I love this store!!! They have everything from beautiful pictures and decorative pieces for the home to arts and craft projects you can do yourself. The staff at this location is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Every time I enter the store, I'm greeted with a warm smile. They really seem as though they enjoy their jobs and are interested in what the store has to offer.

Poor experience today with cashier Sonia and Cassie or Case. I shop at Hobby Lobby regularly for home and holiday decor. Because I purchase multiple items at a time, I sometimes misplace my receipt. Normally, the cashiers are able to pull my receipt with the card used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, today Sonia and Cassie decided to be problematic by researching the item to check if it is still in stock. Cassie proceeded to say the item is no longer in stock and can’t be returned. At this point I’m pissed because I just purchased the item 1/2 weeks earlier during their last wall decor sell and two of the same pictures were hanging in the little girls princess decor area. So basically she lied, to avoid returning my purchase. After having someone else confirm the item was still available for sell and hanging up, she allowed the returned. After this unnecessary step, Sonia decided she would now check my card for receipt and saw that I recently purchased the picture last week. I’m writing this to inform other guest of this unnecessary step and poor customer experience. I’ve never had that done before, as stated earlier my shopping experience at Hobby Lobby is normally great. Cassie stated she couldn’t leave the front to check if the item was still available in addition to checking on another item that didn’t have damage. Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places for home decor, but we could use a lot less Cassie’s around.

Our Hobby Lobby in Clermont is a nice store. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff are very polite and enjoyable store to shop. If there is one thing I hear the most, it would be to bring back the 40% off coupon. Also, some things that used to be 50% off on sale are now only 40% off on the weekly sale, which is a bummer but this is the America in which we live today rising prices. Yikes.

Very clean store. 8 have yet to see it a mess anywhere even the bathrooms. The selection of craft items is so large and prices are so low I was even impressed.They carry lots of different home decor items. Many unique that you will not find at Walmart or target I'm sure of that .I think I have found a new go to store.Love it!!

First off, the store is nice and cool . It is so hot outside , I could have stayed there all day ! Really love the variety of home decor and craft making merchandise. The floral section is incredible. I really appreciate their Christian values also . Staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how organized and clean the store was.

This Hobby lobby in Eustis Florida has an array of unique and beautiful items for the home. Some of the staff members are undertrained on The products that they sell. I was pretty upset having spent about 20 minutes looking for decorative ink pens to write in my journals. I had the help of at least four staff members, and not one of them listen to me when I told them what I was looking for it was the last errand I had to run so I was pretty tired. I did need to return an item that a sales representative assured me that it was what I was looking for. Sadly, it wasn't. My cashier was helping a man return a bag of items one return at a time. I absolutely understood, but I was tired and achy. The cashier seemed to take offense when I asked another cashier if she could do a refund for me. I wished I had just decided to pay a little more for writing pins and gone to Hallmark

It is a pleasure to enter the Hobby Lobby store, and find a wide variety of items for crafts, and hobbies for all seasons.I bring my wife because she enjoys the store. But I enjoy it as well, especially in the crafts section including the array of model cars and aircrafts section.Thank you Hobby Lobby.

Fun place to shop, good selection of art supplies. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the prices are good. Go to their website and print up a 40% off coupon every day, or you can get it on your phone and show it to the cashier.

My Hobby Lobby ... (Clermont FL on Hwy 50 -near Hwy 27) ... has the Best Manager & Assistant Management team. They Support their staff above & beyond in turn they support us the guests. I am a Small Crafting Business & Only buy my materials at this location only because of the Amazing Service. I'm in this location enough that they know who I am! Please Please give the Entire Store Staff a Standing Ovation along with Written accolades in each one of their files. I would appreciate that from the bottom of my heart! They all deserve it! They actually deserve a bonus after Pre-Christmas decorations shopping & the overall mad house it becomes.So many of us count of this Store. Thank You for Opening during the pandemic. I would have been penniless.To bad you guy don't have "Frequent Flyer cards" (Crafter Cards) for the local Crafting Business. Lol 😂God Bless 🙏🏻

If you have to build a dollhouse, might as well come here. Prices on some of the accessories are actually better than Amazon. Unfortunately, you have to walk through the endless aisles of fake overpriced decorative garbage to get to the craft stuff. And Christmas fully deployed on August 4th? Really?!? Who is buying this early?

Had a pic in a 40x16 frame that got destroyed in my recent move. Luckily, found the same size on clearance for $7. Jett in framing, added matting, backing, wire, and paper to cover the back with no effort. Very polite and professional young man with a bright future. If you ever need any help with framing, definitely look him up.

This hobby lobby is well organized and clean, the staff is friendly. My only hiccup is when I go in for fabric it always take a while for someone to come help me. Aside from that, the experience is good. I always love the music playing and the smiles from people there. They offer a wide array of products, I always find what I’m looking for. I’ve made some fun things from items I’ve gotten there.

Loads of decorations, especially Christmas. Lots of choices on home decor. There is a wide selection of shirts to choose from and other little craft things for projects. I would have liked to see a larger fabric selection.

Love this place. Clean, organized, friendly staff.Love the peaceful music.Glad they are closed on Sundays...No one has to show up for work. Hopefully they make that day the Lord's ♥️I would like to see a bigger selection of tiny crosses for making bracelets.Not charms... They only have one hole. Bracelets need two holes. TY

I don't live in Florida, I'm from Ohio. I recently had a death in the family so that's why I was there. Hobby Lobby has everything a crafter needs. I mean everything. While I was there, they were having a big sale and their prices were already low and most stuff was 30 to 40% off of that. I was gratefully surprised. What a wonderful place.

Absolutely amazing store. I go in for a quick minute to pick up one item and I get lost for an hour. They have wonderful crafts to do yourself and finished items to buy for friends and loved ones! I love this place!!!
