It took me forever to be able to get into this place! as the reviews and references were so great. I had to try her out. I was on a waiting list and finally got to get my 2 baby's in to see her. Boy, am I ever glad that I did she did such a wonderful job. I hope I will always get to go there. I have been through so many grooming salons trying to find one that would do the job on my babies that I wanted. And my girls come out perfect here! And they were not too scared. I highly recommend her but do not get in a hurry as she is always booked out or not taking new clients. I wish you luck, but i'm not giving you my space. LOL

I have been going to Pink Poodle for many years. She is the best groomer I ever had. Very polite the love she has for animals and care for them. My Toby I have to wait till the moment we are going there cause he gets so excited. I would say she is a ten star.

I am fairly new to Cape Coral. It was very difficult to find someone we trusted and felt comfortable with. Pink poodle has been nothing but awesome! Always easy going with scheduling and making our dog look good again! Highly recommend!

Just moved to cape and it's been stressful lining up things like vet, groomer, etc.. No problem with groomer - this place is amazing. Rocky was a little nervous going in but was extremely happy guy when he was leaving with a A1 grooming. The gentleman at the front was super nice. I was so happy to see Rocky just roaming around in there so they didn't cage him. I would recommend the Pink Poodle Grooming Salon for anyone looking for a great groom with great people. They have a new regular customer!

I take my 3 standard poodles here. Layla has been doing our dogs for over 7 years now. She always does a good job washing them and her clipping skills are awesome!!! I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!!!Highly recommend this business.

First time taking my baby and I absolutely love the place, the lady is very nice with a great customer service skills, the place is nice and clean, my baby looks adorable and stress free; The only thing is the time she was there, I dropped her off at 9:30am and picked her up around 1:30. Found this place after a horrible experience with another grooming place and I think I found the one! Thank you for taking good care of my baby 🐾

It was hard to find a place to take my 5 months old golden doodles to get groomed because all the places I saw around had mixed reviews. I wanted for my puppies a place that was caring and didn’t traumatized them since it was their first time getting groomed. Well this Pink Poodle Grooming was recommended by a great friend, and I couldn’t be any happier. The groomers listened to me of what I wanted and they delivered exactly that. My male puppies didn’t wanted to leave. All the other puppies seemed comfortable around the groomers and that speaks volume of their kindness and love for what they do. Needless to say I wil be back in 4 weeks.

The Pink Poodle has taken care of our dog Chip since he was a small puppy he’s a Snoodle.Chip doesn’t like to be held and they took him in and always do a great job grooming. He can be a handful!!! My wife and I have been taking our two shih poos to the Pink Poodle for three to four years now. We take the dogs there every four to six weeks and have been very happy with the results every time. Layla is very friendly and it's apparent that she really likes dogs and takes great pride in her craft. As an additional bonus, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this dog grooming service.

Layla and her team are awesome and my dogs never looked better. I’ve tried 2 other Groomers here in the Cape, and was not happy due to the prices and forgetting to either to clip nails or left patches of fur. Also Pampered pup left my dog in a cage of pee and said he wasn’t ready after 5 hours of dropping him off. He stunk so bad. When I looked towards the back there was a small cage with dogs waiting inside. Layla calls and also texts to let me know my dogs are ready. She texts me on available appointments and always has the sweetest attitude. Thank you for all you do and making my fur babies look and smell amazing!!!

I saw all the good reviews so I took my 2 long coat chihuahuas to have cut short with mane left long. I was very surprised. There is barely any lighting in the space (garage) and she also seemed very friendly with my babies. So I let her groom them. When I got them home they were cut so uneven. I have never seen a cut like that on my dogs before. Some toenails were left longer. My boy who is my easy one was depressed for 2 days. Their bellies were bare. She left stragglers everywhere. There mane was chopped uneven. She didnt even trim inside their ears. I forgot my treat container and went back in and she was on the phone while trimming another dog. Plus they had an odd bad smell. I was so disappointed and I am so glad I did not give her 20% tip. I will NOT use her service ever again. Not very clean either in there. I wish I could give a great review but in all honesty I cannot. It seems maybe she is too busy on the phone and no lighting to do a good job. She was pleasant anyway. I dont usually do reviews.

The owner did an excellent job on my toy poodle who's not the easiest dog to work on. Her work is very professional and detailed, and I can see she is genuinely caring to dogs, and her staff is very friendly and attentive. I have taken my dog a few times now and will be coming on a regular basis.

I'm very surprised at the good reviews! I took my dog there a few weeks ago and she said it would be a couple of hours and it turned into all day. Now I know why, she cut her So badly that she is now all scabed up. I had to take her to the Vets for antibiotics. Her hair cut was so choppy, it looks like an ameture did it. She now has bald spots where the scabs are coming off. I was never told she was cut or injured. I find that inexcusable.

Very pleasant staff that clearly loves animals. We have a long haired Persian cat who's fur would knot in its armpits regardless of multiple daily brushings. The staff was awesome and took great care of him. They gave him a lion cut and he's like a new kitty. Far more active and happy.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!!!!Had an appointment for my dog at 10 am. They open at 9. We arrived on time and gave instructions on what was requested of them. I am well aware that dog grooming takes time, but it was 4 hours later we called to see what was taking so long, they would call when my dog was ready. An hour and a half later, they call back and say he is ready.... 30 minutes before they closed. Upon arrival, my dog was brought out and I looked him over. The only thing they did correctly was clip his nails. The shave was so BOTCHED and UNEVEN that even if they were a last resort, I would go to the store and buy a shaver and do it myself. While looking him over, he had fur that had been cut off still everywhere that I gladly brushed off my dog and onto their floor, at least what I could since it was sticking to him because he was still wet. I suppose they were too rushed to do the job right because but apparently had just enough time to make up a B.S. excuse saying they prioritized two dogs that supposedly came in covered in ticks to stick to a schedule, doing my dog as the last of the day and not until we called to see what was taking so long. Now I wonder 2 things, 1) does my dog now have TICKS from being in close proximity with these dogs that had it so bad.. and 2) why did they not report the owner of those dogs for NEGLECT if it was truly that bad. NEVER GOING AGAIN AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, YOU WON'T EITHER!!!
