Big store, obviously. They have literally most things you'll need; from toothbrush (first thing in the morning) to bedding (last things of the day)I'm not sure what those robots are supposed to do, and I'm intrigued.The in club express scan and pay is my go-to. You have a limit of 20 items max, but it's so worth it.I dont need to que and check out or use a credit card. It's so convenient, just like an online purchase payment.It also allows you to clip all coupons.I think I took enough pictures 😆

I get paid about my car, butthis lady she think she’s the ownerfor the DJ store but she’s only employer people work over there but she supposed to sell water and two bottles milk. I’m OK I am happy to never buy anymore to the BJ store for the rest of my life I can go to COSCO SAMCLUB IM COUSTOMER 1997 Virginia Maryland Florida today eclipse day abril 8/2024 when one door Close three door is open. Definitely will be closing this membership should had stuck to goin to Sam’s club they have better choices and prices are better. Went to customer service to get a card and Melissa G has a smart mouth she slapped my id and membership card on the counter as if i was inconveniencing her day There was one lady working customer service with about eight people behind me and she sat at the counter and was holding a full conversation with the customers with the whole lot of people. I definitely won’t be coming back. This is my first and last time ever shopping here.

Decent place to shop. A few things about the selection they offer I don't like but no deal breakers. One thing I don't like about shopping here is condition of the shopping carts. For years the wheels have been getting worse and seem like a vast majority don't actually have 4 round wheels. Instead of fixing them they recently brought more carts but not nice new carts.... used carts that are in slightly better condition than the old ones, and it wasn't a lot so they are just got mixed in.

I enjoy the deals, but the app never works! I always receive an error when trying to place a pickup order, I get logged out all the time, it's difficult to reset a password. I'm not sure who's running their tech/development program, but it's garbage. I'm on the verge of canceling due to the app not working or being reliable. Unacceptable.

BJs has a lot of variety at good prices. I can easily find what I am looking for. I tried out Costco and brought a list of 6 often bought items and did not find even one. They do have a lot of other “stuff”. Also BJ’s is far easier to maneuver than Costco. Points for both: People are friendly.

Usually find good deals here and I usually have a good experience but tonight was not one of those. I showed up to pick up an online order at 8:43 and the gentleman checking receipts on the way out was real quick to ask me if I knew they closed at nine in a rude way. Then on the way out, he scribbles on my receipt and says, have a nice new year in the most flat, disgruntled way. Probably not the guy you have at the front door fyi.

Normally nice but right now at a slow time(230 Tuesday) there are no carts available for use, Unless you walk to the farthest cart return areas in the parking lot. Unacceptable for a club you pay to access.

BJ’s strongly adheres to their 90-day return policy…even around Christmas, when many other stores give you until the end of January. Not BJ’s. Same 90-day policy no matter what. With Costco now in town with their very accommodating satisfaction guarantee (generally 1 year or more), I did not renew BJ’s and will pay my loyalty to a store that is more loyal to me. Plus—it always reeks of rotten chicken in this BJ’s.

At the Clermont, Fl location, the air pressure machine was not working before Xmas and I went back on 1/3/24 and the "Out of Order" sign was still on it. The gas station attendant said to talk to the manager at the grocery store. The manager did not know about this. She said the attendant should have told her/management. Please fix your communication/policy problems. Remember, there is a new competition in town, COSTCO, so you should try to keep your current members!

Worst customer service experience coming from customer service rep, including manager on duty! Just a little reminder, there’s a new COSTCO opening literally 10 minutes away from this location on November 14th. So, you people might reconsider how you treat your customers. I’ll be canceling my Membership first thing tomorrow. ✌️

WHAT. A. NIGHTMARE. I've never been able to login online and the physical club can't do anything about it except give you a phone number. Good luck with the virtual assistant when you call or the chat bot online! She repeats your member number back to you incorrectly, even when you can see what you typed into the keypad on your phone, and only knows a few phrases on a loop. In other words, they make it deliberately impossible to manage your account and especially when trying to cancel it. And yes, this is a direct reflection on this physical location because they represent the corporation in our local community and they are useless in regard to membership. Perhaps the sign out front should say "Hotel California."I suggest BJs fix their "ya know" if they want people to use them over the new Costco opening nearby in a week.

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Plenty of selection, including alcohols and electronics, and plenty of volume. TIP: Make use of their coupons and always look at price per unit when comparing prices! My own comparisons showed that BJs was cheaper per unit than most grocers, including Amazon, except for packaged nuts... Another TIP: Their gas prices, while great, are not always the cheapest in town.

