I had to go to a prison re-entry seminar and present services that my company offered to fathers. I had some time to kill, so I went to get some breakfast it was just down the street from the prison. The food was good and fresh, but the service that I received was top-notch I only wished that I had gotten his name so I could have given him a shout-out.

I go the at 530 am . Sometimes they are open sometimes they are not. It is close to the time zone line. Someday are on eastern time other days are on central time. Since the one manager who worked nites left they aren't with it. Like a lot of food places they let the best people walk out the doorBecause they think anyone can do this job. And they cant. Cant rate the food they didn't open until 603am Soni went to river side market

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Drive thru worker Andrew was the most rude employee, we ordered our breakfast with a $2.35 bottle of water (which they didn't have) so we asked for a refund on the water and he refused and asked for all the food back!! We already paid for everything! Don't bother stopping here .

I came in on the evening of 1 November 2023 after being in a collision on I-10. The manager on duty was extremely helpful in getting me some assistance to get myself back on the road. I also had my best double cheeseburger of 2023 while waiting for help to arrive. Top notch customer service!! I can't thank the manager and the crew enough for what they did for me. I'll stop in again if I ever pass back by.

Even after I smiled and greeted her with a "Good morning", she kept a stoic "what do you want?"Then they put our 2 orders of biscuits & gravy standing on the ends so it ran out in the bag.I know mornings suck...but be glad you have a job!!Then, when we told them their coffee was empty and asked them to allow us to top it off, the woman said "My hands are nasty" and refused to give us more coffee!!!!

The way you see this food is the way their service is. It’s like you are dealing with another disaster with the way they handle the food.Because of the disaster and my work I been coming here about 3 or 4 times. Each time their service is bad or dreadful. I found melting ice in just about all of the little store pack where you can get your straw, salt and sugar. People quickly assume your order without caring if you want to add anything else and even give you faces.I have been going to Hardee’s in other places and let me tell you. This is by far the worst fast-food joint I ever been.

I wouldn't say this is the worst place to grab a bite but it definitely isn't the best. The entrance to the restaurant has a very fowl stinch, but clears as you enter the second door. The cleanliness of the place was okay enough I felt comfortable to eat there. However, the most important reason for being there was for the food, which sucked. It was before lunch rush hour and my burger felt as if it had taken out of the refrigerator and microwaved for 3 seconds. The fries weren't at all hot either and very limp and greasy. I'll give it another shot hoping I just visited at a bad time.

This is one of the worst of the available restaurants in the area. Store times are inconsistent. After several visits staff have continued to be unkempt, disrespectful, argumentative and lack the basic knowledge to complete the simple tasks of the job.Several occasions the are out of items they claim are not in stock such as straws,cups and fresh made food items. I have 4 of 5 orders that have been completely incorrect. Currently I ordered a number 8 meal large. The Frisco burger contained burnt and dry meat. No sauce or tomato and the bun was charred. The fries were cold and a medium not the requested large.The staff on the window all but threw the items at me at pick up. This is a continued issue that needs new management to make an appropriate work force adjustment. Thank you for your time and I will no longer add to your customer base.

This is the worst place ever ,my wife has been standing in there for nearly an hour now and still no food,took them 20 minutes just to take the order,we would asked for our money back but didn't even get a receipt, now there's a mob of people in there,what a joke. One star is to much. Update,it's now 3 months later and this place still can't serve a meal. I have no idea how this place stays open. I literally just sat in the drive through until they stopped serving breakfast. Never again. Update I gave in and tried again,mistake of course, terrible as usual, cold hard biscuts,guess I should be happy they were actually able to get the food out at all,lol.... there's only one person I wouldn't fire and that's the sweet, polite girl in the drive thru. Everyone else in this place should be fired. This is literally the most consistently awful restaurant I've even seen and I've been around the block. I was fair too,gave them multiple chances.

It’s hit or miss here. Today was a miss. Both my burgers were made wrong. I should’ve checked them before I left. Burger do taste really good. A little expensive.

Today's experience was not one of the better ones. My order was not accurate and my burger was barely warm, after an unusually long wait. Added to that they had run out of sugar, so I couldn't get my sweet tea. Service and food are usually very good at this location.

Wish I could up the review more thatbthe 1 star (consistently has improved with order and service at window has become a bit better)Still no Hot Sauce and Still Lying that Hardies Do Not Have Hot Sauce!Old Review...Check Inconsistent Review... tells you about service...Inconsistent!This Franchise, simple could CARE LESS about Customers.I.e. Hot Sauce, a simple condiment carried by Hardy's since it's Fried Chicken days. It's a ritual for my Biscuits (Sausage or Chicken) and is available in all Hardy's nationwide... BUT NOT HERE! Manager Lies and says Hardy's discontinued it.Actually ADMITTED franchise Owners Refuse to carry it!Changeover in staff guarantees poor service. Unfortunately it's Chattahoochee's only Breakfast stop with exception of the only other fast food here, Subways.... another sub par shop.

My granddaughter and I went to the drive-in at Hardee’s this morning. The guy working there was very nice but the lady taking our order in the drive through was very rude. I asked to change something and the told me to go to the window and do it. At the window they called a manager and she was rude too. There was a guy there who kept apologizing for them. The told us to pull up and wait. The guy brought our order out and he apologized again to us again for the way we were treated.

Stopped here for lunch. Service was pretty quick. Chicken tenders were cooked to perfection but on the small size, onion rings could have been better if hot, good for fast food though.
