The staff is always clueless when we are in there. There systems are always down or broken. They don’t even work the pick up orders because according to the employees they have never been trained on this so there manager tells them to advise customers that there systems are down. Bad customer service and could use the proper training of technology that there promoting.

The store was well-stocked and clean. Visiting from out of town, and this is a small town, and usually they have a bell to ring in most Dollar General's and this one had a pig lol. Very befitting and cute for the country. Staff was friendly and I appreciated the stock being on the shelves and not in boxes cluttering the aisles. This is one of the larger DG's that I've been in and was surprised at the variety of items that they had. Would definitely go there again if I visit.

I was hired on with this company about a year ago. Less then 3 months in I was promoted to a key holder at my home store. Once I was promoted, before I even held keys to my store I was offered a transfer to this location for a full time position.....that was a lie!! After roughly 5 months I then get offered to become the assistant manager at the center hill DG and I take it. With little training, I hit the floor running!! Clearly I outworked my coworkers and I became the target for bullying. I was told I wasn't allowed to give work orders nor even direct my employees on what needed to be done. After lots of confrontation and a store that was falling apart, I spoke to Trisha about a transfer........and SHE FIRES ME!?!? I've never had warnings, I've never been written up nor have I ever acted out of professionalism and here I transfer from my home home store for her and I end up getting fired for absolutely nothing!? I've contacted corporate more then once but clearly they don't like to work either! Trisha worked me like a dog and when I spoke up about being a team and that my coworkers needed to step up, I became the bad guy who made them feel disrespected!? I pray they find the LORD and learn how to treat others

Great store!!! Very clean. All employees are so friendly. It’s like a mini Walmart, fresh fruits and vegetables! Love this store❤️

This is my convience location but could someone please tell me why there are items waiting to be placed on the shelves? Aisles full of boxes (some blocking them entirely). They don't always have items in stock that the circular says is on sale. Odd with the boxes everywhere.

I haven't been to Walmart since before Corona because who wants to shop at Walmart at 3 o clock in the afternoon?! Those people are insane, they're probably named Karen, who has 4 kids and wants to speak to the manager. So that being said, I appreciate Doller Genz for being so conveniently convenient and for building your place of general-goods-to-buy on every street corner. Now we just need to get you to be 24/7....watch out Wally World! Dee Gee is comin atcha!

When you are checking someone out on your register, please get off of your personal phone call. That is very rude and extremely unprofessional. I had to mention to the lady this morning that was checking me out how very rude she was being. I am a paying customer. You can talk on your phone on your own time. I am sure Dollar General doesn't pay you for being on the phone

The place is a very nice place, the workers are very friendly. My family usually go to the store almost every day, we get pretty recognized by all the workers, and they always say high and stuff.

I went for Milk and Bread and a few snacks for my friend. Friendly staff fair prices. Overall this place is okay if you want to skip the grocery store lines. 😃

Good store it carries produce and quite a lot of frozen foods. Store is fairly organized and the staff are friendly. I'm a regular customer there.

Horrible service! The manager cannot own her wrong doings and accept responsibility for her lack of knowledge! If you do not do pick up orders, stop false advertising!!!!
