I was SO impressed by this hidden gem! Easy to navigate menu with all kinds of DELICIOUS food and cocktail options! The staff were the most attentive and personable individuals i might have ever encountered in the food industry and the food was absolutely phenomenal - in appearance and taste! It was an absolute joy to be there! Definitely would recommend! Can’t wait to come back for more!

We ate here after playing a round of golf while on vacation. Very bright, open and appeared spotless. After quizzing the waitress and her checking with the chef, I was assured the Shrimp and Grits were gluten free. It was DELICIOUS! The shrimp was cooked perfectly and were numerous. It was very rich but soooo good. My husband got theb Pecan Crusted Grouper and said it was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this hidden gem. Look forward to returning next yr 😊Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option - shrimp and grits

Had a wonderful experience here. I went with a group of friends. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a great experience. The food was awesome. The grits were the best I have ever had. I had the Caesar Salad, the Pecan Crusted Grouper and Key Lime Pie. The bar drinks were top notch. The staff was so friendly and treated our group like family. You can also dine outside. I wish I went here sooner. My group of friends and I will definitely meet there again.

Love the Crooked River Grill. My husband and I love to order and share the Crooked River Burger, Steak Salad and we order Onion Rings as a starter. We can’t seem to order anything else because we are so satisfied with these items. The staff is so nice and it is so clean. We have even ordered drinks and sat outside. Great place to go! I highly recommend it.

Real problems with service. Blamed on being short staffed in the kitchen. Been there 4 times recently, only once was everything great. While enjoying music outside last night, my wife and I decided to have the quesadilla appetizer. Over an hour later I had to find our server (behind the bar on the computer). She went to the kitchen and came out with the order. Blamed it on being short staffed in the kitchen. W paid for the wine we had and took the food to go.

Have never been here before today. My friend suggested and I wasn't disappointed. Service was very prompt & smooth. Would definitely return.Grouper sandwich was very fresh & BIG!The Greek salad with shrimp was delicious too.DO NOT pass up the opportunity to have the blueberry cheesecake, my friend & I split a piece(that's why it looks small) it was AMAZING!!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience last night. It took over 2 hours to get our food. It was cold when it finally arrived. In between we had to ask repeatedly just to get water and drinks. It took an hour just to get our orders in. When asked we were told they were short staffed and were implementing a new computer system. Seemed like they should have tried to work out the kinks before using customers for a trial run. The general manager Angie, was rude and unprofessional. She wasn't apologetic at all. Said her boss was the owners and if we wanted to complain we should email her and she would pass it on to the owners. What a joke. The owners should consider new management before the reputation of this beautiful place is tarnished forever.To the owner.To be clear, we were not the group that had the sherriffs called. We left before that. We were also respectful to your staff and did not swear or yell at anyone. Angie was the one who was unprofessional. We made our complaints known. Payed our bill and left.

Wow, what's happened to this place? Since the new owners took over and Chef Jamie left, it's gone to hell. Burger bun was cold and hard as a rock. Burger tasteless. Friends had the shrimp special, said it was flavorless. You can't get a glass of Prosecco and they only had one white wine by the glass. I feel sorry for the servers, they do a good job but the food stinks.Additionally, before this recent dining experience I called and asked if they could host a lunch for 20-30 of our group members. Jamie was great about doing this in the past for us and we always had a good lunch. I'm still waiting for a call back from the GM, almost two weeks later,. The new owners must want this place to fail! Very disappointing all around.

The chef (Chef Jamie Messer) serves the most delectable food in Florida! He is a wizard with a spatula! He can whip up some pretty spectacular dishes. From tacos to prime rib! And with a Sunday Brunch Buffet you can’t go wrong!

I so want to like this place as it is close to home. After several tries I don’t think we will be back. My last order was Chicken Marsala. My husband ordered Fettucini Alfredo….both dishes looked alike. Not a drop of Marsala in mine. Obviously the “chef” doesn’t know what this simple dish even is. For the prices it is barely average.

My husband and I had went here for Father's Day and not only was Cindy our server very pleasant and kind but our food was very plentiful and so sumptuous. The shrimp breading was the best I've ever had. It was overall an excellent and relaxing meal, as you can see, we loved it by how much we ate! Oh yes, and so much food there was too! Thank Jessica fur all you do and your staff.

I was on a job in Carrabelle and on my way back decided to look up a few restaurants when I saw the glowing reviews for Crooked River Grill. I stopped in not knowing that it was at a golf course. I wasn't really dressed for the occasion but was treated quite well. The restaurant was very nice as was the staff. Grouper Burger was amazing! I will definitely be back this way again.

Delicious grilled seafood and great hospitality!We were staying at the resort so we decided to eat in the restaurant. There were lots of seafood options on the menu and on the recommendation of Jessica, we tried the Ochlockonee Bay Sampler - a platter with grouper, shrimp, scallops and crab cake that we had cooked blackened style. The seafood was super tasty and there was enough to feed both of us (we'd had a good lunch). The staff were super friendly - and I loved the Margaritas!!

We've eaten here 3 times. Had the buffet one time. It was pretty decent. The 2nd time was lunch. Food and service was average at best. This last time was for breakfast. It was almost inedible. In fact, the hash browns WERE inedible. My husband could not even eat them. My french toast was made with skinny bread and the crust was inedible. Could barely cut through the crust so I ate only the inside of the bread. We were the only customers in the place for a while, yet it took quite a long time to get our order in! Frustrating!! Won't be going back.

Great ambience, lovely golf course. Great grill.Went twice and as I am celiac, I mentioned this to the 1st waitress who didn’t know what I was talking about. She spoke to the chef and he suggested steak. I had a salad with steak which was very good.2nd time I had steak but the shrimp had been breaded lightly and deep fried so not safe.I wish the wait staff had better training with food allergies and am surprised the chef deep fried my shrimp.Would go back, prices are awesome, portions very generous.If some gluten options were added to the menu, that would be great
