Pharmacy woman at pick up was snobby. Rolled eyes. I guess they don't like snowbirds. They were and always are very busy. Maybe she just had an off day. That makes two of the women who worked in the pharmacy rude. I think they definitely need more help.

Pharmacy doesn’t close till 8 but refuses to let you get your medication at 7:50. The staff were rude and didn’t even try to help all they said was no the pharmacy is closed.

Wow I love this place! I came here to find some certain makeup that I've been looking for. I went to other stores and no one even offered to help me, however the manager here went out of her way and helped me so much! I really appreciate everything she did for me! Thank you Rena!

Purchased a Real Techniques beauty blender. Once I arrived home and opened the package, the blender had makeup already on it. It was definitely used prior to being purchased. So disgusting. The package looked unopened when I bought it, but found it was easily opened and resealed. Not sure if they put a returned, used blender back on the floor or not, but use caution buying their items. Also purchased nail polish remover pads and found them all to be dried out and unusable. Good luck finding employees to return items….

The staff at the CVS in Chiefland Florida goes the extra mile every time to get you the best price and fastest service. They make phone calls to doctors and insurance companies to iron out all the wrinkles and get you the medicine you need. I have never, ever, been treated better than by the people working in our CVS.

Ok. I was sick as a dog with symptoms that seemed like COVID, so I dragged myself out of bed, finished all the ridiculous paperwork necessary to get an appointment for this test and drove the 40 minutes to take the test. I’m trying to be responsible and let people I’ve been in contact with know if I have COVID. After waiting more than a day, I got a text telling me the test could not be processed. So I have to call CVS and after wading through all their stupid menus I am told that the test tube they gave me for my COVID test was expired so no results could be determined!!!! That’s a few good hours I’ll never get back. Do not trust this store!!!!

The only problem with this pharmacy is that they are the busiest around and understaffed. The only one to blame here is corporate wont allow them the amount of techs that they need. Never had a problem at this pharmacy. Dan , Nicole, Lynn and Melissa keep up the good work . Thanks for all of your help...

Extremely rude, stuck up, seem awfully fancy-like. Every time filled my mom's scripts ( every month for a year, same script) they ALWAYS forgot rest of her scripts. I had to drive back there. After a year, changed pharmacy's & then 3 months later had to fill one of hers at CVS cause new one didn't have it & they REFUSED to fill it cause she changed her pharmacy!! CVS was the MAIN pharmacy for my mom's insurance & they refused her service, solely because she changed to a different one! Have never gone back

OI am one a fixed income so i use Goodrx to find the best prices. Typically CVS has the best prices on my pain medication which is sent over by me Doctor. Winn Dixie has the best prices on other drugs i use. Today the pharmacy manager said she would no longer fill my pain meds unless i brought all my prescriptions to CVS. She said she knows nows i get others filled d at winn Dixie. So now she wants to extort me and block me from getting the best prices on my meds. If you are older, and use goodrx, and several pharmacies, be very careful around CVS. You may face xe the same extortion demands.

Dishonest workers at this CVS location. I discourage anyone to shop at this CVS - especially if there is a worker by the name Paulette. My nephew, accompanied by my boyfriend, went into the store and asked this person if there were Pokémon cards in stock, she shared which isle where they can be found but then said they were sold out. My boyfriend and nephew proceeded to look around the store and found two sections stocked with Pokémon cards and two tins. Paulette proceeded to grab one of the tins of Pokémon cards (reached in front of them) and then shared she was saving them for her family. After they purchased a few packs my nephew came out to the car to see if I would buy him a tin. Within the minute it took for them to come out and me to go back into the store she had cleared the whole two shelves of cards - even the only tin left behind from the one she had already confiscated. When confronted about the act she then showed how she placed them all behind the register. How many other families has this been done to is unknown. Keep in mind this is also a pharmacy. If this situation occurred over Pokémon cards; I would be disheartened to see what else could be happening at this store. My family will not be back to any CVS for this matter.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy the pharmacist was very rude to me over the phone and wouldn't listen to me! She rushed me and her customer service was terrible. Worst cvs I've ever dealt with. I told her to cancel my order I will go somewhere else! Very impatient and unkind!

Pharmacist is rude,I called from a doctor's office to ask a question about a prescription and she was so rude. I will ask our patients from now on if they will use a different pharmacy.CVS needs to get better help.

Terrible there was a lady with glasses forcing me to use the self check out wouldn't let me scan my own items then there was a sale 2 for 4 dollars it didn't show the deal she lied said I would get it tried to walk away when she realized I was right
