It was our first time at the Loving Hands Grooming place. The groomers were very friendly and did a very good job for our short haired basset hound mix doggie Casey. The nails were trimmed exactly the way we described to them. They were very understanding of our dog's behavior traits and anxiety. It was nice of the groomers to consider not to spray much fragrances at the end of the session because we are allergic to some of them. We definitely will return in the future.

Don’t bring your pets here! They pretended to bathe my dog and claimed that she wouldn’t let them cut her hair. The reality was they didn’t even bathe her! They just put some perfume on her. Her top knot was the exact same as when I brought her in and she still had the same hair tie on. They charged me $35 for a bath she never got and an extra 5 for brushing some knots out that they never even brushed. Ridiculous!!! Cant believe a buisness would take advantage of their customers like this and lie. Will not be returning!!

Today I took my yorkie in for his first grooming. I paid $70 for them to give him a cute yorkie cut with a teddy bear face. THEY SHAVED MY 8 month old yorkie! His hair is different length later all over his body. His face has longer hair in the left and shorter on the right. I’m in shock at how and what they did to my baby. Don’t take your dogs there. And if you do beware of the horror that you might end up with. It’s unfortunate that my baby went through his first grooming from a horrible establishment! I want moy money back!

Never going back & cancelled my cc payment. My dog loved going to the groomer for almost 3 years... Now we move & go to a new groomer & she has come home several times with mats, not really clean, it took 1/2 the day & she doesn't want to go in & starts shaking...I watched thru the window to see a guy ripping her tail hair out by the handfuls...I talked with the manager to have her tell me that was normal & everything else was normal & had no intent to help or even reimburse me...Don't take your furrbabies here!

I took my puppy to Loving Hands for his first trip to the groomer, and they did an amazing job! You can tell they love what they do, and are great at it. I couldn't recommend them enough, and I will be coming back!

I will not go back again! They have flees there. My dog takes Nexgard so she doesn’t get flees and she did. As soon as we left she was itching like crazy going nuts got her home and looked on her belly flees were crawling on her. They need to bomb that place and get the flees under control, it was so GROSS.

Love this place. They take VERY GOOD care of our little Yorkie! He LOVES it here and every interaction with Loving Hands is excellent and professional. You can tell they love animals and love making sure our fur babies are looking GREAT!

Had to find a new groomer for my senior silky terrier. I have to say I couldn't have found a better place for him to get the Pampered treatment. The only downside is that I wish I would have been taking him there sooner. From the owner, to everyone down the line, they were so considerate, extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient. They provided the type of personalized attention that was worth every penny.

Terrible experience here. Inconsistent pricing and service. They groomed my poodle 3 times and each time I paid a different price. The last time I paid $15 more than the other two times and my baby's nails weren't clipped, ears weren't cleaned, and she had the worst cut ever. The groomer completely missed a few spots. Not to mention, they had her for 6 hours. I'm not sure if she had a chance to go out or if she was locked in a crate the whole time. Terrible experience. NEVER RETURNING!

This is the best pet grooming spot in Clermont FL hands down in my opinion! The staff there was outstanding and extremely helpful. They were even able to get me in the same day. The man they have there who handles the bigger dogs was able to handle my outrageous/rambunctious hi-strung dog. My dog is not people or other animal friendly, or so I thought until this experience. I would highly recommend this place! Smiley loved it!

These ladies were very sweet people. My dog is kind of a anxiety filled mess and they handled her very well. My dog looked great after the cut and they gave her some cute bows. Great service.

This is my first time with a poodle breed so I've never used a groomer. They were so helpful and thorough. My pup was adorable when finished! Will definitely be back! Rebecca did a great job!

Let me just say I don't normally do reviews. But in this case I just couldn't help it. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! Starting from my call to make an appointment for my 4 fur babies. Angie was so sweet and patient. Asking their names and info, clearly understanding what they needed. I was going to a Groomer closer to home but they were very lacking in customer service and that alone makes me uncomfortable to leave my sweet fur babies. But Loving Hands Grooming, while it's a little further of a drive, is worth every minute it takes to get there. They treat you and your sweet fur babies like family. Thank you Angie and Crew you guys are the BEST!!!

I brought my puppy Kori for the first time to get groomed, and they were so wonderful! They didn’t try to upsell me; they actually listened to what I needed and gave me the package that best suited her (which was actually cheaper). They were really patient with her since she was a little shy at first and always asked if she could have treats. They did a phenomenal job on her trim and people were literally making comments about how good she looked for days!

My 70 pound rescue, who is afraid of pretty much everything, was treated with so much love and care from every person in there. They even educated me on certain health concerns that I would have never caught on my own. From the counter to the groomer and the owner, I felt appreciated and I knew my baby was going to be taken care of. Loving Hands is an awesome establishment and I highly recommend them.

They forgot to clean his right ear and his nails are still sharp. I was quoted $85 over the phone for a 45lbs puppy. Then $95 when I showed up base in size. I understood that his a large puppy dog and the price needed to be re-adjusted. The excuse given was that the front desk lady who sched the appointment is new and in training. At pick-up since he was more work than what they anticipated they raised up the price to $125. As a company they should let the customers know about the possible charges up front. What happens if I couldn’t pay the extra fees? The front lady was very condescending with her explanations. Wouldn’t recommend…

The staff and groomers here are fantastic. They always fit you in even without appointment. I have two big Labradors and they do a excellent job on them. If your dog needs grooming definately. Stop by and see them you won't be disappointed.

If you are considering this groomer Be VERY VERY specific with what you request. Poor pup was groomed completely opposite of what was expected and from what he typically gets. If you are dissatisfied, don’t bother expressing it, all they do is “note it down” for next time. We won’t be back to them.

This is the second time I use Loving Hands Groomer and I am definitely coming back again! The young man (his name starts with an R but I refuse to say his name otherwise he’ll become over booked because he’s just that amazing) Is super sweet and professional. I love his work and he always has my princess looking beautiful. I love this place!
