Panhandle Veterinary took excellent care of my dog. She got hit by a car. I took her immediately there. I called on the way there. When I pulled up they knew who I was and saw us immediately. They took phenomenal care of Sophie and got her back home the next day to be with her puppies! A special thank you to Dr. Bowman for her kindness, care and patience with me and Sophie! She is doing great!

took my sweet girl (Olive) in for an emergency spay and nail trim. Due to personal circumstances i had to board my baby for 4 days. when i got her back not only did she come back with perfect sutures and pretty nails, she came back very clean and soft and if i had to guess her teeth as well because she no longer has bad breath. they also look after my cows and are phenomenal. i cannot recommend a better place, worth the drive if a drive is needed!

I brought my mare here for a pregnancy check after finding out from the previous owner that she had been exposed to a stallion. I was VERY impressed with every aspect of this clinic and I’ve been to multiple vets for both small and large animals. I got an appointment quickly, my horse was seen right on time, the vet(Dr. Gusek) and vet techs were all extremely sweet to her, price was very reasonable, facility was clean, and nobody was in a rush but everyone still worked quickly and communicated well with me. I am 100% certain that my mare got the best care she possibly could have. I will be a returning customer with all of my pets!!

Dusty was scheduled for her annual exam and vaccine booster. The staff went out of their way to make sure the dog was comfortable before the procedure. This was the first time in a couple of years that she was not in pain after getting her boosters. Thank you all very much.

Took my dog to be boarded and groomed for 1 night. They also tended to some allergy problems she tends to when the weather gets warm. They always do a good job. This not my first time using tnem.

Had been going to previous vet for 30 years but then he was fixing to sell his practice so I started going to Panhandle Vet. Appreciate the promptness for getting my dogs in to see them and the care they exhibit with all my furbabies. Have gone back to previous vet that bought out practice but I do not appreciate the 2+ hr wait when the waiting room gets filled and people have to wait outside. Love the spacious waiting room at Panhandle for my rather large dogs.

I have been here the once, on March 25th my baby Meesha looked lethargic and very unlike herself, she was later diagnosed with leukemia and met the Lord that very same day. The nurses and veterinarian were very knowledgeable, sympathetic, patient and sincere. They laid out options, broke down the bill and allowed me the time I needed to digest it somehow and make a decision.Less than two weeks later I get this card in the mail signed by the staff. Did I mention I was a one time client?? I will never take any of my remaining pets to any other clinic. The staff and Vet were outstanding, I don’t have enough words to praise them.

Our regular vet was unavailable, and several of their recommended vets were also either booked fully or unavailable, but all recommended I seek immediate veterinary care for my dog's injured eye. I reached out to Panhandle Veterinary Services on the recommendation of one of the offices I'd spoken to, and they were able to squeeze me in right away.Dr. Amy saw us promptly when we arrived and was able to immediately diagnose the issue. She assisted me with the first time application of the medicine so I'd know how to do it at home and clearly communicated care instructions and recommendations.The facilities are large and the office has a lot of techs and four vets on staff so it was fairly busy, but the facilities are clean and well maintained and everyone I spoke to was polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend their services based on my experience today.

We always receive the best care for our pets at Panhandle! Today our Coco had her first teeth cleaning and they took such good care of her. Destiny at the front desk was super helpful when we checked in and again this evening when we checked her out. I truly appreciate the friendly smile and service, especially when I’m dropping off my sweet girl.

We brought our golden retriever here for a second opinion after the vet in Bonifay failed to diagnose and treat him. The friendly and understanding staff at Panhandle was able to see him right away and complete diagnostic tests to determine the cause of a swelling in his eye. After many tests to rule out other possibilities, it was determined that that most likely had a brain tumor. Even though our dog finally succumbed to his illness, we were given the peace of mind that we did everything possible to treat him and we have the comfort of knowing that he passed away peacefully in his sleep without pain. We’re heartbroken for the loss of our beloved dog, but are thankful for the care he received at Panhandle veterinary services.My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is their communication. It is very difficult to reach someone on the phone and voice messages cannot be left. The only way to send a message is via text and they are very slow to respond.

Very professional, nice and wanted the best for my pup. Took into consideration the bond my pup has with me to help make the visit easier for her by allowing me to stay in her sight during the exam. Very helpful with booking my visit, I had an emergency and they worked us right in. Everyone had genuine concern for my pup from the check-in ladies to the doctor.

Panhandle Veterinary Services in Chipley Florida is a wonderful, friendly, place with an excellent staff and great doctors!I recently switched veterinary clinics and it just feels so good to be in an environment where I feel appreciated and my cats are genuinely cared about. I will be suggesting them to animal owners I know, and others I meet when I shop for my cat-kids.

I took my dachshund in for a possible snakebite. The staff was incredibly kind and vested from the time I called until I checked out. They comforted me when I was scared and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. They even asked permission before they shaved the area around the wounds and assured me they would have us back in a room together shortly for my peace of mind. Most importantly, they treated my dog like family. We can never thank them enough for their kindness. They also charged a more than fair price for services rendered. It was worth the 45 minute drive for us without question.

Dr. Logan is the absolute best! I brought my horse to him because she had been sick for a couple of weeks, and a different vet almost incorrectly diagnosed her. I told him how the prior vet wasn't positive of the diagnosis, and he was determined to find the problem. He found the abscess on her that had been missed and she is already feeling so much better! I 100% recommend them to anyone needing an equine vet in this area!

I took my horse in to have eye surgery today. When I picked her up I knew she would probably give me trouble loading. Boy was I right...I wish I knew everyone's name but started out with a young gentleman helping me and before you knew it there was about 5 people helping. Everyone was very patient with her and worked together to help me load her. Thank you to everyone that helped . I greatly appreciate it. You're the BEST..

Words cannot describe how thankful our family for this facility. We were on a trip home from Florida to Illinois, my pup had a medical emergency. They got us in and fixed her up in under 24 hours. Every staff member I had an encounter with was kind and knowledgeable from the front desk, to techs and Doctors. Highly recommend!

Always an amazing location. They are not afraid of my babies no matter how big they are. They are amazing in emergency situations and always respectful about not taking your babies from you during their treatments and visits. Xray was the only place my baby went alone. The drive is definitely worth the service. They also service large animals which is difficult to find in the area.

Delaney was very helpful when I needed to reschedule Rufus appointment for his teeth to be cleaned. Dr. Logan was the only vet we helped resolve an abscess Rufus had. Half his face was swollen. Panhandle veterinary hospital has been most helpful to Rufus. Thank you

Oh my Goodness .Awesome!! Awesome !!!The nicest staff and got my dog Junior in so quick .I called told them about an issue concening my 11yr old dog junior,and it was the end of the day they were fixing to close ., that didnt matter they told me come on and they took care ofjuniors foot that had wire wrapped around it and I was so scared I love my dogs very much!The staff and doc were the nicest people !very grateful for their help and the cost was very very reasonable .Most vets would have charged out the Ying yang but they didn't very very good doc.and staff .Thank you panhandle veterinary for helping my best friend juniorHe sends high paws to yall.Sincerely Maggie and juniorYall are awesome!

My Chihuahua needed an emergency c-section. They took a right in, saved all three babies, sewed mama up. We took her home about an hour later. Everything was good. Highly recommend them. Great staff. Great doctors
