Where to begin? Poor customer service? Made to feel like an inconvenience? Well... that's just the beginning. Upon entry, prepare to be watched as if you are some gumball thief, on a mission to evade authority. God forbid you need assistance, you're better off searching Google. If you're sensitive to sounds, beware of the "Last Call for Alcohol" that blares an alarm as if Rikers Island is going into lockdown. When all is said and done, and you have finally found your sub-par generic item, be forewarned that the price displayed will likely be inaccurate.The straw that broke the camels back was a Starlite night, 2 hours prior to closing, kindly asking for help, then being shunned away from purchasing an item. Many may wonder, how is this possible! Well, you see, the person who worked in electronics had to leave early. The logical customer response: "well... can a manager maybe assist?", followed by an abrupt, yet hostile associate response, " _______..." Yup, you guessed it, no response at all.Nonetheless, I found what I needed elsewhere and walked away an unsatisfied customer.

It was good in regards to groceries items available and clothing items .. the outrageous part was there was not 1 person to check me out and self checkout is fine if I only had a few items but I had 2 carts full.. I'm disabled and this made my experience even harder than it would had. .. requesting assistance was like pulling teeth, and totally dismissed.. thank goodness there was a elderly gentleman who was a Walmart Greeter that saw me and was so sweet and helpful, shame on the Walmart employees for ignoring me and even watching as myself and this much older man bagged everything alone.. he is the best asset to this store and the only reason I am giving more than 1 star.. he is definitely a Superstar"" ... but because of the lack of checkout assistance ( for whoever heard of such a large store not having even 1 person available to checkout customers, what does others with worse health conditions than mine do??? Leave is what they'd have to do.. as well as it's quite discriminatory.. ) and I was checking out close to 10am so no excuse is accepted.. I'd recommend going to Target who did wait on me when I checked out or try a different store..

I want to recognize Jacqueline for providing GREAT customer service tonight while I did multiple shopping transactions (about 15, if not more) for work. She was polite, friendly, and patient which I appreciate so so so much. I would give her many stars! Thank you again!! I am also thankful to the supervisors that work at this store, and the staff in the front end area - I appreciate their assistance, always!

Stopped in for some items before we continued our road trip in our RV. Really clean and stocked well Walmart! The customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful people.

It was a quiet night, found what we needed but didn't appreciate the self checkout attendant staring at us and then making sure we didn't steal anything. We had 5 small items and she did not offer anything but rude stares

This store is a total joke. There were 5 non service animals in there today. When I was leaving, I refused to show the guy my receipt, and he ended up coming out to my vehicle, threatening me. You should have more intelligent people working at your exit doors.You DO NOT have to show your receipt.

I normally do not have any complaints but... going at night won't happen again . I know they have delivery people out there. But, you had Six men in sweatshirt hoodies, can't see faces all hanging together. Not somewhere I want to be again.

I love shopping for toys for my 7 yr old daughter and 6 yr old boy and not too mention collectibles for myself!!!UpDate:- Still a GREAT STORE to shop for almost every product from food to a tire they have it all! Plus not to mention (or forget) the customer service is amazing its like the old show "Cheers" everyone there knows my name 😉

The worst walmart i've ever been to. It always smells like there is something dead inside the building,They don't remove spoiled food or meats. If you're shopping here check sale by dates because even shelf stable items are often expired.

One star because zero is not an option.Went today to pick up one specific item, which is in a locked case. No one working that counter, so pushed the button to get someone there to help. After 15 minutes I went to ask the three store employees several aisles down if they could help. Not one of the three spoke english, and were of no help.

It was good for shopping but there was no womens hygiene products disposable containers. There was a used condom on the floor not I mine I swear on my life, However I did have a period but I'm extremely Germophobic. I also take showers twice a day and use deodorant. There is no reason for that walmart to be dirty and have entire isle ways blocked at times to tge point where Boone can get through.

This Walmart became awful. The lines are very very long and you can see groups off 3 to 5 employees chatting with each other’s like if they have nothing better to do . I see people asking for help from the employees and the response is “ i don’t speak English “ and leave without helping. You can’t find anything. Is a total disaster. It was very nice before but now total chaos.

A hot mess. Produce is a crapshoot, don't trust anything in a bag!! In some aisles, items are opened and ripped apart. Can't get help if I can't find something, and a lot of the time the employees don't speak/understand much English. This place has got to get it together!

