New to the area/Florida & this is the 2nd groomer that I’ve tried. I absolutely adore my dog spa days & he enjoys them even more. He’s a Tea Cup Yorkie/ & he’s also an emotional support animal which can be hard to be separated for an extensive amount of time. Bentley loves the 2 ladies there. Highly recommended for grooming.

Macha and her staff are all very friendly and caring. I bring her my 3 babies and she does an amazing job with all of them!! Her prices are very reasonable and she has all 3 of my babies done within 2 hours, which really helps with my babies anxiety!! Love, Love, Love is all I can say ❤️

First time customer & it was the worst haircut my dog has ever had.Looks like they took clippers & shaved his whole body, including eyelashes & eyebrows. I complained and was told they cut all dogs the same. I DO NOT RECCOMEND

If I could give 10 stars I would ...Pepsicola's first cut in Cape Coral we just moved here and couldn't get info on a good groomer took my chance because previous reviews were good ...Well they did a fantastic job, very clean cut no choppy spots just perfect ..and they were very nice 👍 We have found our new groomer ...💜

Highly recommend, they did an amazing job on my 2 frenchies and had outstanding customer service. I let her know what I wanted done on them and she went above and beyond with them and my girls loved all of them. We'll definitely be back, found our forever groomer!

First of all, the owner, Macha and her staff are so very friendly-it was pipers first visit there and they welcomed her with open arms. Secondly, she did an amazing job on my little girl , she spent extra time on her and made her so pretty! We will definitely come back.

I will never bring my two baby dogs backs here.i have. 2 havenese , they had hair that was about 3.inches long. I told them to take half the length off. But no one is too touch my female's hair on the top of her head where I'm trying to re grow her top knot where the last groomers cut it to bear skin when I told them to leave it alone. They said no one would touch it. When i call for the third time to see if my dogs were ready they told me to come in 20 minutes. I see my dogs and they are both shaking, I take one look at Ellie, my female with the top knot, or should I say without. They shaved both of my dogs down to the skin. Our two little dogs have been so mishandled by everyone that works at this company. They don't listen to the owner and how to take care of the pet/ animal. Thru never offered me a refund nothing

I sat in the lobby listening to them yell “no!” to my dog during a simple mail trim Over & over after I TOLD THEM HE HAS A BROKEN LEG & IS GETTING SURGERY SOON!!!! & asked them to be extra gentle & courteous of him…… instead of listing to them comfort him in any way….. apparently I waited too long to knock and tell them to please discontinue the service as I heard them yell no extremely loudly continued with a big repeated slapping sound while my dog Yelped for his life!!!!! THEY ARE NOT GENTLE OR COURTEOUS

When I called and made the appt they asked how much my dog weighs and they gave me the price of $70 for a “full groom” which they said includes bath, nail trip and ear cleaning. When I went to pick him up, they sprayed a dog perfume on him and then told me it was $100, I asked why it had been changed from the $70 and they said it always had been $100…not sure if he received a bath, will not be returning.

Very professional, always on time! I will always recommend her for pet grooming. Her mobile grooming station has a really high level of cleanliness. My dog doesn’t always get along with others and is always nervous, but the way she treats him makes him happy and comfortable once he lives.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience with my dog. They have no idea what they are doing. They SHAVED my dog when I said a trim. Horrible experience. Never again. Run far far away from this place. They should be out of business.
