We asked for 10 boxes of Levolor trim and go WHITE blinds. We needed 2 of the boxes to be cut. The associate went and got the boxes, cut 2 of them and brought them to us where we were waiting. Each cost $52. All the boxes said “white”, so of course I’m sure they are. When we got them installed for our surprise the blinds turned out to be off white, beige. I go to the store and the manager, Alisha, says I can’t return them because I picked the box. Well, even if would have picked the box, the box says “white”. But in this case I didn’t even picked them. I asked for everything. I would have never thought a box that clearly says White blinds would come out as beige. So now I have 10 boxes of blinds that are no use for us, spent $600, and applied for a credit card for a discount that doesn’t mean anything. Talk about customer service.

While inventory accuracy could be improved, this store still offers a positive shopping experience.On a few occasions, I've noticed discrepancies between the online stock numbers and what's available in-store. However, the staff is always friendly and helpful in finding alternatives.The convenience of this location is a big plus, especially since it's about the same distance as the Four Corners store. However, for items with limited stock online, I might head to Four Corners to ensure availability.Overall, the positive environment and helpful staff keep me coming back. Hopefully, future improvements to inventory management will make online stock numbers even more reliable.

I’ve gotta say, every time I go into Lowe’s, Mark in the lawn care/grills department always goes above and beyond to help me get whatever I need.He helped me pick out my smoker/grill combo a few years back, and is always happy to chat bbq when I go in there. He’s always helpful in not only picking out accessories I need, but also in coming up with new recipes to try.I really appreciate people like him, for always delivering great service and giving great advice in making the right purchase. He’s awesome!

We are remodeling our kitchen. We spent 4 plus hrs selecting all appliances ,all the same brand . Over 2 days We were told everything was in stock, except the oven/range . Was told all will be available to ship on the 13th of April .Great! Came in today to purchase ,and was told we couldn't pay for the range because its not in stock. The sale is over 04/03/2024. So now a price increase. Really! We went to Home Depot across the street. They had everything in stock but the refrigerator. No problem! They took our money for everything. Will be delivered 04/18/2024. By the way it was $480.00 less. Lowe's has lost us as a customer. Management was definitely no help. Maybe some day Home Depot will merge and then it will a more customer service company.

I prefer to go to Lowe's because they always have whatever they announce in stock. Yesterday was no exception. I got my nursery pots and a beautiful little plant I liked. Nice place!

I went there to make some copies of some keys and I seen an employee by the name of Shaw who was downstocking in electrical. I asked him if there's anybody that can cut a key for me and he said sure. He stopped down stalking and proceeded to walk me to the key machine. He cut my keys and we had a very nice conversation. It's quality people like this that keeps regular customers coming back thanks a lot Shaw. You are appreciated.

The usual as far as customer service from any of the corporate stores..slightly better actually. They offer excellent warranties on their products and have a nice Home & Garden section.P.S. STOP WATERING THE DESERT ROSES/ADENIUM OBESIUM !!!!!!Whoever is in charge of the Garden Centers needs to post this at every location that sells these plants. Lowe's gets some really nice grafted Desert Roses, only to be drowned & put out to clearance. The only one's I've purchased (all very nice), were shipped in the day before so the roots didn't have time to rot. I would recommend at the least putting them in full sun so they have a slightly better chance. I realize everything is covered under insurance, but look at some of the remarks in groups on social media pertaining to the conditions that "Lowe's" keeps "Wet toes" on the Desert Roses/Adenium Obesium

I really like Lowe’s but what a disappointing experience I had at the CLERMONT store. Tried to buy a DeWalt reciprocating saw today with all the extras needed. There was nobody in the tool area so I asked someone to page an employee, which they did. Waited for about 5-10 minutes and asked again for someone to get me an employee so I could make the purchase. Again nobody came. This store doesn’t want your business. I’m heading to Home Depot.

Used to be better than Home Depot but now pretty much the same though with slightly better organization. If you come after noon, especially on the weekend, you may as well just find a cart in the parking lot and bring it on with you because you won't find one in the store. Lowe's could learn something from grocery stores and just assign someone to be the cart collector.

I LOVE LOWE’S! Lowe’s Clermont is amazing! Lowe’s Clermont have the prettiest spring collection! I got approved for the Lowe’s Advantage Credit Card & you automatically save 5% on each purchase! Also when you use your Lowe’s advantage credit card for the first time you get 20% off your first purchase but the discount will not exceed $20. The ladies at the service desk was amazing! The cashier Mrs. Elizabeth was such a sweetheart! I don’t remember the lady name from lawn & garden but she was very knowledgeable and nice! I will definitely be back to shop for more home improvement needs!

Pickups are a mess. They have this sign and register that says pickup here. The big problem is nobody is ever there. To make it worse my pickup items are never ready even though I've received notification that they are.

Everything about my two trips to Lowe’s over the weekend was A+. Friendly and ample staff, well stocked aisles, clean store and parking lot, and very fair prices. Picked up various types of wood for a platform bed frame project. Several pieces needed to be trimmed down and Gabe in the lumber section was phenomenal. He explained their cutting machine can’t handle 4x4 so I went for some 2x4’s instead. Ax at the checkout area helped me locate a few items, he was very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommended this store. About $100 total cost for the pictured 48”x75”x22” frame.

Bought 1277 sq ft of flooring microwave refrigerator and washer and dryer was given a four hour window of 10-2 no show no call. I call to get answers and am told it will be here sometime between 12pm and 12 am of the 20th yet they stop running at 8.The lady in the delivery department is zero help other than saying i can create a ticket that you are still waiting and you only get a 30 min window of notice. I am on a vacant house with an infant waiting on this delivery.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF TIME MATTERS TO YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME OR YOUR BUSINESS.

I was there to get a pickup microwave all of the customer service staff were only concentrating on the returns. Myself and fourother people in line we're very annoyed that not one of them had come over as it will be with you in one minute it seemed like they were more concerned with the return line then the pickup line. I was there for 25 minutes first in line to pick up a purchase that was a profit not a return. Once I did get service sorry I don't remember her name but she was very helpful very quick and apologetic.

Best Lowes I have ever been in….and I have been in a lot. So clean and organized. That hardware section was immaculate. I tend to clean an area up waiting on my husband to figure out what he needs. Look at this aisle, nothing for me to do!!
