Katherine is very unprofessional and possesses very low customer service skills. I was in the seasonal isle of this Aldis on 7/11 at 5:59pm (rush hour after work), there was no worker present and the area had boxes on the ground. While I started browsing, Katherine came over to me abruptly from almost behind me and said “ma’am this section is blocked off you need to leave”. I turned around to say sorry and she proceeded to rudely tell me to leave and wave her arms in a motion like she was brushing me away. Basically shooing me and had a look of disrespect. I said I’m sorry with confusing as to why she was being so rude and walked away. I walked to my boyfriend and asked if he saw that. Walking away from the area I simply said “You could have been more polite and didn’t have to be so disrespectful” and I was walking away she proceeded to disrespectfully say something back to me. All I then said was “If you were working in the area next time I would have known”. That’s when she rushed over to me and my boyfriend and said “As the manager I’m going to have to ask you to leave this store.” We then asked for another manager. We spoke to Ben who told her to go back to work while he talks to us. While Ben was diffusing the situation Katherine was still trying to intervene from the isle. I understand people do have bad days but that does not give Katherine the right to abuse her managerial authority. I do not feel like the way she acted aligns with Aldis core values and she should revisit basic customer service training.These pictures were taken after the situation. This was her “blocking” it off. Before that isle was wide open from the center. These were taken after I spoke to Ben and he called Katherine in the office to speak to her.

Great prices and clean store. I love that they seem to be getting more up scaled food items, better quality vegetables, meat all looks great. Aldi has come a long way. You just need to have extra time for check out lines that can get long limited checkers. Although they are efficient, it takes extra time to switch out carts' reposition carts as you bag your own groceries, and some people just move like snails getting out of the way for the next customer. We shop there often

If you are one of the less financially endowed, Aldi is a remarkable place to purchase your weekly groceries. I hadn't been grocery shopping in at least a month and I was able to purchase almost everything I needed (a completely full, very large, shopping cart) in under $300 dollars for a family of four. Aldi makes it a ton easier on my budget to feed my family. Love, love, love Aldi!!!!!

Always great pricing compared to the giants. They have all the basics that I need. An ok wine selection for an average guy like me. I don't dove into the store brands much. And i'm not sure why I have reluctance to try them. Oh yeah, the 25 cents for the cart gets us to return it to the cart coral, and that holds down on cart v. car insurace claims, resulting in lower insurance costs. They are able to keep prices lower than most. AIN'T THAT NICE-WE HELP

I am such a fan of Aldi products: cranberry chicken salad, milk, chicken legs, wine and chocolate are top notch. I also enjoy shopping the houseware/seasonal aisle-many great finds there. This particular Aldi is very close to my home, but sadly it is my least favorite store location. Not quite as clean and organized as others and oftentimes, the wait at checkout can be exceptionally long. I’m hoping they are on schedule for an upgrade soon.

The only thing I don't like is that usually o. Sundays and Mondays are no restocking is more like filling orders for the pick-up service you have a lot of customers on this Aldi one thing is getting better is an additional cashier to move the line. Work more on your customer service by restocking and not moving the line of customers if you going to choose to make your employees full-time is a good choice for those who work hard.I shop at most Aldi and the Aldi in Clermont is the best Aldi with choices of food restocking to keep the customer happy cause they will not shop at Walmart, Winn Dixie, or Publix.

I love Aldi, it is always an adventure to see what new item has been added to their stock. The produce matches the rest of the local area stores for freshness, but the cost us usually noticeably cheaper. I stock up on staples because they are much cheaper than Publix or WD. If you have not tried their Chocolate you are missing out on the best chocolate you will ever have. The staff at the Clermont Aldi are locals and they are friendly and helpful. The check-out line is fast. I love Thursdays at Aldi because new items are featured in the Isle of Shame! There is always something functional and different at Aldi's.

Aldi has uped their game and have a lot of great stuff. There are times it's busy so I suggesting getting their earlier as it's less people and a lot more in stock. Things fly off the shelf. Be sure to bring bags and use their boxes and a quarter for the buggy.

I love shopping at Aldis, great selection of fresh produce, fruits, wines, sodas, frozen items and several products imported from Germany. They have a variety of bratwursts and mustards and european style bread. The prices are the lowest of anywhere, even lower than Walmart. You need to drop a quarter for the shopping cart and pay for plastic bags or just pick up an empty carton. After shopping, you return the cart and get your quarter back. Shopping, just like in Europe.

Hands down you cannot beat Aldi for quality and savings. I did a cost comparison of same items purchased on a recent shop between Aldi and Publix. I saved $80 at Aldi. If you have an Aldi where you can order and pay online and just pickup/ that makes it even sweeter. Thank You Aldi ❤️

Please stop allowing people to bring their dogs in. A couple brought their dog in a stroller, obviously not a service animal. They proceeded to pet the dog and let it lick them, then touched items, including produce. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I have no problem with service animals, but people need to leave their pets at home.

I am giving 3 stars to the store,because the new changes with the self service it is a mess, no employees to help to the customer , there r only one employee on the floor and only one cashier helping as well to the self check out

Slow service. And not normal grocery store slow service, but ridiculously slow service. I came in at 7:40 and the store closes at 8. I grabbed one bottle of wine and got into line. There were 10 people in line with one check out open. A customer in front of me had to ask an associate mopping the floor whether or not they could open a second checkout line. And even with a second checkout line open, it took almost 20 minutes for me to check out with my one bottle of wine.

I popped in recently to purchase some greens( avocados , cabbage , kale , seedless cucumbers and spinach. I had a problem with one of the items when I went to use it. Then I contacted customer service who told me to return when convenient and speak to the manager. I did a few days later and he was very professional and quick to resolve my issue. I will be going back , you cannot beat the prices on organics. Their seasonal and specialty items are fantastic. Good selection of wines as well I noticed!

Aldi was a nice experience... Their produce is good quality and very affordable.. Their canned good are price well to. That place is very busy but there were only 2 registers open not to mention you need to go with change because the shopping cart cost a quarter to use. Also they don't use plastic bag which is cool they have brown paper bags but you have to pay for them as well unless you bring your own bag. But ill definitely be going back to shop there. They have a bunch of other things as well to buy there as well.

I love going to Aldi's. I went in there and I picked up a bag of tomato and when I went to the cash register the cashier put it aside and said I'm going to ring it up but it has a rotten tomato in it go and grab another one and don't forget. I love that about them for the personal care that they take with their customers!🏡😍🇯🇲
