First time visit on Sunday July 21, 2019. We were immediately greeted by an employee. The aisles are tall and diagonal in the front and straight in the back.We normally shop at famous footwear because they have a reward program AND military discount. This DSW has a rewards program but NO first responders/military discount.While this DSW is nice bright and stocked well, I will probably tend to go where the money is when buying shoes for 4 kids and shop at famous footwear for them and shop at DSW for the stuff we cannot find elsewhere.If DSW had a matching military discount, I'd probably shop DSW first

Update 5.5.24. This store SUCKS. I went back to try again. Bought $200 worth of shoes, one pair caused blisters and significant problems. Tried to return and they won’t do any return if they have been worn even one day. DO NOT SHOP. THEY ARE THIEVES.Sales manager Elizabeth is the WORST. I tried to use a coupon and of course there were exclusions THE BAIT AND SWITCH IS ALIVE AND WELL. Then the sales manager ELIZABETH whips out her phone pulls up the website and the entire list of exclusions and says HERE IT SAYS EVERYTHING THAT OS EXCLUDED! She shouted “I don’t make the rules”.MY SUGGESTION GO TO MACYS. THEY HONOR THEIR COUPONS AND THEY DON’T SHOUT AT YOU.Merry Christmas DSW.

Huge store but aisles are too crowded to get through with a stroller or wheelchair. It’s nice to have ample seating and trash cans in the aisles but aisles are not spaced wide enough to accommodate equipment and the seating/trash. Store is large enough to have properly spaced aisles. Disappointing this wasn’t considered when arranging the store.

Not what I thought it was. Way too expensive. I've seen great reviews About this place but it wasn't as discounted as I was promised. When they still have shoes on clearance for 84.99 them that's not a clearance to me.

I bought slip resistant shoes for my job in the kitchen. I get to work and slip about 4 times in the first 10 minutes. So after about an hour I put my old shoes on. The kicker is apparently since I wore I am not allowed to return them. How am I supposed to know the product is faulty until I wear them. Horrible service

Super helpful staff! Lexi was super helpful as we worked through a pick-up order issue right at closing time. She went the extra mile - I'm sure she was eager to close up for the night but it didn't show. Thanks for a great experience!

What a great store. Was able to find what i wanted in 2 second's literally. Spent an hour or more at another shoe store couldn't find anything i liked. Nice selection and friendly staff.

This store does not bring the familiar boutique ambiance. It is of a Nike outlet, Home Depot feel ( or a true warehouse style). I no longer felt like lingering or strolling looking at the shoes. It is more of a locate, buy, get out atmosphere. But, the shelves are well stocked and the staff is very friendly. This store even though it is brand new has a clearance section (a huge plus).

First time at the store. A nice young lady named Cache help me find the right size shoes in the right width. I ended up walking the long way around the parking lot because my New Balance shoes were so comfortable. Very happy with the experience and the service. I was pleasantly surprised. Although they didn't have everything in store, it was very easy to purchase one pair and then have one shipped. The associate at the register was very helpful and friendly.

Everyone here was amazing. I went in with three returns from three separate purchases. I'd had two of them for a little while but was unable to get the return done earlier due to having surgery.I expected to be told that there was nothing they could do, but the cashier was pleasant as could be, and assured me that at worst I'd get a store credit (fine with me).The manager was quick to respond when the cashier had questions, and was really pleasant as well.It was a really good experience! And I bought another pair of shoes that fit perfectly. 😊

Visit was 9 December 2019. I wanted to get out early and do some shopping and was so thankful for this store’s hours. Early hours – Yay! Did buy two pairs of shoes. The store was set of nicely for me and I could shop in peace. The staff was helpful and store very neat and clean. Found shoes I have been looking for but could not find in other locations in my size. If in this area again, I will stop in.

Great new place with a large selection of shoes. Bot any selection in wide widths however, the clearance area had wonderful deals. The staff is very engaging and helpful, they are really there when you need them. I will be back!

The Clearwater store didn't have the exact shoe I wanted, but Tom was amazingly helpful. I wasn't sure whether I'd be a 9 or a 9.5, but Tom measured the length and width of my feet (apologies for the chipped nail polish!) and helped me order exactly what I wanted. Can't wait for my shoes to arrive! Truly great customer service. Thanks, Tom! I'll be back!

Good selection of shoes for men, women, and kids. Especially wide selection of casual, athletic, and sandal-type shoes. Very knowledgeable and helpful cashier. Wide aisles and enough space so that the store doesn't feel cramped.

Called at 7:37pm when store hours online say they were open until 9pm. Confirmed with employee named Courtney and told her I’d be there approximately 15-20mins and she said that would be fine. Arrived at location at 8:05 and store was closed. Called back and same person tells me yeah stores closed. Wouldn’t have wasted the drive had the service representative had the common curtesy to mention they close earlier then set time.

Great selection of brands and sizes. Ordered online and was able to pick up within hours. If size is not available in store then shipping is an option. Inventory changes out regular so it's best to shop often.

Awesome selection of shoes...Florsheim for work. I experienced very friendly staff and they provided awesome customer service. They made me feel very inviting. I will shop there again for another pair of shoes. Great experience!!!

Every single time I go to the store I get the greatest help from the salespeople, easy to find things, and just love love love their clearance department!! So much to choose from! It's a must go to shoe shopping frenzy! Can't wait to go back!
