Jasmine was great!! My pup was anxious for his grooming but she calmed him down and he came out great! :) and all the staff are so nice!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for some years now. I called Thursday or Friday to make a grooming appointment. I was told his rabies shot runs out on Tuesday. The appointment they made for me was Wednesday morning. I was able to get my dog in Tuesday to the vet for the updated shot. I took 2 hours off work for this hair appointment today. I showed up to find out they have to cancel my appointment because policy said they have to have the shot in the dogs system for 2 days before they can cut him. 😡 No one told me this on the phone or I would haven’t made the appointment yet. She said we have some new employees. I told her my vet said the rabies in the dogs system last 6 months after the the date he should have his updated shot. She like I know I’m sorry it’s just policy. So now I had to make a new appointment 6 days from now. This is ridiculous. She looked at the new vaccine date and entered it in the computer. Did need to scan it or anything as proof.

NEVER bring your animal here , I booked a full haircut and bath and groom. What I was told over the phone is that she would be getting haircut I expected them just to use scissors and maybe slight razoring but nothing to this magnitude !

Had a grooming appointment on Wednesday 3/31, I got there with my dog and I’ve been told that they had to cancel my appointment because they had a call no show and didn’t have any more openings that day. They didn’t have the courtesy to call me ahead of time to let me know about this inconvenience, I had to travel far to get my dog there. I’ve then been told that we can reschedule my appointment for Friday instead with a discount, my dog shows up on Friday and apparently there was no appointment for him. Very unprofessional place and inconsiderate. Will not recommend.

I will never go back to pet smart as long as my fur babies are alive. I had an appointment today at 1230 and I brought my grumpy cocker in there and they wouldn't take him cause he nipped the girl. He's grumpy and old and I said to muzzle him and she said no, he's too old. I adopted a dog from there and it she is the best but I promise I will never go back there. Never ever again,even food or treats.

We had are Husky in just a few days ago, and after visiting the store today , will not be bring him back nor will we continue to shop, we will find another vet, and a better place to provide for our Dog...

Although I was not very satisfied with my expectations with Mi Mascotica. He highlighted Petsmart's responsibility in contacting me almost immediately after expressing my feeling. Your Manager was very kind and special THANK YOU for understanding me !!!I WILL BE BACK!!!
