Good experience purchasing a 5x8 trailer. Staff went above and beyond helping me get the right size ball onto my 5 1/2 drop down so I could pull with my Jeep. They also price match.

Walked into the Tractor Supply, i got to cuddle up with a skunk and have a deer eat my shorts. Probably the best thing that could happen in Chiefland. Especially if you live in a place that doesn't have skunks or deer. It was really cool to see, touch, hold and pet the wildlife. They all came from a place called skunk Acres animal rescue and the owners of the aforementioned establishment we're taking donations for there business. Now I do believe that one of the cashiers was hearing impaired I attempted to get her attention several times 2checkout but she was very busy folding jeans or something. Other than that cool place is all the stuff you need for Farm Supplies. And come standard with a skunk or 2 at the front door

Could not order an item last night online that was stocked in the store. Called the store and was informed that it was happening to everyone but they would hold one for me for pickup the next day. I called 3 times and was told 3 times that they were holding it for me. Arrived at the store only to find out they did not hold it for me and it is now sold out. But the one they were supposedly holding for me was now being transferred to another store. Not so much as a courtesy call or anything. I am not only closing my tractor supply account but will never shop there again.

Every time I go to this store they are understaffed and the checkout line is 5-10 deep. Yesterday they only had 2 employees working when I went in and one of them said she was from another store. I once again walked out, I'll take my business somewhere where it's appreciated.

Not a fan of this location. I had an issue with them last year when we purchased a bunch of T-posts but we did not get the clips that are supposed to be included. They gave me a hard time about trying to get them and I ended up having to buy them myself. The manager just didn't really seem to care. I also had a huge issue with them never having the cat food we use in stock. There were constantly cancellations when we would do a pickup order. Newberry and Gainesville keep better stock (Williston was not open yet at that time).I noticed also that this store was using the newer chick brooders that have multiple bins of chicks stacked up and the chicks were always upset. The heat is just not close enough to keep them warm and/or they have no way of getting away from the heat if they start to get too hot. The employees always left them with no water and food. I notified them once when we noticed it and they said "okay" and pretended to look busy. It was strange, and I hope they have gone back to the old system with the troughs and heat lamps by now because it was genuinely concerning.

Clean, organized, friendly staff. Only reason not 5, is the garden center tent out front was awful, so much of the product was dead from not being watered or taken care of. This store has been out of hay for over 2 months now.

I really like this store, staff is friendly and always quick to open another register if there is a line. Only issue is twice the dog food had mold and I needed to make a trip back and return it. There’s also an apparent in-house rat issue. When I showed the clerk the rodent droppings all over the feed bags she said... you should see the size of them! Lol, no thanks. That part probably doesn’t sound good, but honestly all things considered it’s a nice store with a friendly staff.

Tried to return something that was In warranty but wouldnt take it back. The manger was real rude. The pump is in warranty. I even Tried to explain the lady has a two week old baby at the house so they need water. I wont spend money money here again. Or recommend this place to anyone.

Boxes and trash piled in the aisles. Hard to get through.The place is very dirty overall.There were three employees overall in the store. The cashier was great and very helpful. The young man followed the other woman around like a love sick puppy, alternately bragging and flirting. He was speaking so loudly that we ( customers)were having a hard time having a conversation. We (customers) tried to have a conversation with the young woman only to be cut off by the young man who seemed jealous we wanted some of her time.Overall the store is very dirty and unkempt, not well stocked and most prices are not marked clearly.

Greeted when walked in. Found what we where looking for. Employees ways helpful. Different variety of stuff from clothes men's women and kids, to tool. Stuff for animals they have that also. They also have pet adoption on certain weekends.. home town feel

The prices are out of control. The clearance items are priced way to high and unreasonable. I only get what I have to and what I can't get anywhere else local. They always have what I am there to get though.

