I just got home from purchasing a calm paws recovery vest for $54.99 + tax for my dog because the inflatable dog collar didn’t work after she was spayed. Opened the box to fin a hairy vest with dried dog feces on it pic included!How does this happen - does the staff not open the returned items to inspect them? Disappointed isn’t the word!Hope you can see from receipt the date and time stamp!! I guess you have to open and inspect anything from this place - buyer beware!

I recently moved to Cape Coral and decided to take my pups to PetSmart since I did not know any groomers in the area. I was pleasantly surprised to see my pups after getting groomed, KJ did such an amazing job! I have two corgis. I will definitely be returning here and booking with KJ. Also their prices are very affordable, compared to other groomers in the area. Great experience at this PetSmart.

Damaged Goods With No Regrets

My dog Whisper has a long, sad story. I rescued her after she was saved from a dog fighting ring. She is 1 of 250 dogs. The horribly deplorable people that operated this dog fighting ring were a father and son combo. I adopted a severely broken and damaged dog. I was kind of concerned about taking her to Petsmart or anywhere in public at first. I had absolutely no idea what could or would happen. I waited about a month for Whisper to calm down and get comfortable at home with my family and I. My husband and son are the 1st men to ever really show her kindness and love. At about 5 weeks, I felt she was ready to go on her 1st outing with me. Whisper and I quickly developed an amazing and unbreakable bond, and I had no doubt at this time I could trust that she would listen to me. So our 1st stop was Petsmart! Whisper absolutely loved her 1st shopping experience! All of the employees were very understanding and didn't let Whispers past stop them from showing her love 💗 I liked up a few stuffies on the ground, and Whisper picked 3 out, lol. After making her 1st difficult decision on which stuffies to take with us, she happily chose her own snacks, balls, and a few other items. Whisper and I frequently go shopping in my local Petsmart, and the staff is always so kind and awesome! Anytime I have a question or concern about anything in the store, the staff is always able to help me. The grooming center is also very gentle and caring. They understand my dogs trauma and are very patient with her. My dog. Every time my dog and I go shopping at Petsmart, my dog leaves very happy, and I leave broke! Lol. Thank you, Petsmart, for allowing us pet moms and dads to bring our pets into your store and allow them to not only feel safe and comfortable but welcomed and loved while they shop!

We do our pet shopping here, however I will say their prices seem to be higher than most. They offer many specials yet the amount you have to pay to receive them is more than most are comfortable spending. People like smaller purchases with smaller savings... in my opinion anyhow. The store is always very clean. I'm usually able to find assistance from someone when needed. Selection is large. If they don't have it they can order for you. Store is pet friendly too which is a plus. All in all I'd recommend this store. Convenient access I might add.

I love the rewards program. I also love that I have my food and litter on a subscription Joy I don't normally have to worry about running out of anything. I went to the store the other day for a new litter mat and to check out some toys. I like the store except I don't like the fact that they sell animals because it sent right to keep these poor things in cages and aquariums. It would be awesome if they stopped selling live animals. But otherwise I do like the store.

First time ever in a PetSmart. Groomers were very nice and they had several girls working, but I only saw one other employee in store and she was a rude cashier. Will never buy in there again. Will only go to Pet Supplies Plus from now on. Their store employees are so much better and professional.

It opens early if you have a pet appointment. The vet techs are knowledgeable and helpful. We have 2 dogs and a cat. The vet staff all have dogs or cats so they are easy to talk to.

He looks innocent, but this guy has been blacklisted from PetSmart grooming salon 🤦🏽‍♀️😂. Apparently he’s “too difficult”. They never told us. They need to do a better job of hiring and training. We’ve had several other groomers without any issues!

Willing to work with you. Have 2 adopted cats from petsmart (who works with no kill shelter). I was having difficulty finding food they liked. I was able to buy several cans of different types of canned food. The unopened cans they did not like petsmart took back as long as I had receipts.

Im there way too much!! Staff at checkout are very nice, also the staff back in the aquarium / reptiles area are also very nice and very helpful with any questions or needs.. Two Thumbs Up!!

Great selection on some items such as canine food and training treats. Found a small bed in the feline isle for our miniature schnauzer puppy. Canine selection was mostly for medium to large dogs. Toy selection was fair. Not a great selection for small canines such as leashes, collars, beds, etc.. Prices were a little high but the location was convenient.

I took my little Lilly in for the first time. It had been awhile due to a previous groomer cutting her so short she hid in my closet for 2 weeks.Marissa did a fabulous job. I watched from a distance and my little girl looked totally comfortable. She left out of there prancing around showing everyone how pretty she was. Just made an appointment to take in my little boy now.

All the employees are so very helpful and honest! If they do not know an answer they point you in the right direction of who can answer your questions. They never tell you what you want to hear or are just trying to make a sale and are very knowledgeable in their departments. I love that my children and I can just go to visit the animals too and not be bothered or expected to make a purchase. My little ones are obsessed with animals so a trip to PetSmart is always a happy learning experience.

Yesterday I had an apptfor a pic with Santa @ 1:25. Didn't take me until almost an hour later. What is the point of an appt then? When I asked, I was told they were running a little behind. A little behind is 10-15 min, not an hour. The Santa didn't know how to hold pets. In fact, she dropped my almost 16 year old dog, who has bad arthritis in her back legs & was limping. Thankfully she's ok. Very sad & disappointing.

Saw a rack that had a sign that showed small stuffed animals for dogs for 99cents and half off the 2nd. My dog shreds everything so I thought awesome and grabbed 2! Also, I had seen an end cap with vitamins for dogs that said $6.99. I grabbed that up as well. Checked out and my total was $135 plus change.. was like ok... they had a long line and the dog food I bought was $69.99 plus a hoodie for my dog was $19.99 and some treats for $5.99. Just thought it added up fast. Got out in the parking lot and checked the receipt while loading up the trunk to see that the toys were NOT 99cents and the 2nd for 50cents, instead they were BOTH $3.99 each! Oh, and those vitamins were $17.99, not $6.99. Went right back in and the guy I approached had no problem fixing the toys for me for what the sign said and I didn't even say anything about the vitamins, I just returned them right away. While fixing the error, the worker called a lady over to show her the sign and she complained the entire time that it was meant for the tennis balls on the bottom of the rack... kinda upsetting how her attitude was, but I was happy I got what the sign said for the 2 stuffed animals and just didn't bother with the expensive vitamins. The guy was very nice and that lady was nasty rude!

Store staff are delightful and very helpful! They really know their products, and the customer comes first. And, the business supports great animal and humanitarian causes. Through a partnership with another elementary school, PetSmart donated 600 ADORABLE stuffed animals to Tice Elementary School. What an amazing gesture!

Went here to just look at hamsters and ended up taking home 2 hamsters and a scorpion. Kayla was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to care for our new pets. She answered all of our questions and taught us how to care for them. Kayla didn’t make it seem like we were wasting her time either, she made us feel like we actually mattered.
