I've visited several different stores from Florida to Louisiana, their advertised prices in store are double the amount of other stores. The Online price is the correct price and I notice checking out the register the price was the same as other stores . I almost left bc of this . I'm sure sales could increase if this was attended to. Employees are super friendly 5 stars in that area !!!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We felt like we were an inconvenience to staff from the moment we went to check out. The young lady was on her phone and staff didn't communicate where we were to wait or park to have our gun safe brought out to our vehicle. Two different young men handled our safe, one brought it out front and dropped it off outside TS, the other loaded it with a forklift onto our truck, neither talked to us about anything with regards to the safe. We had to ask for the code and the paperwork. We have another Winchester safe just like the one we bought for our son and it has feet. When I spoke with the manager about the feet her reply was it doesn't come with feet and the holes in the bottom of the safe are to bolt it to the floor. I will contact Winchester directly. Tractor supply in Chipley, you have lost our business for good. Terrible customer service.

Only place in town that has a good selection of metric fasteners. I was impressed at the wide selection. They were organized in a way that made what I was looking for easy to find. Where here I picked up a few other things. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Had to go for a short ride to get here worth the trip. I was able to complete my task at hand.

Earlier this year we bought $90 worth of turkeys and 35 in chickens and they all died by the next morning. We have bought countless chickens from other Tractor Supply stores and we still have them. They gave me a hard time about refund being told it had to go through this other number and when i called she stated had to be store. Tonight we went to this same Tractor Supply after we got off work (the reason it was after dark). We wanted to purchase rolls of wire. The lady said it was locked but we could use the kiosk and find what we needed and the guy could unlock it. We took the time to use the kiosk and find what we needed and the guy asked if he could help and we told him we needed rolls of wire which he said it was locked at 730 and couldn't be sold until tomorrow. They allowed us to waste our time and look and figure out what we needed just to not make the sale. This makes twice we have been let down by this store. I see no reason why it couldn't be unlocked to sale a couple rolls of wire. Lost out on over $400 in sales tonight because we decided not to purchase any of the other things we needed either.

I was shopping specifically for my pets during my visit, and there was a good selection of dog food and other dog things.Cat supplies are smaller, but still carried the brands I thought feel are better quality.I will shop here again, it is a large store and the staff were friendly.

Love tractor supply but some of the prices on certain items are higher than elsewhere, but it seems like they always have what I need except .030 mild steel welding wire lol. Would definitely recommend though.

I have been going to this tractor supply location for years and I have had many problems with availability of specific feed or products or moldy feed or pests in feed.....Until they made improvements....this past year. They seemed to have changed management, hired new staff, reorganized the store and resolved some of their pest problems.The current employees are always friendly and helpful. It has been a very long time, since I have had any problems with my tractor supply shopping at the Chipley location.

The lodge is a beautiful 1930s Mediterranean style Hotel that has had minimal upgrades for the new century. No TVs, however there is now electricity! A beautiful Lodge! The jungle cruise is very entertaining with lots of Wildlife. This trip on the jungle cruise had more manatees than I've seen before there!

The employees here are of no help . While I was looking at their inventory that was miss priced and trying to decipher the messed up pricing lables the stocker put up (they had propane bottles priced as oxygen , unlabeled sheet metel and no prices on some items on the shelves ect.) two employees started to hover around and look around corners at me but they never offered any assistance even when I spoke out loud that help was needed . The only employee I would say is reliable there is the cash year if not for the checkout lady I would give this store 1 star.

Tractor Supply has great gifts. They carry a large variety of stuff that you need around the yard, around the farm, animal feed, etc. You gotta go see for yourself. You won't regret it!!

Every employee that I have ever dealt with at Tractor Supply, has been polite, knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, accommodating, and pleasant. The managers always volunteer information and are quick to ask if I need help, or if I've found everything that I was looking for. Great place to shop. Feel like I'm among family.

My husband ordered a blade for his tractor from this store. The store was clean, the employees were very helpful and the blade came in on time as promised. Great Job! As for the mask nonsense, I shop at your store because I do not own a mask, I have never worn one and I do not have to wear a mask for a fake plandemic in your store! If people are so concerned about the mask tell them to stay home and order on line!

I absolutely love tractor supply, they have everything you could ever want (except for food of course, other than snacks). Better prices than I would of thought from a specialty store (as long as you stay out of hardware). People are very friendly and actually have pretty good knowledge about the products they carry unlike most other big chain retailers. Very clean believe it or not, with all the feed and chemicals there wasn't one spot I could find that had a spill or debris on the floor or the shelves, the only thing I noticed was some stuff didn't have a price point or price tag telling you how much something was or specifics about the item. Other than that, keep doing what your doing guys.

We placed an order on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and went. No delivery. No communication from TSC. Called first thing Sunday, and was told by the delivery driver himself that we would have it by 12. I called at 12:30 and was told that they were en route. ( TSC is 25 minutes from my home) When 1:45 rolled around, I made another call and was informed that the driver was en route. Finally at 2:45, we were informed that they were finally going to send the driver our way. Their "same day delivery" slogan needs some work.

This store is in the perfect location with great visibility and ease of access. The prices are very affordable and everything is well organized with a helpful staff. They always seem to be low on inventory on things like their small parts like nuts and bolts though.
