A true outlet and overstocks store, with very fair prices and an ever-changing selection. I've found so many useful items here, including some interesting books, household items, and outdoor goods. Join the Ollie's Army free, and earn even more discounts. I can easily spend an hour or more in here. Friendly workers are the icing!

There isn't a nearby location. However, it's a fun place to shop for unique items, though not every location receives all advertised items. Customer service is pleasant, and employees know what they have and where it is, which saves time.

It's like going on a scavenger hunt, you never know what you'll come across. Sometimes ypu can find really good deals and other times it's almost expired candy or something. Definitely worth a visit.

The store is relatively clean for how many shipments they bring in. Employees are nice and helpful. But the only issue I have is there just isn't enough cashiers. They aren't currently hiring and ive asked every week for a month as of now but I've only ever seen 2 cashiers at once. Most of the time, only being one when there's like 8 to 10 people trying to check out

Ollie's isn't for everyone. I like it. Lots of stuff, fair prices. Not lots of variety. But they do have a lot of whatever they do have. Kind of like a larger Dollar General. Staff is usually nice and helpful. The book section is really nice. My daughter and I can always find books to choose from.

Ollie's is a fun place and you honestly never know what you're going to find there. They have a great selection of kids' books as well as just about on any topic at unbelievably low prices, great snacks, toys, household items including great prices on spices. I usually leave with considerably more than I had planned.

I always recommend that customers avoid going on weekends, because the crowds are crazy huge. Omg i found these laundry baskets i was looking for over 5 years. Then i found a WW collector hard back comic book and hp Lovecraft complete collection. As if that wasnt great enough, the lady who attended us was awesome! Very helpful and funny. She spoke very good Spanish.

Has a lot of different Items ranging from food to outdoors, Auto and home items. Large area for books. Definitely a spot for last moment gifts from small electronics to toys. The pricing on toys during Christmas was amazing. They had huge discounts. It's like a Walmart and 5 Below had a kid.

Best bargains around. Better than walmart prices on a lot of merchandise. They have a wide variety of departments. Pets, food, housewares, hardware, ect. I personally love to shop snacks and chips. Bought personal care items several times and never been let down. If lines get long they are quick to open more. Over all clean store and friendly staff. 5 stars.

Great deals throughout the store. Name brands at a steep discount. Very well lit and large isles to maneuver around. They have a huge selection from coffee to flooring. Staff is usually very well trained and friendly.

I had a wonderful time at Ollie's! There are SO many things to buy! House appliances, food, decorations, furniture, books, all for an amazingly low price. I just bought a porch rug, a healthy cookbook, a quesadilla maker, an air fryer, a dinnerware set, and a few other things.

Great place to find Christmas presents and your everyday needs. Ollie's is not super close to me so I really have to plan a trip, but every time I go, I tell myself I need to come more often. There are so many great deals to find here.

Love the bargains at Ollie's. I particularly shop their cosmetics, coffee selection, and weekly clearance items. This Ollie's store doesn't have as much clothing as other ones, though.

This Ollie's in Casselberry, FL highered my Autistic daughter. She is the hardest worker, just doesn't always understand social nuances. She's the sweetest kid, and always wants to help everyone. She worked all the time, would go in anytime they called on her off day. The company is constantly on their employees about signing people up for their discount card and telling people they can get discounts. My daughter would scan her own discount card or give her own coupons to customers who didn't want to sign up for it (you know, because the company told her she's supposed to be trying to give these discounts). I've had employees at many different stores do things like that for me. Nobody ever told her she shouldn't. Nobody ever said anything until they treated her like a criminal, told her she lost $800 for them, trespassed her, and escorted her out!! when they asked her why she did it, she answered, "I was just trying to help." I understand not everyone really knows what autism is, and I understand this might be against their policy, but it could have and should have been handled very differently. This is extremely disgusting for a company to treat a disabled employee this way!

The entire store is dirty, disorganized, and dumpy. The cashier seem to be high on some kind of drugs. I could not complete my purchase, because the line was super long, taking forever due to the bad cashier. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Ollie's in Casselberry is great. There is a constant yet steady rotation of stock which I like. I have found that I save %50 off on my Tide pods when directly compared to walmart. I also save %50 off on my dishwasher tablets when directly compared to walmart. These are the brands that I am already purchasing from Walmart or Publix. This past Christmas season they had a large selection of quality decorations at significant discounted prices compared to Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart. Definitely worth a trip and stroll around the store.

One of the worst experiencesI went to a location in the winter garden area due to a family gathering and decided to buy a few Christmas decorations including an inflatable penguin. Now I should have noticed how light the box was that’s my fault, there was nothing in the box except for the pegs string and instructions,This is not the reason for the bad review.I called this location because it was closer to home and I asked if I was able to get an exchange at this location considering I bought at another location and was told it was no issue. So being told that it was “no issue” I went the following day with receipt and product in hand, this is when I had the displeasure of meeting Andrea (at least that’s what my receipt says)She seemed fine with all the other customers in front of me who looked to be only purchasing items but when I got to her with the product and receipt she immediately had an attitude with meShe started off by saying “what do you want” keep in mind she’s working in the line that says exchange on a big sign above her head, so I explain to her the issue but she cut me off to tell me I have to go back to the other location, I told her I called to ask if I could return here instead because it’s closer to then be told “shouldn’t have been shopping far from home” she then started to complain about having to do paper work and I get it no one does but you don’t need to complain and make me feel uncomfortable, with an attitude the entire time she tells me I owe 8 cents and I paid for it no problem it’s only 8 cents but then the attitude came back for some reason when I used my card to pay it because I had no cash on me.All in all I got my item but not without being treated like someone who was giving the employees a hard time.I’m not a perfect person but I’ve never given attitude to an employee and to be treated that way really suckedFunny enough the walls are covered with the stores return policy which says they won’t give you a hard time, yeah right, and to Andrea I get people can be rude when asking for returns or exchanges but I gave no sign of hostility you definitely need some customer service training
