As a multi-billion dollar franchise 7-Eleven is located state to state. Many people depend on the store especially truck drivers and people that work on the road. A working order bathroom is very crucial and important because of this. The fact that the bathroom is out of order makes me very curious where do the employees go to the bathroom. This is definitely bad for business and the reputation of this 7-Eleven. I will leave this poster until I feel comfortable erasing it in the meantime get your bathroom fixed

I stopped to get gas and my kids wanted to get some Slurpees before we left so I took them inside. There was two cashiers, a man and a woman...the woman decided to take a smoke break at the front door and left it open. She was half way inside the store but blowing the smoke outside. She didn't even bother to put the cigarette down as me and my children were leaving. It was extremely disrespectful that my kids and I had to walk threw smoke leave the store.

From a former employee POV, I would not recommend working here. The management is lacking professionalism and emotional control. Felt like I was working in a zoo honestly. They literally have a resident rat the managers named…From a customer POV: the gas and cigarettes are very over priced compared to other locations. The BP across the street has much better prices and a wider variety of items.The fuel at the 7- Eleven across from the racetrack on HWY 27 is also usually always cheaper.I would rate theoverall cleanliness of the store: 7/10Overall vibe: 5/10Personal Overall experience: 3/10Overall service: 4/10Overall Management: 1/10Hope this helps someone.

This store sold me an OPENED and TAMPERED Drag Prefilled Disposable (Nicotine). Once I left the store, got into my car, I discovered that the inside packaging was ripped. I brought the purchased item back inside to receive an exchange or an apology for selling me a faulty product and they turned me away. The "manager" also accused me of lying. He ignored my request for an exchange while also expressing his distrust in people lately. He continued to NOT apologize for HIS STORES mistake and insisted I just get over it. Bad business.

I come to this store everyday and I'm always greeted with smiles.. Jackie and Brenda always make me feel welcome and regardless of what kind of day I might of had they always put a smile on my face.. every day I come in the store Jackie and Brenda are always cleaning or helping customers.. they always greet everyone who walks in the door and always have a smile and positive attitude.. this store is lucky to have such amazing women who truly care about this store and prove that with the dedication and commitment they show everyday..

I love the staff here. I just moved here from out of state.I used to go down the street every day at a different gas station. I had a lady stop me who works here, talked me into the rewards, showed me how to use the rewards and helped me for a good twenty minutes to fully understand the app on my phone.I was so tickled and got FREE ICE CREAM! (Not all heros wear capes people haha)I go here every day for whatever I need now. I'll go out of my way to go to this specific location. Nice people are far and few between. Thank you.

I’ve been going to this 7-Eleven for 18 years and I spend at least $125-$150 a week in lotto and fuel and merchandise the bad experience I had on February 15, 2022 at 10:00 PM These ladies was so rude Jackie and Brenda I asked the question how long should I wait and the big woman I guess Brenda she caught the worst attitude I ever seen in a store employee… it’s a shame two individuals Can ruin a great relationship but I will not be returning to this store again these two employees definitely need to be retrained in customer service….

Interestingly, the name "7-11" originally referred to the open-to-close hours when typical shops in 1970 observed 9am until 6pm . This bold stroke of corporate bravery paved the way for later additions like Slurpees and their delicious line of generic gasolines, both ethyl and premium.

Credit card scimmed at this location today. Card was then attempted used in Orlando. Transactions denied by cc company. Inconvenience of having to replace card. DON'T patronize this location.
