Excellent!!! We love this grooming service. They take the time to listen to you on how will you want your dog groomed. They even take notes and pictures on file for future visits. We highly recommend specially if you have a furry dog.

Had a great experience here! The only place we have brought him where it didn't take 4 hours or longer ( took a little over 1 hour) and HE looks amazing!!! Highly recommend. Have been to 7 different places and now we will be going here permanently! Very happy ....5 stars all the way!

After a very bad experience, several months ago at another groomer, I was very scared to put my Yorky through a similar experience. So I stood around and then left a little worried. I arrived early to see how his grooming was going, since they took him right away, they don’t hold them in cages. They take them and start working on them immediately, he was done by the time I got there I was so happy to see him, wagging his tail when he heard my voice, he was not shaking like he did the last time I brought him to WG Bakery and grooming on Conway!It was so good to see him so happy and relaxed with his tail, wagging instead of his tail lowered and how bad he was shaking when I picked him up at the other establishment. Thank you ladies for all that you’ve done and taking such good care of my two babies. We will be there hopefully before Christmas for another trim. *Update: We got our Christmas grooming done and photos taken!! Great job guys! Thank you!

I called to make an appointment and the staff was super informative. They educated me on the importance of positive experiences for a puppy's first groom. They were very personable and friendly. I took my puppy for his first groom and they set me up for realistic expectations. My puppy looked incredible when I picked him up. He was also very comfortable with the staff so I know they were kind and loving to him. I'm impressed and I feel very safe leaving my baby with them. He looks beautiful and had a very positive experience for his first cut. This is going to be our groomer from now on. Clean salon, educated staff, and transparency with prices. Love love love!!!

EDIT: UPDATEWe have been coming here for over a year now and we just had the boys done for Christmas and they look SO GOOD! I don't know why Pax panics *I think in his old age he gets more intense separation anxiety, but when he gets home he calms down pretty fast*. I love this place. We tried another groomer and the boys just didn't look as good as they do when they get their hair cuts here. EVERYONE has commented on how good they look!Not gonna lie, I was a little upset that Paxton got his ear nicked, but they made up for it...absolutely. mistakes are made sometimes, and that's ok, he wasn't scared to go back. Also, they were great with Morty, my most recent rescue...who doesnt trust ANYONE but me and his fur daddy. We both think that this is the BEST Mort has looked since we got him. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

This is the best place ever to bring your pet!! I recently moved so I'm 35 minutes away and I make the drive because I refuse to take my puppy Marley anywhere else. The staff is amazing and they do such a great job every time with Marley!! I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work!!

I took my 3 dogs to Susan at Pawzazz today for the first time and had an excellent experience. For the best dog grooming in Orlando I highly recommend the PawZazz Pet Spa. The staff was very friendly, the place was super clean, and the prices were extremely fair. We have been to multiple groomers in central Florida and I can assure you that Pawzazz is by far the best. Our dogs were not crated and we could tell that they felt very happy and comfortable there. The owner Susan and her staff took our dogs from some long and messy coats to super clean, perfectly trimmed, and smelling fresh. 2 of our dogs have long coats, one a 70lb Border Collie Aussie Mix, and the other a 50lb Australian Shepherd. Pawzazz got their cuts perfect. We are very pleased and thankful for such a positive experience.

My experience here is amazing. I hadn’t taken my dog here in over a year and she remembered him and he was still very comfortable with the groomer. I noticed less shedding from his bath and no one else trimmed his nails as well as this place. 110% loved it

Very nice ladies who take good care of our senior lab each time we've been. Lucy always looks her best when leaving here. Reasonable prices as well. All together it was around $85, which is not bad at all considering her large size and all the services they provide. We highly recommend!

Pawzazz was amazing! They were super informative and very sweet. Not only that but my pup's fur looked great, she was all evened out, they did an excellent job trimming her face, and she was not as anxious and she was in the previous place I took her for a groom.

Hands down in the Orlando area, is the best place for my little minigoldendoodle Daisy. The customer service from ownership to the walls of business is amazing. I recommend Pawzazz for all your pet Dog Gromming services. They are always patience, the only place were my Daisy is not scare when I pick her up. The clothes selection they have for dogs is top notch. The only Gromming service were my Daisy doesn’t have scratches or bruises from bad dog groomers. Overall 100 stars if google would let me!!! I won’t ever change Gromming at Pawzazz !

These folks are quick and efficient and really good at their job. There are 5 or 6 stations in there, so your dog gets done on time. They do a great job with my mother's Shih Tzu mix, who weighs about 20 pounds. Prices are about the same as others in the area.

This is our go to. We don’t request a specific groomer when we come with our Aussie Labradoodle so some times the cut is slightly different but we don’t mind. They are always kind and efficient. We feel more than comfortable to have them adjust as needed and they then take those notes and add it to our file. Our satisfaction is highly valued to them. We’ve tried other groomers in the area and have not received the same care we’ve received at Pawzazz. Thank you for having us!!

Great in all ways! Nice, friendly employees and owner. My dogs have decreased in number by natural causes, and the two that I still have are old and overweight. Consequently, their harnesses no longer fit. Susan, the owner, GAVE my girls two beautiful harnesses to match the pink leashes they came in with. I brought them a big bag of harnesses, belly bands, leashes, and even girl diapers, some still with tags, so that they may pass things along to others who may need them in the future.They were gentle to the extreme with my elderly girls, one of whom is blind and quite nervous, and made them look prettier than the have in a long time.Better still, they were affordable, which means a lot to me, an elderly woman of low income. I would highly recommend them to every dog owner!I'll be back as long as my dogs live!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are super friendly and they take great care of my puggle Rosie. So glad I found them. Even when I'm running late for my appointment or I need to bring Rosie in on short notice they are always so accommodating. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new groomer.

Pawzazz always does a great job with our Bernedoodle. They're so accommodating and I love that they try to leave her with some length rather than shave her down completely. They also take care to leave her eyelashes long I always get compliments on how great and pretty she looks after she gets groomed by Pawzazz.
