Sara has the worst customer service skills and doesn’t deserve to be in the position she is in. I went in to buy my son a bearded dragon for his birthday and she refused to sell me one because I wouldn’t buy the largest cage they sell. Why would you have a smaller cage that is meant for a bearded dragon but not sell it? From the moment I walked in the store she seemed annoyed. Didn’t greet me as I walked in as she was too busy playing on her phone. Then had an attitude that I asked to buy a bearded dragon, apparently I ruined her phone time. My son was upset with how she treated us on his birthday. I’m so glad that Pet Bizarre was down the street because they treated us with such respect and they are very knowledgeable about their animals. I ended up spending $375 on a bearded dragon, cage and extra supplies from them. Please do your research before going to that store. Drive 5 more minutes to Pet bazaar for a wonderful experience.

Pet Supermarket is great. The staff is very helpful. I bought 2 rabbits there in November. I stopped by to get worms for my Sugar Gliders and they remember me and made it a point to ask about the rabbits. I thought that was nice.

Sara the manager is the reason for my 1 star review. I wish I could give her customer service skills a 0 and her attitude a 10. Here's the reason. I bought a bag of Blue Wilderness large breed salmon 28lb bag and they're not cheap, but the food is definitely worth it. I called Pet supermarket in Casselberry about finding worms in the food I had purchased a few days ago. She 21 questioned me on the phone and then proceeded to say she needed the bag it came in. Well, that has been thrown away as we put our dog food into containers that are well cleaned and sanitized before adding a new bag. She said she needed the barcode and I mentioned all the barcodes for the same exact food and weight are the same. I didn't want a refund I just wanted to exchange for the exact same item hoping for no worms and go from there. Been buying the same food for about a year now and have never had a problem. It was an online order picked up in store so I have all the details for the return. Only a few cups have been taken out of it so its still close to the 28lbs and I'm concerned about my 3 dogs health at this point too from possibly eating the worms. She gasps and said "I guess I can try to exchange it for you". I could tell I have irritated her at this point. I said thank you. When I got there there, Sarah says to me "find whatever bag you called for" and walks away. After being helped by someone else, I go back to the counter where Sarah is but she has no interest in hearing about the worms in my dog food. I had them in a zip lock (separate from the rest of the food I brought back) to show her how bad it is and she just takes it and throws it away in front of me and says nothing and stares at me. I asked her if she wanted to keep it to show someone or to reach out to the manufacturer and she she said it doesn’t matter and told me "you can go now". After she said that, I said "there is no reason to be rude as I have been very nice about the whole thing" given my dogs could potentially get parasites from this situation. She then proceeded to tell me that if "If you we're rude, I wouldn’t have done the exchange for you, you came in here asking for an exchange and you got it now you can go". SHE IS THE NEW STORE MANAGER, NEWLY PROMOTED, AND ACTS LIKE THIS OVER A SIMPLE EXCHANGE. Showed no concern once so ever and had the most attitude I think I have ever dealt with working in the customer service industry.I would love to be contacted about this situation as I love pet supermarket and have been luckily enough to never meet Sarah before.

The store is beautifully lit, clean and organized. Nick is the person in charge of the fish section. He is polite, patient and has an insane amount of knowledge about everything fish and aquarium. I live in Kissimmee and may be making this store my go to. Will definitely be returning!!

This was an excellent experience. Alyssa was the associate that assisted me and she selected a brush for my cat that actually worked for the first time and I was really happy about that. Additionally, she led me to the proper food for the cat that had never been recalled before and was the healthiest (I actually fact checked her information when I got home and she was 100% correct). Well, the good news is the cat loves the food and the shedding furminator device works as advertised by her and the box.

