I simply love this place. The freshness of the bagels makes the sandwich taste so much better. The staff is always friendly and the variety of menu items is a plus. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet, but I love their bagels. I just wish that they had a big enough place where customers can sit down and enjoy their food inside the restaurant. I always have to go to my car and eat. I also wish that they had seasonal flavored bagels (i.e. spring time they can offer berry flavors and winter time they can offer pumpkin and banana nut).

First and likely last time we will order from here. The bagels are good but we waited 30 minutes for a bagel sandwich. As we waited, multiple Door Dash orders were fulfilled and they continually brought out sandwiches for those orders. The entire inside was stuffed with people and to the point they told everyone they were stopping the grill to let the kitchen catch up. I would think they would turn off online ordering and help their customers inside first but this place doesn't seem to be the case. We saw a lot of unhappy and frustrated people leave. They should rethink how they are operating.

we did a special order for a bakers dozen of their rainbow bagels and had breakfast this morning absolutely everything was so delicious! We had the honey cinnamon cream cheese on our bagels, as well as a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on the kaiser roll! The line went quickly and our items were hot and freshly made! Pricing is great!The staff was a delight to interact with, even when I was totally clueless to how the line worked 😂🙈🙈

My fiancé and I come here every Sunday morning to get our bagels..! Without a doubt they’re delicious every time and never had any issues. Whether it’s a mobile order or dine-in they’re always very quick and on time. Very clean place and they always have great options! Just make sure you get there early enough or they could run out of your favorite bagel!

First time trying and unfortunately I’m not sure if I’ll be back. They open at 630am and I got there around 7am. So you can understand why I would be disappointed when i got home and a majority of the bagels were hard. They had to have been from the previous day.No way could these have been freshly made. Not to mention that both the onion and garlic was burnt. Sadly, not the best first experience.

If I could give negative star reviews, I would. Customer service was awful, we asked for the bagel to be toasted, and the response was ridiculous. Wanted to get a refill on the American coffee and the coffee pot was taken off 45 minutes before closing time. We asked and was told they where about to close. Will never go back, unfortunately do not recommend this location.

Ordered this via door dash so I didn’t get a chance to correct the order myself, but we few complaints… everything bagel was ordered with lettuce and a note to please add tomato. Came with neither. It was also burnt, so all the seeds were black and bitter. Spinach “omelette” was literally just eggs with 7 near-raw spinach leaves folded in. It was decent and we ate the food, but I don’t think I’d order it again.

Bagel Bros cafe Clermont.Bad experience this morning, I’m not one to rant here as they say but I feel compelled. Went there this morning and while two people were helping 1 customer with her dozen bagel and pretty much in la la land whole one was filling up the counter with bagels, the person whom was doing that and help the other person asked me if I had ordered, I said no not yet. She then just went about doing something else. The guy that was assigned the other customer with the dozen bagels who clearly saw me standing there in front of the counter, once done with the customer asked another person who came after me if he had ordered already, he said yes and the. Helped him ahead of me, then when finished asked another person who also came after me and proceeded to help him. I said to him, hello… I have been standing here for a while. He went on to say, I thought you were just looking at the menu. I said yes but I was waiting for you to finish. He then said I should have Ben on the right of the counter. Im like so you don’t acknowledge customers in front of you if they’re not on the right side of the counter? Wow. Bad bad service. I’ve been there a few times, but this was the last time. I had to walk out after that, I didn’t order. Shame on you how to take care of people coming in to support your business.

Extremely disappointed with how they charge almost Starbuck's prices on lattes and the cup is half empty. Why even have that size cup if you aren't going to fill it up? For 5 bucks I can get a xl coffee and a breakfast wrap at Dunkin'. I enjoy their bagels but this is unacceptable... have some tact and a business mindset. Will not be ordering coffee from here again...

Bagel bros is as authentic as it gets. And if you’re from the Tri-State area it’ll remind you of home. Mike the owner is a class act and truly represents the American dream. Stop in and treat yourself to the steak, egg & cheese with some home fries, you won’t regret it!

This was our first time trying this place, paid $4 for two scoops of cream cheese, cut open the bagels and they weren’t even that soft, they were definitely from yesterday. I guess I’m spoiled and used to bagel shops baking them fresh early in the morning. I’ll be going to Panera next time like my husband suggested.

Hard to find good bagels in the South. Well my search is over. Bagel Bros has it going on. Bagels are fresh and delicious. Plenty of varieties to choose from. We showed up 2 minutes before closing and the staff was friendly and eager to assist us. Will be back for sure!

Nice local business- Clermont Hwy 50 location.Bagels ok. Not the best. It's a hit or miss, like the customer service; Sometimes soft, sometimes hard like hockey pucks.If you are on the way to the office, this is NOT the place to visit, if you want to be in & out. Better call 20 mins. ahead- They look understaffed and the wait is long. During high flow/ breakfasts, they should really have 3 people upfront.When you need your bagels sliced, let them know as you order, especially if they don't offer. Once in the bag, they will not get out of their way to slice them for you.Overall- good location, plenty of parking.

NY style bagels remind me of those cold mornings in New York with a hot bagel in hand. Stopped in for the first time this AM and they were busy which I love to see for any Clermont place. The service was fantastic and the crew was really on their game. Prices and variety were still good despite it being 9 AM.Normally I go to New York bagel and deli in downtown Winter garden but wanted to try this place as I've heard good things. I ordered the asiago bagel (see picture) and I was amazed at the lack of asiago cheese on the bagel. I didn't want to judge before I tried it thinking maybe there was cheese in the bagel itself, but there is not. The lack of flavor from this bagel was really disappointing. I'm not sure what type of asiago cheese they use but the little amount that was on it had zero flavor when I ate it. I could have bought a Lenders bagel from Publix and sprinkled a tiny amount of asiago cheese on it and got better flavor.If you're halfway between Claremont and Winter Garden, The choice is honestly pretty easy. The everything bagel with asiago cheese in Winter garden actually has flavor and so much cheese you'll see what I'm talking about. I won't be back.

Truly disappointed with this place. YOUR staff member messed up my order and I call ahead of time and was told that my order will be remade but when I get there the lady doesn’t want to remake the order. She continued to say that the staff member is new which is fine but YOU as the owner or whatever you are should want to make your customers happy especially if it is your fault. Will NEVER go here again. RUDE OWNER = BAD BUSINESS!

Tried this place out this morning. Only ordered two types of bagels; Asiago and Jalapeño cheddar with cream cheese. They were alright. Not a lot of flavor once cheese is added. I can’t attest for anything else and I probably won’t. Again not everyone had face mask on, which didn’t bother me as much the the dates on some of the prepared salad/side items in the case all the way to the left. Coleslaw dated to be used by 9/26. Egg salad and other items coming up on a week prepared on the labeled dates. I understand not everything can be prepped daily but come on. Hey Kudos on labeling at least.

Stopped in to the sunrise plaza drive location and was so happy I did. This is a very small location with only outdoor seating or take out. The menu is wonderful and has something for everyone. I loved my vegetable omelette with potatoes (which were so good) and your choice of bagel, roll or toast. Lots of flavored coffee along with dark roast or decafe. Prices are very reasonable as well.

An okay place for a pretty penny.We ordered a Jalepeño Cheese bagel with eggs and there is barely any cheese on top of the bagel(Hence the photo), a very subtle flavor. When I read Jalepeño Cheese, I expect that thing to smack. An extra 50¢ cheese add on did make it better though.I also wish there was more options than the pork. No turkey substitutes or chicken alternatives.Also, coffee is self served. Iced coffee isn't made for you, you have to make it yourself.
