Great location with helpful staff. Be sure to use your points and coupons! They take competitor coupons but they must be in print, not on your phone. They will price match using your phone though. Usually their own website has cheaper prices on items. Always check!

I went with my puppy yesterday, and told the guy to give him a full cut,bath and trim, but he didn’t trim all the nails, he cut really bad the hair of the face leaving him with long hairs under the eyes and also he didn’t cut his paws properly. I was expecting better.

We have an 8 month old pup who has only had his nails trimmed by us. He was nervous when he arrived and, his groomer Marlee, said she would do her best with the haircut, and turns out he handled it well and his hair is nice and shorter and really, really soft. He smells AMAZING and his bowtie is adorable. He didn't care for the scissors, so they couldn't trim his beard but I actually like the beard! Marlee and the whole team was amazing and we wont take him anywhere else for grooming! 10 out of 10! 👍👍

Please take better care of the fish. Some may say they are “just fish,” but they’re living creatures and it’s upsetting to see them crowded, dead, and eating one another. Either do better or have less fish in each tank.

The employers were very helpful once I found one lol they aren't around in the isles and stuff like I expected. I had to go ask the cashier who was the only worker I saw after walking through the whole store. She called someone who came from the back. It was 2 hours away from closing time so I didn't understand. I was a new fish buyer and I was handed a pamphlet to explain it to me and just walked to the areas with the fishes no true explanation. I don't know if the person themself didn't or what. But I found a beautiful betta fish to take home. All the betta were kept in cups and didn't seem very happy to be honest and there was even a dead female beta still left in her cup just floating there. The cashier was very nice though and the prices were not bad.

They have a good selection for dogs and cats. I wish they had more available for exotic pets though. The cages being sold for guinea pigs and small pets are not adequate housing due to the size being too little. There is little selection in hay and healthy pellets. They should be educating pet owners and selling cages and food that is best for the pet not the bottom line. There is many companies that sell good choices for our small furry friends but they don't carry those brands. There is no cage that they sell that is adequate for guinea pigs.

Not one employee would help get fish. Waited for an employee who said she would help get fish but she never did. There were 4 employees working the floor. Not one would do anything regarding getting fish. Very disappointing.

The manager and waitress was rude telling us our chimmy chonga dish was too spicy for us. When (we) thought it was. Saying (It' is not Spicy!) Rudely Argued with us! ..Another waitress we asked asked for some info on ordering and she just left us never came back for 15 or 20 minutes.Another time when there. They left our food and never checked back w us. Throughout the whole meal. And weren't friendly or courteous in either time we were there. 3 times and out! Never again!

Placed an order at 1:30 pm and paid for it. Waited for the email stating the order is ready but instead received the email stating my order was canceled with no explanation as to WHY it was canceled. I figured maybe because no stock on my dog food order. I go to the store and FOUND EVERYTHING I ORDERED on the shelf. Complained but all I got was "I'm sorry I don't know what happened" from like 3 employees.

We had to put our cat down , due to illness. After 2 months we felt ready to get another. Pet Smart has a pet adoption service. We found a wonderful kitten , that repaired our emotional sadness , and renewed our desire for pet ownership. We're thankful to PetSmart and the Cat Tales adoption service. Our new kitten , is our only pet and a joy to watch and live with. We're senior citizens and having this beautiful kitten helps complete the fullness of our lives.

And I went to see the kitties and this one cat had no water in his bowl and had Peed in his bowl and was literally crying and drinking it because it had no water and was dehydrated the cages looked like they had not been cleaned and the poor animals looked miserable
