We love Tiki Tails!! We are new to the area and were looking for the right place for our dog as he is a bit shy and learning how to socialize and play. He absolutely LOVES Tiki Tails. As soon as we park he is so happy to be here which confirms that the staff is amazing, attentive, and caring. I love being able to watch him on IG stories! He loves going to play for the day and we've boarded him a few times as well. Each time he's been boarded the staff has been extremely communicative on how he's doing which gives us ease of mind! I can't say enough good things and we're excited for the new facility. Thank you Tiki Tails for always taking great care of Sunny!

I brought my dog for daycare three days in a row while in the area. She absolutely loved it! She was excited to go back - a clear sign to me the staff are not only loving and attentive but keep the group safe and controlled as well. As someone who has worked in the dog boarding/daycare industry for years, I am PARTICULAR and everything about Tiki Tails surpassed my expectations. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly (with people and pets!) and I was obsessed with watching my dog on their Instagram stories while she was there. Thank y'all very much for keeping my baby safe and happy, I would bring her back in a heartbeat - highly, highly recommend!

I’m really disappointed to even leave this review after many great grooming experiences for my dog…but not this time. My dog is 14, blind and exudes anxious behavior, all of which I shared up front when I called to make the appointment, as well as with the groomer. My usual provider is on maternity leave, but was expecting an equally pleasant experience.The groomer assigned to me said she has experience with elder dogs. I was specific about how to groom him and areas to avoid. She seemed to understand. But when I picked him up, he had hardly been groomed at all. I called and was given another appt the next day, and then received a call to reschedule for early the next morning.When I went to drop off my dog this morning, I spoke with the groomer, and she said that the reason she wasn’t able to properly groom my dog was because he was trying to bite her and he was anxious. I told her she could have used a muzzle, but I asked why this wasn’t shared with me when I picked him up. She kept repeating his behavior and didn’t take any responsibility at all, so I felt it was best to not leave him there for another grooming today.I called to speak with a manager. She wasn’t interested in my concerns even though I paid for the service plus gave a 25% tip. She offered me the tip back plus $15. Such a huge disappointment! I know they are expanding, so I wish them luck and suggest they uplevel their customer service and professionalism.

We are new to Cape Coral and needed day care for our dog. We found Tiki Tails and couldn’t be happier. Great to work with and our dog loves going. Great, knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Thanks for the great doggie resort.

You can see the folks that work here love love love their pups and love caring for them. Our Labrador Marley has been going to daycare as well as boarding at Tiki Tails, and it has been excellent every time. Highly recommend!

We are new here in Cape Coral so this is Buddy Bear's first grooming at Tiki Tails Joslyn did a fabulous job and he was done in 1 and a half hours! We will be coming back as a regular client!

After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.

Our dogs travel to various U.S. states and therefore attend daycare or sleepovers at different dog resorts. Tiki tails far exceeds any other dog facility in regards to the care and compassion of the staff, the state of the facility, the socialization of the dogs and the ability to view live coverage of dogs engaging with each other.

Our dogs Finley and Cash loved Tiki Tales there daycare and boarding is great and their employees are exceptional they will miss them terribly. Hopefully we can find one just as good on the east coast.

Initially, I was happy with the service until on the third visit when I brought my dog home I noticed he would shake his head frequently and was also limping. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a puncture wound to his inner ear, which still had dried blood on the wound and also noticed two puncture wounds to his left shoulder area, same leg he was favoring. All wounds appeared to be bite marks, which he did not have prior to going there as he is our only dog. I understand that dogs fight and the risks involved so I called them only to hear that maybe it happened when no one was watching and they are sorry. It’s concerning someone is not with the dogs at all times and they don’t inform owners about possible injuries to their pets. I will also say that with the second visit to this place my dog came home with kennel cough, that should have been the first red flag. Needless to say my dog will NOT be returning.

Maggie Mae loves going to Tiki Tails to play! The staff is very interactive with the dogs and we always pick up a happy dog who I sometimes think she would rather stay and play longer! The staff is great! Groomers are very good!

Was waiting patiently in the lobby not too long ago this past month to pick up a family members dog that they had in daycare and found one of the workers in daycare yanking them by the collar and being rough. Not a place i would take my furry pet to.

Tiki Tails was recommended to me by another client. I have to say I am more than pleased with the daycare and my golden, River, LOVES it! Without a doubt my favorite part is that they constantly post stories on their Instagram, so I get to see my boy playing and having a great time all day while I’m at work. The staff is super friendly and the rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Tiki Tails!

Since moving to Florida three years ago, this has been the only place to be able to do a RIGHT de-shedding on my husky. I’ve tried other places, and even though it’s cheaper elsewhere I refuse to go elsewhere. My dog loves this place and so do I!

We had such a wonderful experience with Tiki Tails! Both Kayleigh and Brandon are so great and obviously treat the animals so well! We left our dog there for an extended period of time (5 weeks) so we were very anxious about him. We were sent photos and updates and reassured that he was settling in and having a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiki Tails to anyone. We have found the only place we will take our dog now and we know he is in the best hands. They played ball with him so much that he is trim and looking great! He was happy when we picked him up and that's the most important thing of all! A happy pooch!! Thank you Brandon and Kayleigh for a wonderful place where our dog will be treated like family!! You guys are the best!

Wonderful, friendly, and quick service! I had booked an appointment with another grooming place but when that groomer no-showed, I found Tiki Tails nearby and I am SO glad I did! We will be bringing our dogs here from now on. Their walk-in appt for gland expression and nail trims were quick and prices were reasonable. The staff was so friendly and the whole building felt clean and was super cute too!

Took my puppy to the groomer for the first time not knowing what to expect and Tiki Tails dog resort in Cape Coral far exceeded expectations! I left feeling comfortable that he would be in great hands! My puppy was clean and fluffy when I picked him up he was happier than ever as well. Tiki tails was Clean and very accommodating. You have just LOST two customers. This is the second time we had a grooming appointment only to be told you don't see it in the book. The appointment was made over the phone and you requested a rabies report. We have been doing business with you for a long time with day care for another one of our dogs. That is now over as with other of my family members. You were not only rude, you had a "could not care less attitude". So we are done. We have been dealing with you for a long time so we know who we called it was you not another tiki tails it's still on my phone.

Hands down this business cares about your dog and their well being. My boy Quinn gets very nervous when he comes for his grooming and the entire staff worked tirelessly with me to ensure he would be more comfortable this time around...even calling me on a Sunday the day before his appointment to come up with a game plan. Thank you Tiki Tails...you are the bomb!!
