This place is BAD. We went in to buy a $5-$10 Beta fish for our 3 & 5 yr olds, we were lectured about the type of tank, filtration, water etc to the point of them providing “NO WARRANTY” on the fish because it was going in a glass fish bowl. Oh and the kicker is they keep the beta fish in tiny glass cups…non filtered too, major hypocrites. Literally the worst, least inviting pet store and employees imaginable. I always try to support local non- chain businesses but in this case save yourself the trouble and steer clear. ZERO STARS!

Man they need to better train and better care for their fish. Came in today and bought 10 Otocinclus, the girl said she needed a bit to get them so we walked around for 10 minutes and didn't notice too much until I got home about 25 minutes later. Half of them appear to have been injured from them trying to catch them and the poor guys are very unhealthy. I kept one aside in a bowl floating in my tank to acclimate and gave him more time to acclimate than the rest due to him looking the worst and he unfortunately died about an hour later. See the pics for yourself.They have a good selection but avoid this store for live fish.

I loved this place. Their top priority is animal care and safety and I love that! They are squeaky clean and are super friendly! They have a large variety of animals and items for every animal! Unlike other stores they aren’t super pushy on sales for animals wich is nice, they look for good fits instead of sales wich is wonderful! And they give out care guides that I actually mostly agree with!

It's ok, but I prefer Petco because they carry my baby's food, Royal Canin for Dachshund and Pet Supermarket doesn't 🤯

I was out of town and stopped by this store July 11th to get my puppy some food and was greeted by the employee Angie, she was very sweet and offered to help me right away. Once I told her what I was looking for, she walked with me to the dog food isle and brought down the bag of food for my puppy as well as carried it all the way to cashier. She was so sweet and super attentive! I hope she gets recognized for her great work!

Me and my wife go every Sunday after church to get crickets. The staff is always friendly, and our usual gals that we see every time get us in and out pretty quickly. Really good pet store.

We love coming to Pet Supermarket and usually stop by twice a week for crickets. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and making sure we are finding what we need. Love their reward program, already been able to use two $5 off so far. Plus they carry a brand of cat food I can't find in other pet stores. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I have been here twice in the last couple weeks. Both times I was greeted and assisted by a lovely young lady named Bonnie. She was attentive and very helpful. I bought food for my Italian Greyhound. Miss Bonnie helped me select a new harness for my dog. She was extremely nice and extremely helpful. My dog felt completely at ease with her assistance. She gave him a treat as I was checking out with my products. Overall a very nice experience.

Great customer service! My husband and our kids were excited to get fish for our new pond. When we walked to the fishes in the back Forrest came right up to us and ask us if we needed help or had any questions. She helped us out tremendously. We appreciated it.

Had multiple issues at this location today (7/1/23 around 6pm) with one person. Believe her name was Angela? First she told my family that the kittens were new and shy and my family needed to give them space even though she said she noticed we were being kind to them. The kittens were far from shy as when we walked around, they followed us and wanted to be pet. But apparently she wanted us to leave them alone. Second time, she asked us if we needed help with fish. We said not yet and she told us we would need to go find her when we were ready cause she wasnt going to keep asking us and get told no. Lastly, when we were ready for fish, she tried to get them, but had trouble. They are butterfly loaches that stick to the glass. Well they went and hid and she told us she couldn't do much to help us anymore because the fish disappeared and left the tank. Then she handed the net to my nephew for him to try and find the fish. At this point, we went to get a different person to help us. We got Bonnie, who is a great employee, to find our "invisible" fish. She did find the fish and check our items out. Bonnie also apologized for our inconvenience and knows what she is doing and how to help customers. Angela, however, needs management to speak with her about her behavior and interactions with customers. If it wasn't for Bonnie and another worker named Noah, we would not be returning to this location.

I love pet supermarket. Everyone working there is so nice and helpful. I have a cat that wouldn't eat and one of the people working there, Bonnie, suggested I try a certain brand and type of food and she hit it right on the head. I don't think my cat has eaten since yesterday. She was somewhat traumatized by a visit to the vet. But I looked under after I put the food under the sofa and she's gobbling it up like crazy. So grateful to pet supermarket for helping me since I could not reach my vet. They have a great variety of things at the store. I will be back to buy some more of this food for my cat as well as other things. I do recommend this store.

This is my go to spot for my two dog’s needs. The pricing is fair and equal to anywhere else, and the staff is always friendly. They do all lot for our animals in this community and especially getting them forever homes. 👏👏👏

I don't often come to this Pet Supermarket. They don't carry my dogs favorite food. But I was after dog collars for Christmas gifts.They had the colors I wanted. The gal at the register was cleaning the floor where a visiting dog had an accident. She was very friendly and told me she would be right there to check me out. I would definitely recommend this store .I I give them a 5 .

Sydney was extremely knowledgeable about both the products and the pets. She remained professional and kind when an over-enthusiastic child and her mom interrupted us several times. The cashier who name escapes me, was gentle and loving with her bird friend. Great staff and a wide selection of products. All of the animals appeared to be well cared for. I would recommend shopping here.

For a "supermarket" I was expecting more items...there wasnt much choice in dog toys, or treats. Maybe I missed something but for those prices, I'd like more of a selection. I will return only in hopes that they increase their inventory, but something tells me they wont.However, I suggest everyone go and visit them, the staff is very nice. And anywhere you can bring your pet is a good place!

Every time I go here I get greeted waking in, like a robot programed to do so! I've actually walked back to the fishes many times and decided that if someone comes and helps me then I'll buy some from there, if not I'll go elsewhere! Most times I end up walking out and going somewhere else! Last time I waited 20 minutes, I timed it, and then went to another fish store and bought some really cool fishes! I only keep going back here because it's close but the service is horrible!

Prices are great, but what gets 5 stars is the service. It seems every time we go the Manager is there and everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. They have frequent sales and the store is clean and well laid out. Seems like we are here twice a week for something and they always have what we want in stock at a good price. Best Pet Supermarket I've been to.

Best customer service! My mother and I shop there once a month. The staff is friendly, helpful and they always offer to help us get our cart load of dog food out to the car. Prices are competitive and they have a reward program.
