The pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been to. The drive thru is a joke. 3 -4 people working yet they won't acknowledge you after sitting for over 5 min. My wife took her prescription in and was told it would be 20 mins, so we ran some errands and after returning they told her it wouldn't be until 2pm, on our way home she received a text stating it was ready for pickup. Really really terrible way to run a business.

Cheifland Florida Walgreens I will never come back my daughter has the flu was told 1 hour for the medication so I come back and get told another 15 minutes for her prescription and was told they was understaffed now I live a good 30 minutes away and when you tell some one 1 hour and get told another 15 minutes that's bull never again will I get a prescription filled here again I only did it cause they have the medication in stock I switched pharmacy because of this I will never ne back ever and yes I have every right to be mad and the girl was rude as well as I was checking out that told another 15 minutes as I've already waited 1 hour

Great place to get your prescription filled. That are very friendly and want to make sure you are getting the right medicine. Are also pretty fast at filling your prescription too.

Supposed to pick up a 90 day prescription.Got home they only gave me a 30 day supply. Called, the pharmacist gave me attitude and said it was my fault because I didn't check the count before I left the store.

Clean store, some good deals. You can earn store cash to use on anything in the store. Their photo department is very good, pictures, canvas, tiles, etc...are beautiful and sturdy. If you use their discounts you can get them for next to nothing. I want to mention outstanding service from Matt at the photo center. He goes above and beyond to help fix any issues that arise from an order. I appreciate that, I order a lot of items from the photo department. Very happy with this store.

I should not even give this store one star. I went in for a flu shot, and there wasn't a Custer in the store. I was told by a very unfriendly employee it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I ask are there anyone waiting for shots. I was told in a very unfriendly manner, no it takes that long for the paperwork. I will never use this Walgreens again. CVS IS LESS THAN A HALF A BLOCK. I went there ask for a flu shot, and no waiting got me shot in less than 5 minutes. You can decide for yourselves which store you would like to support.

Dont trust this location to get your prescriptions filled on time. I have had trouble multiple times with this location but I will use my most recent experience as an example. I have been attempting to get my prescription filled with them for over a week now. My doctor has sent over my prescription three times. Each time i called the next day (so they would have time to receive the fax and put it on the system ) to see if they receive it. Each time they told me they had not. My doctor ended up printing a physical copy for them since they were having so much trouble and I really needed this medication. So yesterday I brought the physical copy of my prescription to this location, they scanned it in and told me it would be ready in a few hours. I was helping a friend move so I told them I would be in the next day to get it. I got the text verifying that my prescription had been filled about 1hr after I left the pharmacy. Today i went back to pick it up and was told they they couldn’t fill it until November. Confused, I asked why, as i had just brought the prescription in the day before and had verification that it was filled. The person at the drive through window went to ask someone why the computer would be saying this. When they came back they informed me that my prescription was filled at a different location and that they would have to switch it back over to them and get it filled there. It wasn’t the person at the windows fault and I didn’t want to give them any grief about it so I just said thank you and went to run errands while I wait for the confirmation that it is filled. Again this has happened with this location more than once (aprox. 3 times with different prescriptions). I worry that if someone needed a medication urgently that this location would be incapable of completing that task .

Other than picking up meds, they always have some type of sale going on which is always great. Not only are you greeted on your way in, but thanked on your way out. The staff are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Most of the pharmacy staff is very rude especially the blonde pharmacist. Prescription is never ready when its promised after having it 4 days prior. And dont waste your time to call and ask them if they can have it ready on a certain time because you would get more out of talking to a tree.

They are always running out of my medication making me late getting it! It's like the pharmacist and the people working out front don't know what's going on with the prescriptions that are called in. And the medications are due the same time each month and they still are out of stock when it comes time for my name to be due. I've been going there for 6 months and it's still happening. I am really ready to go to a different Pharmacy..signed Fed UP!!!!!!

Husband and I got shingles vaccine and $10. Well, you have to buy something, put the $10 on your walgreens account and use it another time. Going to Winn Dixie next time for vaccines, they don't play that game. If you get $10. You can use it, unlike walgreens game. Out $20. Oh well, lesson learned

Pharmacist Renee was extremely rude. I was calling in a medication for a patient ready to provide information needed, however she was quick to jump in and interrupt as I was trying to explain the order. It was a simple reorder of a previous medication. Her level of professionalism was appalling. I called back again later and I spoke to Steph and it was a complete 180 speaking with her. Also there was a simple way to put in a reorder from previous orders. If only Renee would have let me explain. Have mercy on those who encounter Renee.

I drove through and asked for Claritin. They handed me a bag, I paid and drove off. Later I realized it was not Claritin but Wal-phed which is like Sudafed. Since I can't take Sudafed I tried to return the inferior substitute and they wouldn't exchange or give me my money back. The pharmaceutical personnel were very arrogant and wouldn't own up to their mistake. I understand not taking back medication once it leaves the premises but they should have disposed of the wrong medication and given me the right one since it was their error.Do yourself a favor and use Walmart instead. Way nicer people.

A delightful, soul stirring appeal to my very core is the manner in which the enchantingly attractive, capture of my every thought has me in totem. Completely and forever enthralled to her every desire. If only she but whisper it into the night. Those words, spoken ever so truly of self would command the whole of the Universe. Yet narry a soul would be aware of the grandeur and wonderment that is to be found there. If only, such enduring words were meant for mortal ears to enjoy. Many timeS, I myself and other customers waiting in line cant get a RX filled. the reason is mostly that the pharmacist does not recognize the doctor and want the customer to go back to the hospital and ask about it. I live in Bell Fl and that is 70 miles round trip to Gainsville hospital plus 60 miles round trip to Walgreens in Chiefland.. I can not believe Walgreens will not call the hospital to verify the doctor.On several other times, I call the pharmacy and order the refill and set the time for the next day at 11 AM. When I get there they tell me it did not come on the truck or it is still on the truck and can I come back after 4 PM, that is 5 hours and IT IS A 60 MILE ROUND TRIP, could they have checked it when I called to be sure it was available. It is insulin, needed NOW. I had also tried the auto fill and they called and said it was ready AND SAME STORY NOT ON TRUCK.

The hugely obese pharmacist thinks she is above the doctor's decision, takes it upon herself to change your prescription like she is a DEA agent, RUDE RUDE woman, she should concentrate on her own obvious health concerns an leave the script writing to the doctors and do what she was hired to do which is fill the prescriptions and be courteous to Walgreen's customers.

Its clean but I have a Healthline medical card which gives me benifits to buy over the counter products. But it's getting harder and harder to purchase the eligible items from this store. They refuse them when my book says they are eligible.
