This was my first time here. All I can say is WOW! Kelly did an amazing job. As soon as I walked in there, Kara and Kelly made me feel at peace that my dog will be taken care of. This was the first time I had a groomer ask me how I wanted his haircut and examined him before taking him away. This exceeded my expectations. I am usually hesitant to take my pup anywhere but Kelly made me feel super safe and even showed that she cared for my dog Louie. Louie has very sensitive coat, but when I saw him it was the reminder that Kelly knows exactly what she is doing. Louie was also calm when I picked him up, which has never happened before! Kelly is amazing and I am so thankful that we decided to come here. Kelly you are a rockstar! Louie & I love you! We can’t wait to see you again! 10/10!! Please ask to see Kelly! You won’t regret it! I will spend all my money here, it is so well deserved!

I had a wonderful experience at this Woof Gang Bakery. It is beautiful and clean inside with a great selection of treats, foods, and dog toys. My fur babies loved the cookies I brought home for them. The customer service was amazing. The owner, Nancy, was so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again!

What a wonderful store! This place is amazing! The staff and owner are so knowledgable and welcoming. Top notch products from food to treats and toys you can’t find most places. The salon and grooming center is beautiful and no detail was spared in creating this fur baby oasis. I would highly recommend, I found food there my pups absolutely love!!

I was super excited when this new location opened up. Brought my baby in for a bath and nail trim. Cara up front and our groomer Kelly were both friendly and welcoming. Cara helped me pick out some items for my pup and even saved me a good amount of money. We will absolutely be returning!

Avoid this Woof Gang at all costs!! Injured pups and dishonest staffWe usually take our two girls to Woof Gang in Clearwater, but we needed a last minute appointment. Given the severity of the mystery dog virus going around, our vet advised us to find a groomer that only accepted one family at a time — two people at the Feather Sound location both assured me that they only accepted one family at a time and there would only be an overlap if a family was late picking up. There were at least two other dogs there the whole time our girls were getting groomed.We were quoted an hour to an hour and a half when we arrived for the 4pm appointment, but at 6:30pm our 11 and 15lb dogs were still not finished grooming (even after receiving texts that they were ready to be picked up). While leaving the store, we noticed a decent amount of blood on my husband’s shirt from where the groomer cut one of our girls — it was still actively bleeding. Upon checking both girls, there were several deep cuts on their bellies and paw pads. Despite being so aggressive with the cutting, they also somehow still have uneven haircuts??I understand not all groomers have the same skill set to safely groom a dog, but to cut BOTH of our girls in multiple different spots to the point where they’re still bleeding 24 hours later and not even mention it is despicable.On top of all of that, the employee working the front desk couldn’t operate the sale system to let us pay so we stayed in the store until after 7pm (after arriving at 6:30), when she finally agreed to let us pay cash for the difference in deposit and total.We will NEVER go back to this location — devastated our babies had to go through this.

I brought my puppy Charlie to be groomed yesterday. Everyone there was very friendly professional and patient with this puppy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing grooming, treats, food. The Store is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable regarding your animals and pets. I give it a 10 out of 10 🐶

I was so excited to have a groomer close by again since the neighborhood lost our friends at Step it Up... Kelly is an amazing groomer and did a fantastic job during our first few visits.With this location just opening they had a few operational bumps with their systems, employees, and workflows. To be expected, absolutely!And then... my heart stank when the simple task of scheduling an appointment became a logistical nightmare. During which, I was explained the groomers entire procedures and system. One might come to think they are going through employee training.After deciding I was at my limit of trying to just book an appointment, I reached out to the owner via email in hopes she could help understand the customer experience and help me schedule a time when my pups could be groomed together. Unfortunately this was not a successful event, the pain of scheduling an appointment continued.Today we had our appointment and I learned it does not matter what service you scheduled they will pick a service they think is best. If you schedule a full groom, you may pick up your animal only to learn they might have only received a luxury bath. :(I again reached out to the owner and again was unsuccessful with any acknowledgment of the customer experience. And was still feed the stores procedure and policies. Your customer does not care! Your store procedures are in place to offer a great smooth experience.I am uncertain what I could have done in this process when the only goal was to make a simple appointment for my pups to have a full groom during the same time of day.It is unfortunate but I will not be a returning customer, supporting a local mom and pop shops in our community.FYI, they do not support the care of old dogs, as it was shared with me “her hair is not going to continue to grow…”Another lesson learned, ugh

Beautiful store. Stopped by on a work trip to Tampa and bought some treats.Would definitely take my dog to get groomed here if I lived close - got to take a peak into the back as they were between appointments and it's absolutely beautiful. Like a spa for your doggie!

Wolf Gang was amazing. They were gentle and so incredibly sweet with my corgi. We got the full cut treatment and walked out with a shiny fluffy corgi butt. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Will be going back and recommending to everyone I know who has a pet!

This place exceeded my expectations and everyone was so nice. I’m so glad I took my puppy here. She was shy and nervous when I dropped her off, but the ladies made me and my pet feel comfortable. They took great care of her. Her haircut was so cute and she smelled great.

This is a great addition to our community in the Feathersound area. Not only does this place sell great dog treats, dog food and toys, but they offer grooming services. Took my pup there and Kelly did a wonderful job grooming. Check out the first time customer discounts as well.

Love this store it just opened up so I didn’t know what to expect at first but my fears went away after I saw the amazing selection of merchandise. Rusty and Sally love the Treats and the attention from the Staff. Sally has already had a Spa Day and the Groomer did an awesome Job with my Girl. I would Highly Recommend the Feather Sound Store there is no place better to take your Pups to.

