Their selection was good and ALL items were $1.25 unlike several different Dollar Trees that I’ve come across lately that have several items up to $5, which isn’t because they are a Family Dollar and Dollar Tree combined. The customer service was good. Their display of items were neat and organized. It was a clean store. I do wish they had more of the BeautyGuru brand items in stock. I love the Natural Under Eye Serum and Facial Moisturizer items from that brand. I recommend this store.

The store was a mess. Dirty and cluttered. The younger cashier's were yelling at each other to answer the phone until it stopped ringing. I went to the older cashier who had a customer in front of me to check out because I was uncomfortable with the two that were yelling. I won't go back

This dollar tree was a nice store at one time. But it has went down hill bad. The store is nasty inside and out. Went in there today and only one register open and the store was very busy. I wouldn't have went there. But walmart is busy to with xmas so close. I just needed to get a couple of cards and a bag for a gift. When I went to get in line to check out. There was 5 people in front of me and 5 behind me. I saw another employee moving around empty boxes and noticed she was on her cell phone on a personal call listening through her earbuds. I asked her could asked other register be opened that the line had gotten very long. She told me she got off at 2 o'clock and didn't have time to get on a register. The time was 12:30 when I asked her. The manager came out of the office finally, but she took her sweet time to open another register. I went to her to check out and she was on her cell phone having personal conversation. This manager needs to be fired, along with the other employee that was to busy on her phone and still had an hour and a half left of work on the clock. But couldn't open another register. I won't go back there again.

As others have stated this store has went down hill. And is nasty both in & outside. There is ALWAYS an abundance of loose merchandise on the floor. Stuff is just thrown on the shelves or out on the floor in boxes. The manager is a Joke!! Last week she was on a personal call in an argument with a male who I assume was a spouse. All the while the registers were backed up . When she finally did open a register she had the phone in 1 hand texting while using the other to scan items. Then proceeds to scream across the store to another employee. OCompletely rude & unprofessional.

I doubt this store even has management. The parking lot, store & employees leave a lot to be desired. Merch sits for days in boxes on the floor. The staff can't work for horseplaying. Dont ask for help because noone wants to help. It's became Teen hangout more than Store

Pretty good for the most part I fill bad 4 the ones working them seem overworked and overwhelmed yet still come to work everyday. I love all the workers just wish the store had more variety and got in more of what other stores in Gainesville do.

Really great place for discounted prices. It has awesome employees and has better item's than Dollar General. Or even Family Dollar can even match the item's they have yall come see for yourself.

I love love that store except they didn't have my Dollar Tree diy hack supplies I wanted I still spent $42.00 and they are helpful and thank goodness let you use the restroom

I very seldom go into this store because I feel the staff is very unfriendly and they never greet you with a hello or tell you to have a good day.Very poor management. Very poor customer service.

Giving it a two-star because you know when you go in the dollar store you do some shopping. It would be nice to have a shopping cart but the staff uses them all up for stock and shelves not cool. Ultimately it was the dollar stores lost because my hands are full and I kept putting stuff down on the shelf because my hands were full and I felt something was more important. Maybe investing some stock carts for the staff so the customers can use the cards would be very appreciative

This was the grossest most trashed Dollar tree I have ever seen. And not just Dollar tree just out of any store I have never seen one so not taken care of. The outside had so much garbage that you could fill three big garbage bags full, and the inside wasn't much better. I'm not big on hand sanitizer but I sure as hell used it coming out of there.

I love this store and the people who work there are great.But...I gave it one star because who ever designed the lay out of the parking lot definitely wasn't thinking about anyone that has has a disability.I would love to watch someone from corporate get in a wheelchair and try to get in the front door

It was terrible. The manager, (her name was Linda, I know because I asked) got mad when the cashier asked her for help. The manager was on the next aisle for me when the cashier asked for help she was like oh my god really loud and a very aggravated tone. By the time I made it to the cash register the cashier was stocking stuff I stood there and waited and nobody came. The manager Linda and another lady were in the office talking really loudly about one of their coworkers and how much they didn't like them that they were always throwing them under the bus. In the meantime a man and his son came behind me and was listening and he said well I guess if they're going to stand in there and argue and they left. I yelled out if they would come out and cash me out but nobody came out nobody responded. I walked around the store and found the cashier who cash me out. She was very polite and very apologetic when I told her that I could hear them in there talking about a co-worker and that they wouldn't come out and help me. If you ever want to give classes on how managers should not act just send them into the Dollar Tree when Linda is on her shift and let them watch her. I'm giving this 2 stars and that is solely for the cashier

Dollar tree is great if you know what products to buy. The tools are iffy but this is my go-to place for gift bags, tissue paper and greeting cards. They actually have Hallmark cards. I also like to check the snack isle. Sometimes they have really neat stuff I don't see other places. I found some Longhorn steak season and it was amazing if you can find any.

Everything I went in no longer exists in this store. The selection is limited and particularly the office supplies area was a mess! The cashier was initially quite abrupt but she relaxed after a bit. I know it's not an easy job.

Very clean. Much better selection than the Dollar Tree in Gainesville, Florida. Also the clerks were actually working the entire time we were in the store, not standing around texting.

Friendly cashiers, clean, but I think their freezer is getting too hot somehow because the frozen stuff is always freezer burnt and funky. Just don't buy frozen stuff and it's a good store.

The employees deserve 5 stars, the prices SUCK THE WAZOO ! A person can buy most products cheaper at Wal-Mart.
