This is getting a star because my car runs at least and because I have to pick at least 1 star.I take my car to this dealership for service because my folks have bought multiple cars there and, at some point in time, spending loads of money in a place meant something. My car is having an electrical issue that over 3 days is being communicated that it’s going from this tech to that tech, whatever, it gets fixed, I drive it home. I live about 30-40 minutes away but again, I come from loyal people who are loyal to this dealership.I have zero reason to look in my backseat for a day or two and when I look the back panel of my passenger seat is on the floor next to the rod that holds my hood up. To me, it stops being about parts of my car being on the floor of my back seat and starts to become “well clearly they didn’t double check their work at all, so what assurance do I have that I’m safe now?” Also, they ABSOLUTELY ACCEPTED 100% OF MY PAYMENT for a job that just wasn’t 100% completed.I let my folks reach out to their service manager, Ryan, because again, relationships, loyalty, trust, etc. and then I get back involved in the communication. What I wanted was someone to come to me and finish the job, since I’ve already given up time at work for this vehicle, and that practice is common at many other area deals when THEY screw up.I get the run around for a few days, I’m asked what day works and I say tomorrow, then tomorrow comes with no response so then I have to follow up AGAIN and AGAIN and finally i just said to hell with it and figured it out myself and I finished the job that I paid professionals for.Texted the service manager just to say “hey I get it, I come in with my Dad, no need to take me seriously right?” and that’s where we are.I brought my car in because, in part, my car would pick really unfortunate times to just die (died on I4, the 408, and in the middle of turning against traffic). I was concerned enough about my safety to go somewhere my family trusted and they took my money and laughed at me.

Just want to show my gratitude for Napleton working with me to get my new car! Without Ms.Jennifer none of this would have been possible. She displayed such kindness and urgency and did everything in her power to make me walk out of there in good spirits as well as in some new wheels. I was given sound advice not just on the purchasing process but on life too. The conversations flowed and she was more than a saleswoman. She felt like a friend! Jennifer needs to be commended because she diligently worked me for 4-5 hours! Also I can’t forget about Mr Stoner. He was making magic happen behind the scenes as well. So huge shoutout to her and the rest of the crew . They’re really dope 👍🏽

I am very pleased to give a five star review to Napleton, Jeep of Clermont. Jennifer Wheeler was our sales associate and from the first encounter to the final signing she couldn’t have been more helpful and easy to work with. I had just been to another large dealership where their “tactics” were less than favorable and decided to stop into Napleton where I received the exact opposite of treatment for myself, father and daughter who were with me. It was a nice relaxed, no pressure environment where we had time to look without hovering and badgering about premature questions or personal information. Simply put Jennifer knows how to read people and offer them kindness and respect. She listened to my questions and was honest when unable to answer all of them. Two days later I returned after lunch, test drove the Jeep Wrangler and closed the deal in time to be home for dinner. Thanks Jennifer for such a positive experience and to the rest of the staff and management for creating a kind low pressure environment. So many places turn what should be an exciting experience into a disaster of attitude and ego, but Napleton effortlessly made this whole day pleasant and a lasting positive memory and a desire to return when the day comes for another vehicle. It's been 3 weeks since I came to Florida from Korea to study, and I met Preston and Tommy after having a hard time getting a car. I've been to at least 30 dealer shops in 3 weeks and no one has helped me like them. The consultation on the price of the vehicle was perfect, and they considered me a lot for convenience at the dealer shop. Thanks to their help, I bought nissan sentra 2019 at a reasonable price and I'm very satisfied.Do not hesitate to buy a car in this place. Go find Preston and Tommy

Yesterday I completed likely the best customer buying experiences I‘ve had in some time thanks to my sales associate Osdael Marquez. With his assistance I just leased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator as a gift for my wife. Osdael’s salesmanship including his transparency and assistance (versus selling) were greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the Jeep products and services were phenomenal. I got the feeling he sincerely cared that dollars were well spent and that i got the best deal that he and his team were able to make. Kean was very knowledgeable gave us lots of tips on the Ram also walked us through all of the features and helped us set up the app.The manager was also very nice and worked with us to meet our requests. Napleton is a nice dealer with a large selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Joshua showed me around at the different RAMs they had and let me test drive one as I was on the fence. Shaniya then followed up with me the next day to answer my questions and schedule a trade evaluation. Evan and Carlos then worked with me to get into the numbers to come to an acceptable agreement allowing me to walk out with a 2024 RAM 2500 Rebel. I love this truck! Thank you all for putting in the effort to work out a great deal. Thank you Evan for letting me come back to get some things I left in my trade.

