Reviewed comments online because I was looking for antenna parts. Online said they had them, but they don't. Also, this store is very dark inside & what I think are LED lights, that cast a blue tint on everything. Not pleasant

Every time I go into this store I am greeted and asked if I need assisstance. All employees are friendly and helpful. The guys at the loading dock are cheerful and they never make me feel uncomfortable when loading into my vehicle. My favorite hardware and farm supply store. Oh! They also take good care of their live animals (chicks, ducklings etc)!

I like this hardware store. MOST employees are very friendly and very helpful. You get an occasional cashier who should smile and greet you, but overall mostly smiles and a hello. This little hardware store has about everything you may need around the homestead. If they dont have it ,most are willing to point you in the direction you can find whatever it is you're seeking.

Chiefland Farm Supply has been around for a long time, very good service, and friendly Associates, you can buy everything from home repair tools, to lumber, to boots, pants, shirts, and etc, my only down fall with them is I wish the would expand their store, and add way more power tools, other than that I give them 4 stars

Great customer service I love that they make the dog tags and give them free when you purchase a collar. They are nice to the animals when you bring them in there and answer questions accordingly.

Very very friendly staff very helpful staff. They make you feel sort of like family. If you have a question they'll find the answer if they don't know it and if you don't know where apart is or something you're looking for they'll take you right to it. A great place to shop.

Staff greets you when you walk in but doesn't follow your ever move like you're a shop lifter. Loading docks gets a little crazy sometimes...love their gift ideas.

So much more than a hardware store! They have a huge lumber and building supply selection.The staff can help you find everything you need for a small project or even new construction. In addition they have an extensive feed department with products from bagged to bulk. Their experts can help you come up with the right nutrition program for your house pets or your ranch. You’ll even find clothing, grills, coolers and many other gift options. We are fortunate to have a store in this community that’s so resourceful yet has the service of a local owned family business!

They are nice unless you have a return... then they are rude and hateful. My purchase was less than 10 days old and they would not let me return it even with receipt. That's the second and last time for me they would not honor return agreement!!!!!!!

Ace the helpful place went out the window yesterday. I went to Ace to buy some plywood, but needed it cut to fit in my wife's vehicle. They told me they could do it tomorrow. Really!?! These two guys I talked to were jaw jacking with each other and there is a multitude of employees walking around. Most of my shopping was done here. Not no more. This is not the first time, people here didn't want to do their jobs. There a ton of people who needs a job right now. Just saying.

Old fashioned hardware store that has just about anything you could possibly want/need, but new owners have "jacked" prices significantly over what original owners used to charge!

This is the most NOT helpful place I have ever been to. They should get a Zero for customer service. They as much as called me a liar when I brought back something I bought there not two months prior,and they had the purchase receipt. Everyone I talk to has had the same experience. I was told to go to the Ace in Trenton as they are just the opposite of Chiefland. I will never go back there.

I had no complaints accept the young fella at the loading dock was very rude. I'd asked inside for calf milk replacer and the cashier gave me a ticket for the loading dock and I went. Upon arrival I was told by the loader the milk was on isle 14 and for now on I could get it myself. I had no issue getting it but the cashier sent me to the dock. He was just nasty and it was uncalled for. I've made 2 trips back sense then and have had no issues but the first trip was awful. I did report it to the manager.

This store is over priced and does not have staff that knows how to get what the customer wants!!!! Thanks but no thanks. It says I have to rate my visit but only gives option of 1 to. 5 stars not zero. So I'm only giving one because that's the lowest one allowed.
