Went in for an advertised sale on men's sneakers today, I found that all the items I had picked were not priced as I had screenshotted before even going to the store, I brought this to an associates attention and she said, "I don't know" I said " how can you advertise this price and then when I get here it's literally $40 more?!?" She had no answer, and offered zero assistance.I felt as though I had been bait and switched as a marketing ploy just to get customers to come in, I ended up buying a different pair of sneakers anyway, so JCPenney succeeded in getting a sale out of me, which stinks, because I went there specifically for the advertisement I found on men's sneakers. Also the line was enormous with one cashier, ridiculous! I'll never go to this JCPenney ever again

While shopping at the JCP Clermont location I was asked to apply for a credit card. I was told that an additional 30% savings would be applied to my purchase. Further, the clerk stated that the 30% savings would apply for purchases that day and the following day. I had to exchange one of the dresses the next day. My husband selected a couple of items, expecting to receive the 30% additional discount that had been offered. I was told that offer was only valid for 24 hours! Of course I was not informed of that at the time of apply for the credit card!!! I explained that the offer was for "today" and "tomorrow", not 24 hours. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at the JCP Clermont location in the future. I will be destroying the JCP credit card too. There are too many other stores to shop!

Tried to buy a purse with my coupon yesterday and they wouldn't honor it so I did online ordering for same day pick up. Waited 2 hours and then got an email that they canceled it because it was out of stock. There were literally 4 purses there when I left 2 hours before. I know they didn't sell them all.

I purchased a gold chain yesterday as a surprise for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite the length I wanted for him. He told me to go to the store to return the item and we would come back together another day when he was available. Instead, the worker who sold it to me yesterday made some hostile and unnecessary comments to another worker stating “Yeah I’m not surprised. I knew this would happen.” What exactly was that supposed to mean? I was going to return to this store, but due to the foul comments we will take our money elsewhere.

I am new to the Clermont area and have been in search of a local hairdresser. Today I went into the JcPenny on Hwy 27 and met Marie. Marie is great. She was able to wash and detangle my super curly mane without issues. She also gave me the bouncy two stand style I wanted. She does braids, cornrows, two strand twists, flat twist and much more.If you are looking for someone to take care of your natural and curly hair long or short check her out! I’ll be back so save my spot.The missing star is for JCP not providing more natural products. They need a better selection but I will see if I can take my own products to the next appointment.

JC Penney is THE best department store. High quality for extremely affordable prices. I can literally buy almost everything I need there and I know it will be durable and classic. The people are the kindest also which definitely speaks to a great corporate culture

Retyping my comment. The JCPenney's on US 27 and the one in Florida Mall sell good quality clothing and sneakers for reasonable prices. But this store has good sales associates and it's well maintained.

This place something ELSE I walk in 2:35pm and walked around jewelry case's 2 women sales talking no HELP so I walked off came back I walked over there 3 more times still no one say hi hello can I help you NOTHING I bought my wife's wedding set from JCPenneys years ago in Sarasota and it's a busy store this place well..... Wish there was an option for 0 stars!!!

What is a non binary dressing room and why do I have to use it! I am a woman! I do not discriminate against others nor their beliefs but I will not be told I have to use the same fitting room as a man, by a JCP employee, who rolls her eyes at me when I say I prefer a woman's only fitting room. Shame on you JCP Clermont!

Your sales table is misleading to customers. Why put regular prices items on a table with a 50% sale sign and not honor your sign? Just to be aesthetically pleasing is not justifiable.

A busy place new stock being put out. I found several great pieces on their clearance racks. Helen was at the Pos when I got ready to cash out, and she treated me like l was the only person there. On my second visit to your store I had my hair cut at your salon by Russell. After telling him what I wanted he gave me the best cut I've had in a very long time. Thank you Russell. I will definitely go back.

Emailed out a coupon for $24.99 off purchase of $25 or more. However literally no items are eligible to purchase with it, as it excludes items on sale, clearance, or doorbuster. Their entire inventory is always on doorbuster or clearance, so there is literally nothing eligible to buy.

JC Penney was impeccably clean, no clothing on the floor as I have seen in other department stores. Clothing folded and stacked. Good Management is very apparent as well as their marketing of products. The sales staff is friendly, courteous an knowledgeable. I will drive further to shop at Penny's for the great experience of a well trained staff.

We was there to take some pics of our family, we had a good experience last time but this time the photographer was not in a good mood. We set an appointment for 1 pm. We get there 30 minutes earlier but wait for another hour. So after that the babe was tired but still in a good mood, but the pics was just not a good ones the photographer was not helping much. Over side we have a good time and found everything that we was looking for.