This store has an amazing, friendly staff that is always ready to help if you are looking for something specific. Prices are similar to PetSmart (some things a bit higher priced) but they have all the specialty foods. Mainly dog and cat items but i know they also have supplies for birds and small animals (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc). Was thinking of giving 4 ⭐ because pricing is high, but the store and employees are great

I just moved to Florida with my family and our beagle and this was the first pet store we visited. The staff members working were so friendly and knowledgeable about which dog foods were good and healthy. I will definitely be coming back again!

It was great !! They are all so helpful and they answer questions for me and carried cat litter to the car . I'm really happy with their employees I asked about reflective collars for cats they were out but suggested the small dogs one instead...the thing is 1 didn't know the answer but all 3 clerks looked and responded that shows thT they care about the people who come in.

Super friendly staff that greeted me upon arrival. They helped me find the right food for a 5 week old kitten I'm caring for. They also made a couple of suggestions for better food selections for my adult cats. I appreciate the kindness and help. This location rocks! Definitely recommend.

This is my favorite store to go to for my pet food, toys, treats, and for any other supplies I may need. I absolutely adore Julie the assistant manager, she is so helpful and so knowledgeable and always so happy to see me and my dog Daisy ( if I bring her with me ).My Daisy is allergic to grain and Julie really knows her stuff to direct me in the right direction for food and for treats she has always been extremely helpful and courteous and she really loves all of the animals and pets that come in the store, including the ones they sell and the rescue cats that are there, she loves them all! I recommend this store highly!!

There's an emaciated chameleon that should not be up for sale right now and when speaking to the manager Julie she had an attitude and didn't seem to care at all. The animal has stuck shed, emaciated, and completely dark brown which happens when they're extremely stressed. That animal should not be on the sales floor. It should be taken to a vet and nursed to health. I would not be surprised if it's gets taken to the backroom to die out of site of customers. My other complaint is the betta fish and other fish got shipped in but the employees are not prioritizing them. She only started taking care of them after I took interest in looking at the bettas with potential to buy one.This is not the first issue I've had with this store neglecting animals. I'm digusted by managments attitude toward a customer with serious concern over a dying animal in their care.

Excellent customer service. The manager Melissa went out of her way to make sure my dog food was stocked regularly. They always treat my dog Sunshine like royalty. I also adopted a cat and she is the sweetest, most fun cat our family has ever had. I shop here every week because they are an awesome place to take my dog to and have everything I need for my pets.

We bought a guppy fish ($3 fish) who died a few days later. We did a fish funeral for our 5 year old who was very upset about it. Called the store to see if we could get a replacement and explained why we can’t bring the fish back and they told us we couldn’t get a replacement. Insane how they are that worried about $3 over the satisfaction of their customers.

Clearance prices are pretty decent, and selection is great for dog treats and right now all their Halloween costumes are 50% off. The people working there are always very helpful and mannerly. Sometimes they have specials that last 2 weeks on cat food and it's a great buy!

I typically avoid giving negative reviews, but I feel that my last experience was bad despite being with what appeared to be a manager or lead. It does not matter how many people are in line to check out; take time to help each customer according to their need. He appeared to have a trainee at the counter & I patiently waited while helped her.I was struggling with a young pup h wanted to buy an identification tag for him. The employee in question directed me to enter what I wanted on the tag via keyboard. It was all I could do to hold the pup & my pocket book. I told him I was not able [and even have physical limitations] but he replied he has a line of customers. That was not MY problem. I wish I had demanded a refund & walked out. I will NOT go there again! That is in spite of my first & second better experiences with different employees.They are also expensive in relation to other pet stores & big box stores in the area.

I am so happy I have found a pet supply store that hires sales associates and managers that have outstanding people skills. I previously shopped at other stores but once I found Pet Supermarket, I have found a place that is exceptional. I would like to thank the human resource department for their extraordinary expertise with hiring pleasant and caring staff. Best customer service around and the cleanest fish tanks I've ever seen.. These folks are the bestUpdate.. Still going. Sammy and Chris are awesome. Some new faces so I'll be sure to put them thru the ringer with the fish lmao.. Love that they'll do a special order for me.
