A gallon of 2% milk was marked $3.95. By the time I checked out it was $4.05. Walmart and Aldies have the same product for $3.03 and $3.01. The 10 pack of garbage bags rang up $1.00 as posted. I expected some sort of a mark-up because this is a little store but, not more than 33%. I’m so sorry for people that have to shop here. I’ll try Dollar General (across the street) the next time I’m in a pinch.

I use this store when I need something quick. It is 3 miles from my house. I live in rural part of Marion County. Closet grocery is 10 miles one way or 13 the other. Employees are always very helpful and friendly.

Let me just warn those with autistic children/ family members, the manager here would rather smoke cigarettes outside all day then run her store so if you have someone who is mentally challenged and takes time looking around and doesn't like to be close to people because of thier disability then just know they may be treated as though they are stealing or taking to long and the store manager and one of her employees that's alot older do not have empathy they traumatized my son to the extreme he wouldn't go back in the store for 6 months shopping only at the BP as he doesn't like to cross the main highway to the dg ... unless I'm with him and because he is 24 he doesn't like to ask for help, my son is a very kind person with a debilitating brain cyst and autistic it IS NOT UP TO HIM TO LEARN TO CHANGE HIS BEHAVIORS IT IS US THE ONES AROUND HIM THAT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO RESPOND TO THOSE AUTISTIC, it just goes to show how inhumane people can be..upon addressing this issue the Manger was very reluctant to believe her employees did anything wrong or did she care to hear ...today I had to go to her store as my vehicle broke down and I needed a product she had so I went in and she cashed me out ...I said thank you she said nothing...all because she was upset I told her a while back I won't spend money in her store due to this incident not even being attempted to be addressed in fact she was quite snotty because I asked if she had a very elder lady working late night in her store and she replied why ....thats rude to ask an age 🤯🤯🤯 I'm quite calm until you mess with my family especially my son who cannot elaborate correctly or defend himself yet i held myself together she must love her cigarettes more than her karma or sleep.....what's HER EXCUSE for NOT wanting to get to the bottom of what happened😠 she don't belong in management... thats discrimination on a disabled person!

ROSA!Every employer out there should have a Rosa at the top of their team. So welcoming, positive, outgoing, kind, helpful AND knows the inventory as well as the weekly Ad. Rosa asked if I had the App. In the kindest of ways then offered to help me download it and to answer any questions I might have. Rosa cares about the customer and promoting her employer.Rosa is this good.

Went in looking for silver curtain rods that would fit small mobile home windows. Found exactly what I needed. Service is always good at this store as well. Ever time I've gone there I am greeted and there is always employees available to help. If register line gets busy I have always seen another worker jump in and run the other register. Don't always see that at the DG. Pleasant shopping experience and shelves stocked.

Came in to get some oreos after buying some from this location that were opened prior to my purchase. Didn't notice until getting home. So went through the process with the company. Got two vouchers for the same product. They told me they did not accept free coupons. So went next door to dollar general and did not have a problem. I won't be back! Management should either inform the employees because they are to lazy to do paperwork for a manufacturers coupon that they reimburse. And if that was the manager they should be replaced.

I Love to go to Family Dollar !!!I have specific things I buy there.I use to go to Dollar store all the time but not now !!! Only Family Dollar !!! I buy other things there too !!! Definitely Love It !!!

I learned a costly lesson today, that Family Dollar has a No Refund Policy, on opened electronics. It doesn't matter how bad your product experience is, once you buy it and open it, you're stuck with it. For full disclosure, they will allow exchanges for the same exact item, if for example your product is defective. It was a very disappointing shopping experience, but you live and learn. Always verify the return policy before buying electronics anywhere!

Has Smelled horrible for over a month now as the previous reviewer mentioned.Can't expect em to enforce a mask policy when they have people walking in there shirtless.Aside from that, it's densely packed but they seem to have everything.

Always helpful and the manager Renona was wonderful! She was right there with any questions I had and made sure the store was clean with the items easy to lock. I'd also like to thank her for helping me get my items when I had an injured foot. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very very disappointed when this store put up clearance tag today was told it starts tomorrow Im like what I wasted my time n gas to get a certain item if your going to put up clearance tag today is soppose to on sale no matter what day if it for tomoorow should had waited til late tonight or tomorrow not just put it up then lied to customer thatll drive your sale down to trash. Dont put up the clearance tag if its for tomorrow. 2 If a deaf person asked for paper and pen dont treat them like they are dumb that'll put you in a very hot water.
