Well stocked, but always moving products. Pick up orders are great for none fragile grocery items. I only go in for eggs, meat & produce now (they just grab, not always reliable for quality) . Leave the other shopping up to Walmart staff.

I have used the automotive department twice and both times the service was unsatisfactory. The first time they replaced my battery and threw out a part and didn't tell me. The second time they were to top off the AC but failed to do so but still charged me.The manager said she would check into it and call me but never did. I will go to Williams Automotive from now on.

Customer service is good. Everyone is friendly. Could do a way better job monitoring vehicles parking in the online pickup area just to go in and shop. Can't be quick and convient if there's no where to park and let you know we're there. Just have someone monitor the spots every now and then. If there's a car parked in a spot that hasn't alerted you inside the store to let you know they've arrived then have it towed because they're just being lazy and don't care about anyone but themselves!!

This store is far superior to the one in Lake City. Shelves are always well stocked with ample room to move thru the aisles.Ample parking and friendly staff.Seeing as I'm not a paid employee, I find the self serve checkouts awful.Every time one seems to open, another closes!Question, if I get hurt checking my own items out, who is gonna pay for my compensation? I'm assuming this has been explored by your legal department....or has it.......

I just wanted to mention 2 employees of your bakery dept!! Kerri and Angie are so helpful and so sweet! Every Tuesday morning for the snowbird season, i go to walmart to pick up donuts for the campground. These 2 women have my donut order memorized, ready and fresh every single time!! We are leaving early this year, but will be back next season!! Thank you again Kerri and Angie!

It's a small town Walmart. This time of year is very busy. As far as the store goes . It's well stocked and clean. All of the employees I have interacted with has been a pleasure with one exception. Could someone please get the very large gentleman that works in electronics a belt to hold his pants up. Had to have my wife take our child out of the area while I got ink for our printer. Management could you please do something about how the people in golf carts park .

I go weekly to the pick up order for my groceries, and for a while wasn’t really having issues with any of my things. But, probably the last couple months I’ve received gross vegetables, fruits, chicken with liquid in Walmart bag ,and smelled like it was rotten. Bought several coconut waters, drank two, and happen to realize that they expired last year in October, and also expired protein bars. Then this weekend I picked up another order, and my bottle of wine was in a single bag (they’re heavy and fall through bags) with a box of crackers so, obviously the bag ripped. Another bag had 4 heavy glass jars together, one broke and bag ripped so, was rolling around in my trunk. Eggs more then half were broke, and a dip sauce I had lid was off ,and all over the bag with other things I ordered. So, not only did I lose money but, now I don’t have some items I needed. And instead off putting groceries away right away cause I live 35 mins from chiefland, I was cleaning my car, and wiping off items as well. Such a disappointment since I’ve been going here for last couple years, and is the closest on to me.

Worst walmart there is,it's dirty,employees are rude went there on a Friday afternoon at 4pm needed soils and gardening supplies gate was locked at garden center,went inside and asked 3 cashiers standing ar register why was it locked was told Manger made them went to customer service counter they said they did it because people was walking out with stuff I told them why don't you have an employee that is just standing around doing nothing stand at the gate there is a store full of them doing that because they sure are not helping customers..you try to go down the isles and you have the walmart shoppers with oversized cardlts blocking the isle ,deli never open and if they are they are always out of everything or so they say if I could give this store a zero star I would..never no carts..They really need to get better management that can management a store properly.it the worst.

I witnessed a pickup hit A shoppers car. I reported the accident to the police and then called the store. They notified their security, but instead of coming out to see if anyone was hurt an employee came out to tell me that security was not even coming out to talk to anyone. Good job security.. NOT!!

I've been to a lot of Walmarts. I really like this Walmart. All the locals are so friendly. It's impossible to get through this store without somebody striking up a conversation with me in the aisles. I inadvertently spend a lot of time inside this Walmart.

I basically live vicariously through Walmart. Buy absolutely everything here. If you want or need it they probably have it and the pharmacy is great and so is the deli cook since he’s my husband. And he loooves his job and Walmart is his home away from home and of course working with the women doesn’t hurt him none! Hahaha 😂 love me some Walmart!!

Need more check out clerks instead of the useless self checkout stations. I do not feel I should be the one checking out my items instead of an actual paid employee. The worst part is then having to be stopped by an employee to check my receipts before leaving...just ring it up in the first place so I don't have to be inconvenienced. What kind of customer service is this?

The prices posted at this store do not ring up at the register. Every time I do shop here I find I did not pay the posted price but some other price that is usually more not less. No discounts because the price is wrong over and over. Not to mention the rude employees who run over you with the carts.Told the manager Nickie. Hoping for improvement. Same.Same Same

manager does not believe in customers using service animals in her facility, gross negligence of the ADA rules. watched her harass a customer having a medical emergency on the floor while laughing at her. disgusting.

This store is always soo HOT and nothing has ever been done about it no matter how many times I've complained. I should not be pouring sweat trying to shop here it's ridiculous. Plus it takes forever for them to get a product back in sometimes its a month at least. What I do like about Walmart though is that you have everything all in one place and that's very convenient. They have shoes, clothes, vitamins, toys, etc.. plus you can get an oil change while you shop.

We placed a Paw Patrol cupcake order for our daughter’s birthday for her class. When we went to pick them up we were informed they did not make them. The reason for not making them was because no one knew how too due to too many call outs. The team lead for that day was helpful and did a great job with the little time she had to at least have cupcakes for class.We also ordered a cake for her party with them. When my wife went to pick it up the day of her party they told her the cake had already been pick up earlier. They have no idea who picked the cake up.The day prior my wife went in person and spoke with a lady from the bakery to confirm it would in fact be made and ready due to the issues the day prior. She did confirm she would have it done and ready, and my wife verified SHE would be picking it up. It was the same lady when my wife tried to pick up the cake and continued with excuses of they only ask for names with no actual identification verification for pickup.This is highly unacceptable. I do NOT recommend using the Walmart bakery here.

Absolutely ridiculous that they are no longer 24hours every since the PLANdemic. The only thing Walmart has going, if you can find it in stock, is their fake wagu steak. There you go.

Walmart's are all pretty standard and each is very similar to the other.There's nothing special nor wrong with this location.Unfortunately there is only Walmart and an old Winn Dixie in Chiefland.I don't like the Winn Dixie so much, so I do all my grocery shopping at Walmart.As well as getting groceries done there, I tend to buy household or even some clothing or automotive products too, so it's a one stop shopping experience with prices being very competitive

They have what I need and I don't mind the self-checkout. They have a pharmacy, a grocery store, a liquor store, and an optometry center where you can get your eyes examined and choose your glasses and/or contact lenses too. The only problem is that most of their motor carts for those with a disability are either out of order, not charged up, or old and ramshackle. This is a problem for my mother who can't get around in the store without one.

This walmart is probably the dirtiest I have ever been to. It is also in disrepair and dangerous I. Certain areas around the coolers. Probably the worste walmart I have ever seen.
