Josh was amazing. He is so kind and caring. He normally doesn't do too many cats but he treated ours perfectly. She has a slight hip injury that keeps her from cleaning and now she is as clean as can be. Plus he is the best price around. A true value. This is not a fancy spa but a functional grooming location that gets the job done right, and that's what we needed. I highly recommend him!

Its unfortunate I cant give 0 stars. Took dog into groomers. Place was not all that professional looking, sorta reminded of a garage repair shop at the front entrance. Dropped dog off, they placed him in cage so decided to go shopping as there was a bed bath and beyond across the street closing. Almost 1.5 hrs later I returned, my dog was still in his cage and had not even been started hair cut. I asked for him back and was advised to reschedule. My dog will never go back there even if it was no charge.

I have had Josh and his mom watch my dogs several times over the past few months and couldn't be happier. They take great care of them, and you can really tell how much Josh cares about them. Josh's mom is also extremely kind and a fantastic groomer! If you need a caretaker for your pets and want to know it's someone that genuinely enjoys working with animals, I couldn't recommend him enough.

We brought our Schnauzer puppy Ebony for a Full Grooming! She is 6 months old and a handful! He did an excellent job giving her a Schnauzer Cut, wash, clipping her nails and even brushed her teeth! We are Very Pleased! We will be back. 🤗❤

He doesn’t even deserve 1 star but there’s nothing lower, I brought my beautiful Pomeranian and Josh butchered her when I specifically told him NO HAIRCUT, NO TRIM, just a bath and a good brushing, it was so bad a 5 year old could have done a better job. I should have trusted my gut instinct when I walked in the shop( he was cutting this little dog’s nails which he cut it too deep the poor baby started crying, and bleeding he didn’t apologize to the lady just said this things happen) didn’t even turn to look who walked in or to say hello. Do not take your pets to him, he should be out of business

Josh is a great person and is easy to work with. Just dropped off my rottweiler for a quick bath and when I came to pick him up his nails were trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. WOW! Thanks Josh! Ill be back in a few weeks

Josh has done FANTASTIC work with our dogs. We have left the dogs with him 3 times now (Bichon & Border Collie) His home is set up for pets. Large, fenced back yard. No danger in the house. ALSO, his partner does dog grooming. We have never seen a Bichon cut like she did. Total show quality groomer. These people are great at what they do. HIGHLY Recommend.

Joshua was kind enough do accommodate home visits for my two senior dogs. Both were on meds and I thought they would be more comfortable being in their own home. Joshua set up a meet and greet before my trip and when he left my house, I felt completely confident in leaving the dogs at home. During my trip, Joshua sent me a little text to let me know that he had been at the house and that the pups were good. It was such a reassuring feeling to get that text. I have used other dog sitters before and they never text me until the end of the day......that makes it difficult to be away because whether your dogs are being taken care of is on your mind all day. This time, I was out of town and completely at ease knowing they were well taken care of.On the late night that I got home, the house was tidy and the dogs were happy....You can just tell if they had been stressed and it was very clear that they were not.I would use Prestige again and I would recommend Joshua to any one that wants consistent, good care for their pets when they need to be away. I think next time, I will try letting them stay with Joshua.

Josh has a lot of dog knowledge in every area. His home is well suited for dog sitting and the back yard completely fenced off for dog security. Would highly recommend him for pet sitting and overnights. Reasonable rates and much better than a kennel.

I called Josh at Prestige Dog Grooming in the morning and he got my rescued Sheltie, Doobie, in that afternoon. The person I got Doobie from had let him get fleas pretty badly, when I picked Doobie up, Josh had given Doobie a bath that has him smelling nice again and gotten rid of the fleas, trimmed his nails, cleaned his teeth, and gave him a beautiful summer time hair cut. He was able to refer me to a couple of different vet options in the area and he did all this for only $65!!! Thanks Josh you made Doobie go from a rescue dog to my 9 and 10 year old sons new best buddy!!!

Prestige pet care is just what we were looking for. We wanted more personalized daycare for our puppy and that's exactly what they provide! The staff is friendly, nurturing and very communicative. Prices are very reasonable and you can leave your pet with them knowing they are being well supervised and taken care of.Here you get a much smaller group of dogs, not the 30+ groups at commercial locations. We took our golden for grooming and were happy in the past with the quality we received but today was different. Buyers beware!! you may not get what you ask for here! Our Golden now looks like a shaved lab!And all the business said, " it will grow back!" Not acceptable!