Unfortunately I will also no longer be coming to this location! Online stated this store had a product, after asking an employee or manager if said product was in stock since it was not on the shelf with other similar products. She informed me to check another spot which also did not have this product. When I went to check out I asked the cashier if he could check the stock to be sure it wasnt misplaced somewhere, the previous employee I had asked rudely interrupted stating she told me where it was & if it wasnt back there they dont have it, even the cashier was surprised by her attitude! I drive 30min one direction to this store so I'd like to be sure I didnt miss it, I will now be going to one in Gainesville!

I don't who is running this place but my daughter went in to get chicken feed she is 8 months pregnant and asked for help from a boy that works there and he left her and went to help young boys instead of helping her put this 50 lbs bag in the buggy or in her car even the girl at the register did not ask if she needed help and this is ridiculous you don't have that many people coming in there that you can not stop and help a pregnant woman

UPDATE: It was nice of you to reply with a number it would be better if YOU DIDNT HANG UP ON ME 17 TIMES IN A ROW! I call hit 6 then 9 to talk to someone wait however long sounds like someone cuts off the message/song playing and it hangs up! I think I'll just cancel my card from you all and call a lawyer!I purchased a brand new 125cc 4 wheeler atv for my 10 year old and 11 year old to play on, it was FULLY ASSEMBLED! The MANAGER to put it together noticed it had a broken headlight and that some bolts were loose AND THE PAPERWORK WAS WET. They sold it to me at full price, didn't tell me anything was loose or BROKEN! When I went back to try and get the paperwork that they lost, they found it, everything was still wet and stuck together AND THE TITLE WAS MISSING! Coleman tried to ignore me, each company is passing the blame on the other one. This is ridiculous! Your people don't know anything about the products they are selling! Your "manager" that assembled this knew there were problems and sold it anyways! Had my child been on it when the balljoint nuts came OFF I WOULD HAVE OWNED YOUR COMPANY! This is sold for 10 and up I barely noticed the issue with the balljoint NO CHILD WOULD HAVE NOTICED! The only thing Your team offered was to return it, so now I have a "NEW 4 WHEELER" for my kids that they can't ride! They have already seen it and are heart broken. I CANT RETURN IT AT THIS POINT! I JUST WANT THIS MADE RIGHT!

Went to pick up a Box Scraper I ordered online. Long line and the clerk was slow, did not call for another clerk till she was assisting me. She then told me that I had to go to CS to get my order after I waited in line for over ten minutes. Turns out the other clerk that came to assist was the CS person to help me. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the clerk to finish up front. Clerk should have called for assistance earlier. This is the second time in this store and had to wait in line then also. Will utilize the one in Dunnellon next time!!

Tractor supply in Chiefland is awesome. The service there is amazing and Alex, she's always there to help and do it with a smile on her face. She's a real pleasure to be around. They stand by their warranty no questions asked! It is the one and only place when i buy equipment i will get the extended warranty cause its actually that, a warranty. Like i said no questions asked they just take the bad and give you a new one.

Wonderful place to get all your pets needs. Prices are a little higher on some things, like a leash or dog collar, but they offer many different kinds of foods, products. Would of gave 5 stars except, I feel like for their dog food, they don't offer some things other than in bulk. I still shop there for much of animal supply's, also if your wanting to get chickens, ducks.. they have them to buy.. just babies.. and won't be there long.. so if your wanting or needing to start raising them, better go get ya some, while ya can.

They have a "wash station" for pets; like a pet spa. They have the shampoo and towel. How great is that! Lots of really good deals and very helpful employees.

Since when is change not considered money or currency to buy supplies.A woman came into your store to buy feed for her animals. She explained she didn't get paid for a couple days so she was having to use her change for feed for her animals so they wouldn't go hungry. YOU refused to take her change for payment. And made her feel embarrassed etc.How dare you treat your customers that way.Shame on you.

For the most part I like Tractor supply however I made this visit specifically to get a dog food special sent in my email that was out of stock, the store called around and directed me to a store 25 miles away as they had it in stock however, it was not when I arrived.