This club clearly doesn’t have their act together. I placed an online order for pickup and was not able to get it in time. But, they gave my order to someone else and still billed me! Clearly they’re not checking member IDs otherwise this wouldn’t have happened.

We shop here every few weeks. Many times we also stopped to get gas afterwards as their price is usually one of the lowest in the area. The front end area just after the cashiers is under construction so I don't know what's going to be going there.I must say the checkout today was quite slow. The man that was cashiering in our lane and there were only two lanes open at the time in the middle of the day of Easter week, so that was already an issue, was very slow. He stopped and talked to people. He would slowly pull the items over the scanner and slowly load the cart. We were in line at least 10 minutes. Now. Of course they find the opened up a third lane and finish those customers before we even were taking care of. But by the time that happened, a different cashier had relieved him and she scanned a lot faster than him. I don't mind people's scanning slow but when this is your main job and there's a line of at least five or six people deep, I really don't think it's prudent to go super slow. That being said, we usually have no issues here and like the pricing.

Everything was great the only negative thing is that the floor is so slippery I nearly slipped and the restrooms are even worse with the floor, if you have difficulty with walking I definitely wouldn't recommend coming

Some selections is good. Prices are good.The coupon clipping is not so good. Book has coupon but it has expired.But the worse today was the door check out lady, who searched my purse, which was hanging in open on cart, like I was a thief. All 22 items were accounted for. I paid for everything including large rug and sofa on bottom, not missed...I really don't know if I will be back... membership up or not might switch back to Sam's.

I do a monthly bulk haul of items at this BJ’s. The staff is nice, the location is clean and organized. They have plenty of items in stock and a variety of brands. I buy most of my protein here because it’s fresh.This location not only has the store, but it also has a liquor store and a gas station.I’ve been putting my gas at BJ’s for a couple months now because I have found that I am able to get it cheaper than anywhere else due to certain perks they offer their customers.For example just this week I paid $4.37 a gallon when it was originally $4.87 a gallon. I was able to get it at a reduced price by pumping gas after I did groceries and by using my BJ’s Perks Mastercard. Typically when you use their credit card you save money, but there are certain items in the store that offer you an extra .20 cents off gas if you purchase them. Also the store credit card also offers you cash back percentages so you save even in the store.Not only was I able to save on gas but I also had a $40 credit card reward that I used towards my groceries.Saving money anywhere I can is a win for me, so I like that they have these offers customers can take advantage of.The only reason I am giving this location a 4 star rating is because they recently changed their registers up and now they have more self checkout registers than regular registers, which wouldn’t be an issue except you can only do self checkout if you have 20 items or less. So you now have to wait longer to check out since the registers are limited.

Always a pleasure to purchased here but keep In mind you can only purchase in Bulk. If you have a family or you own a culinary business this is the store for you. Electronics are well priced here. Books are very well stocked. There are many toys to choose from. Clothes might not be high end but if your looking for undergarments, well priced garments, children's clothes, and shoes that will not break the bank this is your store. The bakery has baked items fresh daily. The deli is well stocked with everything you are looking for and very competitive prices. There supplements are well priced. The pharmacy area is stocked with everything and some more. They also have samples throughout the store for you to try the new products at various times during the day. They have various self check out stations and customer service check out stations as well. They do not offer plastic bags or paper bags but when you are leaving they do have random boxes where you can put your items in. Also these stores do require you to have a paid yearly membership. There are 3 tiers for the memberships and the prices do change from season to season. Give them a call and ask them the price points and this way you are not surprised when you get there. Horrible customer service . No one available to assist in obtaining membership card. I was told to wait as the person is guarding doors and customer desk area. So I guess no one else in the store is available to get new members set up. I’ll take my business to cosco !

Prices are going up here just like everywhere else. This particular location doesn't have any type of food court or fast food available at all, so members here are getting less for their money. I've noticed some items get moved around the store and I need to go hunting for them.

I have been a costumer there for many years. Even have the credit card, today cashier voided the transaction to switch to another register which caused an issue with my gift card and instead of doing anything to solve the issue they kept me there for almost an hr just to tell me to call the gift card company to see if they would put the money again. Really dissatisfied, lost the money on the gift card and my time, considering canceling my membership and switching to Costco.

My only complaint is the checkout line. There will be 3 or 4 open registers stacked 5 to 10 customers deep and the staff including the managers will stand around and watch. When i shop at Costco, they have almost every register open quickly expediting the customers in the checkout line.Good prices. Gas prices are the best at BJs.Friendly staff at the deli. Overall good experience.
