me that he was the GM but what’s the point of being GM if you can’t assist clients or go an extra mile? Total fail and hoping they get better with service.

Lisa at the Clermont store off of Hwy 50 and Hancock is AWESOME in the printing dept. she answered all my questions, gave me options, a sample of the product….and did it all with a friendly tone, and big smile! I would highly recommend this store!

Tried 4 times between 5:30 and 6:15 to call no one answers the phone. Drive 12 miles in evening traffic to hear oh we don’t stock that in store. Total waste of my time. Done with your company. Will dance on your grave when you go bankrupt. Sorry service.

This is the BEST office supply store around!!!!Edwin and Alyx, have gone above and beyond for me in the past week, I have been there 4 times in the past 7 days and these two employees have helped me more then I could ever imagine. They are both excellent at that their jobs and very knowledgeable and on point! It doesn’t seem like good customer service exsists anymore, but these 2 have exceeded my expectations, they need a raise:))
