This is a clean and organized store. I shop Goodwill to save money, yet the prices in this store will not aid in this goal. It is extremely expensive when compared to other thrift stores.

I have just moved to Chipley, and find this Goodwill one of the best I have been in, in a long time. I look for old picture frames, shelves and such. The staff has always been very kind and helpful to me, and they do stay extremely busy, but seem to keep the shelves pretty full! I asked to look at a large picture behind the counter and they were very busy at the registers, but took time out to hand me the picture, which I purchased!! I just really enjoy going there!!

Everything was pretty nice. I like the new layout, for the most part. I don't like how all the kids clothes are basically thrown together now though. It made finding boys pants nearly impossible. There's about 15-20 pairs of boys pants and the rest are girl jeans. There's nothing to separate by size either. Everything is just kinda tossed on the rack. Other than that it would be 5 stars.

Shopped here frequently before today, but probably will not again. Went in with someone who has a service dog and instead of asking that person, the cashier asked me to have the dog ride in a cart "for its own protection", when she was informed that the dog (wearing a service animal vest) was a service dog, she responded that they didn't like dogs to be on their floor, using the excuse that children might bother the dog.Shame that an organization that deals with people with disabilities doesn't allow service animals to freely do their jobs and harasses people with disabilities loudly as they come through the door.

There’s truly something for everyone at this location! My husband and I had a wonderful visit. The location is not far from the heart of Chipley’s downtown and is easy to locate. We found some excellent records, knick knacks, toys, clothing and books. Everything is very tidy and well organized. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return to find more treasures at this store! Thanks for a fun time! We had a blast!

BADWILL.. So I went dumpster diving yesterday and on my way home I decided to stop by goodwill.. well I didn't think I would find anything but as soon as I looked there was hundreds of toys and kid movies and teddy bears all in perfect condition.. as I was pulling some of the kids movies and toys out to ACTUALLY donate to kids in need, a lady working there came out and yelled at me saying what I'm doing is illegal and called the law.. what i was doing was perfectly legal and shame on BADWILL its sickness to know there are kids with NOTHING and BADWILL will never get another dime from me.

Good parking and Handicapped accessible. Good place for second hand products. Mens, women's, and kids clothing. Mens section only goes up to xxl. Lots of books, furniture, electronics, and household items. Reasonably priced. Well organized and clean. Dressing rooms and restrooms. Great place to stop for a look. Highly recommended

I always find cheap and rare items here. Pretty interesting what I can find in here. I like the staff too. The sign out front always says "happy spring" it cracks me up since it is nearly fall now. But good place.

Does anyone else feel that Goodwill Stores have became ridiculous in their prices?Not only are the prices absurdly high but the employees at this location are extremely rude.I was under the impression that items are donated to help raise monies and to allow people with limited incomes the affordability to purchase needed items for their homes and clothing otherwise unaffordable to these families.I have seen prices in this and other Goodwill Stores that are higher then retail for the same items brand new?What a shame, I truly hope people will stop donating to what has obviously became nothing more than a money hungry business!!!

They answer the phone and don't even say hi they just lay it on counter and bout their business and ignore your call, Thanks watched you from outside the building cause I can't walk to go in and now I get to tell a less fortunate family with 6 kids why I couldn't see if they had a stove to donate to them,there stove shorted out during yesterdays evening storms way to go goodwill.

Nice store, however the prices are nearly that of regular retail. They don't do the color of the day like most other GW stores.

It is a very nice place to shop but...they use to carry the elderly wheelchairs, so they could shop too; and now they have none!!!