*** UPDATE TO OWNER REPLY***The response to my original review below is a LIE..I never signed ANYTHING when making an appointment over the phone AND I never received the text about the rabies vaccine.. even your employee agreed that it was never sent to me, NICE TRY, lol..the positive news is that I was able to get him groomed a week later and the place was AWESOME and less than 15 mins from my house..Also, just some advise.. know what you are actually talking about before you answer reviews and make yourself look clueless!! Additionally, I’ve told every person that I could in this neighborhood about my first interaction with your business.This is is a new business less than a mile from my house. I made an appointment for convenience purposes, even though I don’t know anybody that’s been to this particular location. My neighbors all told me not to schedule there because the owner really had no previous dog experience and was more of a business person. I thought I’d give it a try anyway and help out a close local business. BIG MISTAKE!!! I made the appointment AT LEAST three weeks in advance if not longer. I just received a phone call at 2:10 PM when my appointment is less than 24 hours away asking for rabies paperwork. This appointment has been on the books almost a month and they wait until late afternoon the day before to ask for this?? I have an extremely busy afternoon at work as well as a meeting and my vets office closes on Fridays at 5:00 and is not open on Saturdays. The girl that called me said; well we sent you a text about it, I responded; no, I never got a text about that.. she then said; let me take a look..then she follows up with; oh yeah, I guess we didn’t send you a text.. I told her to just forget it and cancel the appointment, her response was; OK bye! …WTH?? My dog is 12, he’s elderly and other than going up and down my street he doesn’t leave my sight. Now because I need a Saturday appointment I’m probably going to have to wait another three weeks to get him in at another groomers because Saturday is a busy day. To lose a customer over this is ridiculous to me because not only will I never go there now, I will also tell everybody in Feathersound not to go there. They should have said; no problem, bring him tomorrow and before you bring him back again send over the paperwork. I have been to two other groomers who are excellent and they did not ask for rabies paperwork. I’m happy to provide it, but at the last minute like this is ridiculous. And that my friends is how you loose a customer forever…. this is probably a blessing in disguise because they have four reviews posted (including mine) and two of them are negative, I’m not willing to take a 50% chance on my dog!

First time, and only place I will ever go. They’ve already posted a picture of my Suzi boo online. She’s the gray and white Shih Tzu dressed up for Valentine’s Day. Ain’t she purty??? Best groom I have seen on my little girl, two years having gone to a different facility and never seeing the same groomer twice. This was an awesome experience, the store owner is incredible, and her groomer is also amazing.I highly recommend coming in here and checking out all the cool treats and bully sticks and food and leashes, you name it they have it for sale and it’s all just cool cool, cool! 💜☮️

If I could give this place zero stars I would.From the get go this location has been nothing but a mess. They've been saying for years they were going to open. When a grand opening date was finally released, I emailed them to set up a grooming apt for my 2 dogs. I was provided a form to fill out and a waiver. I completed both, provided vaccination records, and established appointments for 1/19 at 10 am.I then recieve emails to confirm appointment dates for the wrong day for both of my dogs.I called the store and they stated "I am not sure why our system sent you that email. You're still booked for 1/19.". I proceeded to get emails to confirm appointments with our dogs name spelled wrong. I was nervous the clerical error on their apt dates & names weren't where this would end. I was right.After arriving around 9:50 to drop the dogs off, the store was not open to accept early grooming appointments like other locations do. Eventually dropping my dogs off at 10am I did not hear from the store for hours. Aound 1:15pm I called the store and they stated "We've been calling and emailing you! (xxx)xxx-xxxx, proclaiming with confidence the number they thought was correct. Well, it wasn't. I also didn't get any emails saying they were ready. My two dogs had been stuck there for hours without any communication.When I got to the store to pick up my dogs the owner was behind the counter scheduling a grooming apointment for someone in person. He stated the date and day of the week he wanted and she insisted he had the day wrong. Well, she was wrong and then again blamed her system for portraying the wrong day after incorrectly correcting the customer first. After about 10 minutes trying to book his appointment she conceded to her "system" and told the man the system isn't working for her and she'll have to schedule and confirm it later (good luck with that, guy).THEN instead of helping get my dogs who had been trapped there for hours, she helped another guy that walked in after me schedule an appointment. He had a male dog with a blue harness, told the woman that it's a male, and she repeatedly called the dog a she. Not a huge deal, but it just goes to show that this woman really isn't organized or paying attention to her customers.Finally my dogs were brought out while she was still helping this man and I rushed them outside because the puppy started peeing inside her store (again, it had been hours). She then exclaimed "SHE HASN'T PAID YET!" as I walked my two 80+ lb. dogs outside to use the bathroom. I am still not sure how she expected me to pay with my hands full, she could've checked me out first before giving me my dogs and scheduling more appointments.... After putting my dogs in the car, I went back in and paid, begrudigly.I am baffled how this happened. I am confused how other locations are able to put 2 phone numbers on file to minimize issues like this, yet this one can't. Maybe double check that form you made me fill out instead of relying on your "faulty system".Not once did the owner apologize for their mistakes or approach me with reasonable customer service. She kept insisting these contious issues were faults of her "system" and her employees. I don't need the customer to be right everytime, but I atleast expect an apology when so many issues arose at our first visit. When I pointed out to her that she had yet to apologize or validate my frustration she said "Yes I did!" instead of just apologizing.... I will be shocked if this location stays open if her customer service doesn't improve.This was truly such an awful first impression that I will never return.MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR CORRECT PHONE NUMBER BEFORE LEAVING YOUR PET THERE!

Had a ongoing issue with a very hyper dog. I heard about them from a friend, and stopped by to see what they would recommend. The owner suggested some CBD. It has worked wonders!!! Service was awesome, they took time out to really listen, nice for a change!!