This is for service. First Mike is awesome and should get 5 stars. Second, Dany is not great, hard to work with and would only give 2 stars.Main reason for 2 stars is it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. You might think why not have an appointment. And that’s where I tell you I had an appointment and was instructed to come in at the time I did.Sorry guys, can’t afford spending ridiculous time on an oil change. This will be my last service appointment here.Again, Mike was awesome and I would definitely work with him again, but not here.Update: received a voicemail from service wanting to talk. I called back and requested to speak with someone. I left a voicemail with my details. Happy to discuss further.Update: I tried once more to reach out. The dealership/service area will not return calls. They complain about "tried to reach you, but have been unable to connect with you." while I'm actively trying to return their calls.I'm still willing to talk, just return my call.Update: Brian returned my call. He was very understanding and apologized for the experience. I had a good discussion with him and really appreciate that he reached out again. Updated from one star to 4

Very Happy customer. Delivery of vehicle surpassed expectations. The pictures online were great but in person was even better. I spoke with Jeff initially who initiated the showcase and valued my trade generously. The next day as promised, I was updated promptly by Brooke with pictures and a walk-around video which gave me full confidence to move forward with the purchase. Once I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and had already been serviced: I checked the oil and the incabin air filter; both brand new; no bluff. Once the test drive was complete, Carlos the sales manager looked over the numbers and made sure that everything on the invoice was to my satisfaction and exactly what we had agreed prior. He also explained what was included with this particular Jeep model which was great information to know. Then the finance manager Holly finalized the rest of the purchase with much appreciated expertise. Overall, great experience and I’d like to thank all the team members who contributed in making my dream car purchase a reality!

If you need help with service Manny is your guy! I went in for a recall notice and explained every step of the process to me. While there he noticed two of my tires where dangerous to drive on and he helped me find the right price tire and got me in two new tires. Never pushy and was always engaging! Recommend this place for any service needs you have!

Great car buying experience! My husband and I have purchased 10+ cars over the years and this was a fantastic experience. Samantha Bruno was a pleasure to work with for our purchase. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and she worked with us to get us in the vehicle we were looking for.We’d shopped around at other dealerships and we found Napleton had more inventory on hand than others we’d visited. They had many different makes and models including new and pre-owned vehicles. The inside is comfortable, has ample seating, and charging ports in the waiting area. They also have a beverage station which was much appreciated after being outdoors in the Florida heat.We went in knowing the type of vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and Sam took care of the rest. Thanks to Sam and the entire staff that made the car buying process stress-free and seamless!

I have had the worst experience with service. I bought my truck there and an extended warranty there. I brought my car in for repair in late December. They had to order the parts and said it was safe to drive. My tire ended up damaged. It finally failed last night and I came out today to a flat tire. When I dropped my spare tire down, I found out that they did not reattach the rear sway bar. I was told several times to bring it in. I was supposed to get a call back at 9 and after 4 hrs I called. Again I was told to bring it in until I had to send them a picture that it was un-drivable. It was towed there at 2:15 and I was told they would get it right in. Another 4 hours go by and I called again and they had done nothing with it. No ticket even. I missed a day of work today from your mistake and will have to miss more work tomorrow because it’s not done. I need a front tire since it was how I found out there was a problem but I’m not confident that you could put it on within a reasonable time. I would rather have it back. I am not happy that I bought the warranty if this is the type of service to expect. If I didn’t have the extended warranty, I wouldn’t use them for any repairs.

Update: One year later - I am disappointed in Napleton Service as I purchased the Napleton Care which was supposed to cover a certain number of oil changes in the first year, but when I get the service done, they charge it to my Jeep Wave package. This has happened to me twice this year. I have called each time and also made certain the second time that the Service Writer knew to charge to the Napleton Care and they charged it inaccurately again. Very disappointed!!I had a great experience working with Brooke Charlton and team at Napleton Clermont. We appreciated the prompt and generous package they put together for our Jeep Gladiator!
