It has came to my attention that the corporate offices of Dollar General has wantonly and maliciously thumbed up their noses to their employees and the customers of Carrabelle, Fl. Corporate has been informed by employees and many customers that the air conditioning has been inoperable.The only responses gained has been from bots. I am asking for the CEO of this company to immediately rectify this situation, and publish a heart-felt apology to all that have been neglected. After the apology, then immediately resign, due to a loss of confidence in his/her ability to perform.

There's not many stores in town so we went here to get some beach toys. They had small nets, which is what the kids wanted. They had a nice selection of nets, floats, goggles, and sand toys. I would recommend this location for beach supplies and basic household supplies.

Dollar general stores are great! They have a little bit of everything and are very convenient. The staff is always courteous and many things are priced very competitive. This store has a ton of stuff for the beach and is a great spot to get things you need for the out of town folks like me! We made a couple stops here and every time was enjoyable.

Out of town visitors beware! Not one person here was wearing a mask including the check out lady. Well she was wearing it on her chin....Stopped here after a great trip to the beach. My niece wanted to stop for some snacks after, so we went here. She was happy and excited to get her little debbies and chips. This was ruined by the cashier that rudely gave us a dirty look and yelled "you have to wait" when she was folding boxes when we were at the counter. We were just standing there and didn't complain. There was no reason for that. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER go back here. 1 star for the snacks

This Dollar General Store should be proud of the employee who operates this store because they are very friendly, helpful and know the products in their store. I asked the location of a couple items and they were pointed out with no hesitation.The store appearance was remarkable floors were clean and not filled with stock sitting in the aisles, racks and shelves all looked clean and orderly where you could see the products very well laid out store.So look folks stop by this General Dollar Store for those items you need quickly and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly satisfied with your shopping experience.

Love the employees at this location. These guys are truly on the front line during all of this Covid mess and are solid and dependable people. Yes this is a chain store but the help and information from the employees make it so helpful in locating what you need and any sales and promotions.

Customer service here is horrible. It's worse if you have to try & return anything because you're treated even worse with attitudes & not helped because no one can help supposedly. They don't know how to do that & it's up to the customer to chase down the manager that works mornings & we need to come back then. No times told just come in the mornings when she works. Smh

Loved the store, no glamour just all the necessary things. Great place for getting a hot breakfast to go or deli sandwich for lunch. Beer and wine is available as well as vegetarian friendly. Staff is wonderful.

Great place to stop for supplies on the way to St George Island. However, during these times I wish the locals would follow the mask mandate. While shopping, only my friend, myself and the cashier were wearing masks despite all the signs stating masks required.

Basically the only grocery store near our RV resort other than Dollar General. Didn't have any gluten free food so had to go about 45 minutes away to Walmart for that. Nice store with an assortment of food items.

Could find almost everything easily but the service was absolutely terrible, there were only two checkers and a long line. However the one checker was trying to pull up something on a costumers phone which left only one checker. Wouldn't reccommend.

They have bad service when I there i ask the lady can she count my chains and she was being rude in rude in my she don’t know how to count chains that rude of her to even ask that and she fin to throw it in my face and I did not like the way she holler act me cause of my skin color

Dollar General is cool you know if you got to run in and get some stuff but if you did not know they have cheddar jalapeno crunchy Cheetos and they also have Flamin Hot chipotle ranch crunchy Cheetos. Now I don't know where you live but in my town they didn't have these so I had to pick him up so stop by your Dollar General and see if you can find some cuz they are awesome!

Like all Dollar Generals you can have a long line at the register at times but the staff are friendly and helpful and do a good job keeping the store clean and stocked.

The store manager has a great community minded approach. Us locals lovingly refer to it as The Carrabelle Mall. Prices can't be beat.

Manager here does NOT honor prices that are posted or advertised. Be careful, especially if you are an RV snow birder. Check your receipt.

DG is close by, it has 90% of what we ever need, and it isn't full of Chinese products. We could buy Chinese in Crawfordville at the very large store. 😀

Has a lot of what you need but a bit pricey for a Dollar General store. Still better than what else is in town.
