I have been taking my service dog Venus to Broadway for over a year now and just haven’t written a review yet. Leaving any dog with strangers is scary, but leaving your service dog that you rely on to live is even scarier. Venus’s first time with them was right after she was fully vaccinated as a puppy and they were incredible with her! When I picked her up she was happy and confident rather than fearful or stressed. Throughout her monthly visits she wouldn’t want to leave me since that’s she was trained to do, but they were so patient and kind to her and helped her feel comfortable. She would always come back with a cute bandana or bows, and looked gorgeous! They were great with working with us to create a personalized style that I liked the look of and it become her “regular”. I now live in Boston for college, but I already have her appointments scheduled at Broadway during my breaks because they have always been so good to us. Highly highly recommend such talented groomers, but also lovely, kind people!

Always super friendly and great customer service. They take special care of our 14 yr old chihuahua as he hates getting his nails clipped/filed. He lets them do it and he doesnt mind. We also bring foster dogs in for grooming and they always do a great job. Love them!

They do an amazing job on my golden doodle! They absolutely adore dogs and do the best job with grooming. I love picking out bows and bandana every time I take my dog. I highly recommend Broadway!

Best groomers! Highly recommend for puppy’s first groom as they take special care and don’t use neck collar for puppies. I have been coming for over a year and my dogs don’t tremble when we walk in. Ten stars if I could!

Moving to Clermont a few months ago I was nervous when looking for a new groomer and I’m so pleased to have found this gem of a shop. The wonderful ladies at Broadway Pet Grooming did a fabulous job with my big furry boy. His haircut looks great, they did a full de-shedding on him, and even gave him a facial! He gets a little anxious with the dryer and they still managed to give him a beautiful blowout. They really went above and beyond. I can tell he had a great time there. We will definitely be back.

Our dog has been to this groomers before and has looked great but this time I have no idea what the groomer was thinking, our dog was totally shaved, looks a poor little thing, he is 17 years old and has had such a traumatic time because of this groomer. The groomer was told by my daughter we like him a longer but if you have to go a little shorter if he is matted a little you can because he has been wearing sweaters because of the cold weather, the groomer said if they had to go shorter she would call. Well there was no call so when my daughter picked him up she was in complete shock at what he looked like. I went to see the groomer to express how upset we was because what she had done to our dog, and she told me he was so matted she had to shave him off, that's not true was he not, instead of just admitting she had made a mistake she just was making excuses and she should be ashamed of herself. I asked the groomer how she could have done this to our dog especially how cold it has been her reply was but he had a cute outfit on as if that makes it okay. When the business replies to this review I'm sure they will just try to make excuses and blame it on our dog being matted so much which again is absolutely not true.

I have four dogs so you can probably imagine how difficult that can be to maneuver! They were accommodating to schedule time for all of them at once. My dogs were happy and beautiful when we left. Prices are reasonable.

My cat has been going there for over 3 years. Love it. Very professional and friendly. I take my cat to get groomed every 3 months or so and her nails cut every month. Very reasonable prices. ❤

Dog whisperer at grooming. Trimmed my hound's nails with ease by accommodating her individual quirks, contrasted to a vet (I no longer use) who had to sedate her to trim the nails (which is draining for both my dog and me.....and expensive to boot).Accommodating with people too, for scheduling.Competitive pricing with a personal, professional touch.Highly recommend.

I moved to Florida two years ago and I started going to Broadway and Groomers and was very satisfied. When I went to pick up my Shih Tzu the girl at the register asked (does she look OK ?). which she’s never said to me before. She had me my shihtzu and I had my hands full with my year and a half old granddaughter. When I got home I put my dog down on the floor and realized that they had cut all the hair on her taiI!!!! don’t know why they did that because that was not the cut that I’ve been getting for two years. She’s15 years old and it’s never been shaved like this! The sad part is they made a mistake and instead of talking to me about it, they just ignored what they had done. I called and was unable to get through so I left a message. No one called me back to address the problem and that was very disappointing for me. It’s terrible that they don’t really respect customers!!! Now I’m looking for a new groomer . What a shame

We have 2 small dogs and after having been to several groomers the only one that our dog Max doesn't hate going to is this one. He is very stubborn and not very friendly, but they treat him very well. They also do an awesome job and our puppies come home smelling fresh and sweet. We highly recommend Broadway Pets.