I am not one for poor reviews, unless they were literally to the point of forcing my hand due to offending and upsetting me.I've been to this store twice, and both times while in the pickup parking, within 3 minutes of receiving my items, I was harassed by a female worker who came demanding that I leave in both a condescending tone as well as an arrogance of authority. The first time, on my motorcycle and not even finished sorting my items into my luggage bags, I was asked to leave and not even considered I was a customer, because I was talking to the guy next to me while putting my items away. A Spanish speaking man who has been done from the moment I pulled up and wanted to ask me about my motorcycle. So she did not ask to leave. I didn't know I couldn't both check my items as all there, and put them away so I can actually transport them home. She argued with me and even though she could see the items she needed to see that I had a reason to be in pickup parking even though there were 10 free spots to park yet.Then last night I had gotten items in my suv, which is packed from traveling and going to be traveled again, so I wanted to put my items I needed in designated bags and items for home separated. Now granted I was doing this for 15 minutes, not one single car had pulled up so it was of no bother to them, but I was shoe'd away like a bother and someone who was doing something wrong . How funny is it that both of these came from Spanish speaking woman and me being a white male.

Elysabeth and Rosie the Caribbean / Hatian ladies in self checkout were so rude!!!! I asked for help and they kept talking and talking instead of coming over to help. She then said I had attitude and was putting her hands in my face. Ended up needing 4 different associates who were arguing amongst each other on how to resolve the issue at hand. Worst experience ever. Whole process at self checkout probably took longer than my actual shopping time.

95 self serve isles and 4 isles with actual checkout people. I try to go to Walmart Deli stores and avoid the super centers like the plague. If you go to the super center and speak Spanish you might have a better experience than I did.

If I can give the a -20 star I would. I purchased tires about three weeks Ago online Never received a phone call or email Saying that my ties were at the Walmart. I decide to call after 2 weeks. Someone told me that it was on delayed to call back in a couple of days. I call back a couple of days later which I was then told My tires were there already almost a week.🤨 So I schedule my appointment to get them install the next day. Once I got to the Walmart to get my tires and get them installed I was then told my tires were not ready and that they couldn't find me in the system and my order was canceled with no call or email. So I asked about my money and it became a big issue to refund my money back $500 + services fee. Then they made it seem if it was me who made the mistake. Walmart is the worst. I would not spend another $1 in this store again.

If I could leave no stars I would. I applied for the Walmart card and got approved. I wanted to use it the same day as getting approved so I called up there to make sure I was able to use it without having the actual card. They said absolutely. I get up to Walmart I did my shopping about an hour or so later I go to check out and the lady doesn’t speak a lick of English so I told her I was going to go to somebody else so they could help me with the Walmart card.. the next Lady speaks not a lick of English so I went to costumer service and I was telling the gentlemen what was going on and how to use my card.. he said he doesn’t know anything about the Walmart card and not to speak about his employees like that.It caught me off Guard because the only thing I said was that I needed help with my Walmart card and the people I went to couldn’t help me because they didn’t speak any English. So I asked for the manager and he said he is the manager.I said you’re the manager?? I told he I wouldn’t be back. If he is a manager how come he knows nothing about the Walmart card??I have nothing but horrible experiences at this Del Prado Walmart and I meant it when I said I won’t be back. I have spent so much money in that Walmart and now they have lost a costumer.Walmart has been going down hill.The place is gross not clean. People were in the kids aisle smoking pot. People go in there half dressed… Walmart has definitely turned trashy.

Tall Micheal in the pickup Dept was phenomenal despite walmarts less then seller Black Friday pickup situation he somehow found ME ! And was able to promptly get my order to me . Steller job great experience!

Lines keep getting longer, need more help. Customer service is way down. I just came back from Tampa Bay Florida and their Walmart was much more customer friendly and fewer lines. Shelves stocked could find everything I needed. Sherwood you need to step up your game. Sorry but true!

I will never come to this Walmart again I came and did a return and I did that went and got another 1 the worker open my box with a box cutter right in front of me which they not a loud to open nobody merchandise they was rude and disrespectful so unprofessional

This store is always clean, clear clutter. And they always have electric shopping cards available. I've had to wait up to an hour at other super sinners in North fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is my Walmart. I'll drive the few extra miles to be accommodated for my needs.

I'm not close to a Walmart super center here in NJ, but it's amazing in FL! We found everything but most important was, cards against humanity game that we played Wed night with my young adults kids and 84 yr old mom...OMGosh! It was hilarious! Mom was a great sport especially learning words and phrases for first time, lol!

Would be nice if they hired actual citizens of the USA that spoke fluent English!!! Nobody speaks English. This is a walmart in Florida not Guatemala. When I was in a Guatemala walmart nobody spoke English. I go into a USA walmart and nobody speaks English. Won't be wasting my time going in if i cant speak to an employee in the national language for the USA.
