Manager "Charlie" refused to exchange 2 items, with receipt, 2 days after purchase from this store. Was extremely rude and unprofessional.Brought in 2 items, unopened, undamaged, original packaging, etc. With receipt, ID, and payment card used for purchase.Manager Charlie reviewed items and receipt, before stating, "We don't do that here. Go to another store"Flomaton Dollar General Manager allowed me to exchange the items with no issue, was extremely apologetic, and very helpful. The exchanged items totalled $7.

Average store, but not very clean feeling and they almost never have more than one register open no matter how busy they are. And definitely not the friendliest cashiers, every now and then they will have a cashier without an attitude but it doesn't seem like they stay very long. And the manager I believe her name was Kathy was the rudest one of all.

Great lady Manager at this store! FedEx prelabeled package drop off is very convenient. Thanks for running such a helpful store. Great for food and other household essentials.

The Dollar General Carrie's a wide variety of goods, IF YOU CAN FIND THEM!!! The aisle are always.full of stock buggies and carts that you have to fight to get around or move.out of your way to see the shelves behind them. This doesn't seem to be cause by "lazy" employees as they are constantly working to get the.shelves stocked, it seems to be more of a "shortage" of man power. If the store were good and clean and the aisles open to where you could get around it would earn a better score.

This was the one in Century Fl. Had what I wanted in stock however their roll carts were everywhere and blocking several isles that I needed to go down. I am disabled so that made it difficult to shop. The manager must be very stressed. She is seldom friendly. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Need to open both registers when there are more than 2 people in line.

went mid-afternoon and store was not very busy. There were no shopping carts inside the store. When I asked the associate about getting one, he told me that I could go back out to the parking lot and get one. I just turned and walked out. (note: I am physically disabled ), Nothing in the store I needed that much as to deal with that level of laziness and ignorance.

The people was real nice they look like they needed some help as far as cleaning up looks like the people just went and raided the store bad God blessing people but other than that it was good good service great service

The aisles are packed with carts filled with boxes to be put out. Every aisle is messy. I had to climb through two trolleys just to grab a birthday bag. Someone is gonna get hurt in that store.

I have worked retail for years but Kathy and Debra are the rudest managers I've seen. Yet they have a job? I guess that just shows how desperate Dollar General is. The lines are always so long, the isles crowded with product, they racially profile and the bathrooms smell like outhouses. You can still shop there reasonably. If we had a Dollar Tree, I wouldn't go in.

I walked out. I needed several things and couldn't walk down any isles. Full of merchandise that was not put up. And 1 very slow rude worker in there. I will pay higher taxes on Alabama side.

The blonde manager at the Century location on Aug 6th almost brought my 73 year old mother to tears for trying to return a 2 dollar pack of napkins that smelled like fabric softener! She would not allow her to return them until she saw my mom getting upset! Only then did she agree to refund her but by then my mother grabbed them and told her no!! Nobody is gonna make my mother feel humiliated and intimate her and get away with it!!! I want this lady to be reprimanded!!

This store is nasty, a sign to the bathroom said men's. I ask a guy named Charlie. He was very nasty he said it is one of the same then there were eight people in line she called him up there he said when I am done I'll come then before he even gets to the register he said get over I don't like the way he was speaking to the customers. Very nasty.

I was shopping the other day and the line was very long and the 2 employees was very slow and talking same time about personal business that we don't need to hear...also she told me that I couldn't use the digital coupons but she let the customers front of me use it and it's not fair and very unprofessional....not trying to be rude but it's still wrong

Because every time you go in there usually there six or seven people in line only one cashier the manager and her other stalker are usually out front smoking cigarettes and will not help the one and only cashier checking people out so you have to wait in line for an average of 10 to 15 sometimes 20 minutes I have left my items in just not worried about checking out and just leave before because the help was just unbearable the manager and I guess assistant manager or useless

Dollar tree is a great place to pick small things so you do not have to go a grocery store.
