We had a great experience and walked out with a puppy same day. She’s absolutely adorable and looks very well taken care of. They offer a vet check within two weeks and check the puppy before you take it home. They also let you bond for as long as you need with the new family member to make sure they are the right fit. We are absolutely in love with our Mochachini. Kaley was awesome from start to finish and totally made the process not only easy but fun for the kids and for us as well. I highly recommend her and this location for your puppy needs.

We deeply regret our decision to purchase a Keeshond from Blue Sky Puppies Orlando for $2,450 in January 2024. Our once-promising ACA registered and advertised “purebred” dog, now almost 5 months old, not only lacks guard hairs in her coat but also displays improper formations in the skull, eye shape, snout and ears. She already exceeds the height standard of 18” at the withers and weighs over 20lbs, in contrast to the parents’ stated weights of 30lbs/35lbs. Extensive research uncovered that our dog originated from the “Kruse” puppy mill in Iowa, contradicting the store’s “no puppy mill guarantee.” It’s disheartening to discover we overpaid significantly when reputable breeders offer the same breed for half the cost. It’s essential to carefully review the contract, as Blue Sky Puppies does not guarantee your dog’s size or conformity to breed standards. Both the breeders and parental dogs lack verification. We plan to conduct genetic testing on our dog, who progressively exhibits strong physical traits of a Norwegian Elk Hound as she ages. If the DNA test reveals compromising results, we intend to address this matter with the company at a higher level. At this time, it is at least clear to us that we’ve been scammed by this company and sold either a mixed breed dog or a genetically inferior pseudo Keeshond. Please refer to the attached photos comparing our puppy to a genuine Keeshond puppy and then view the attached photo of the Norwegian Elk Hounds.

The 3 stars are for the puppies. This place has a deep odor of dog pee and its a shame because workers are so friendly. I stayed 30 mins only because I brought someone to check out the puppies. I left sick to my stomach. Got home and pulled everything off to get the smell off. I felt bad for the pets inside and even worse for the workers. I hope this motivates them to clean it up. Prices are 2000+ for a pup but they are adorable.

I’ve been coming here since they opened to play with puppies with my daughter, and today was finally the day we found our puppy! The staff is so amazing and the puppies are always so well loved and cared for. They made our adoption process so amazing! I guess now that we have our puppy, we probably won’t be coming back again any time soon. So bitter sweet! Staff in store was super nice and helpful. Found the perfect dog. One the service I received in person 5/5 but the “transparent pricing” is a lie . They marked up the cost of the puppies before giving a sale price. I even provided date stamped proof but corporate refused to acknowledge the shady practices and do the correct thing! I was also told in person that if I didn’t leave a review I would be hounded from corporate until I did. I have gotten multiple calls and texts this morning trying to sell to me. They have the time to do this but not address the pricing scam they are running . BUYER BEWARE!

I went in to visit Blue Sky, one thing i will say is that the people working in the store are very nice. But there is no way you can work in a place that sells sick puppies. Spoke with customer service which was a call center out sourced from another country trying to get in contact with the store. Which is impossible. You will need to go in to speak with someone. First red flag. Upon arriving i fell in love with a chocolate cockapoo, and i played with him for an hour. I wanted to make sure he was a good fit for my son and I. Thankfully i did that because i noticed the puppy had a cough, and was very lethargic. He would play but get tired very easy and cough. I told the staff i had a bad experience with a puppy of my families getting Parvo and almost dying. When i told the staff they “acted” surprised to hear that. They informed me to buy the dog, and bring him back if he was “sick” for a full refund or exchange.To me this was very insensitive considering it’s a puppy and not a coffee pot. The gentleman told me that the puppy probably ate paper, nothing to worry about. I ask them to have him checked. I felt so terrible because i really connected with him and knew if i left he wouldn’t live or he would just be resold to someone else.I checked back in after 3 days, and Brandy told me he was all better. When she walked back from the back of the office.. she told me he was still coughing and that he would go to Tampa for a check up. I asked to see him and they told me NO. Again didn't make sense to me. They told they would call me on a few days after treatment. It's been 3 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I think about that pup everyday, and I truly think he passed. I wish i would have bought him and gave him a good home.This place is a scam, and the call center calls me often about if i'm enjoying my dog. They are so out of touch with the actual store. PUPPY MILL. 100%, I feel bad for the puppies here.
