They've been our supplier of crickets for our Leopard spotted gecko for almost 2 years now. They're super nice, very informative, and always have great service. My wife and I always check out the other animals and reptiles and fish while we wait for our crickets. It's definitely one of the best hole in the wall pet shop's hands down.

Absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about this store. They were so incredibly helpful and made our daughters experience finding her new pet so special. They are knowledgeable and ensured we had everything we needed, in that bringing us so much peace of mind leaving with our new friend. I was a little disappointed by the sales team at this store as I mentioned I knew nothing about the chameleon I was buying and can you please explain what the care entails so that I know what I am getting into. I decided to move forward buying a cage lights droppers food vegetation the whole setup and two chameleons for the new tank. The first thing they do when putting them in the tank is start to fight. After minimal online research I was buying a new tank and setup because they are solitary animals and prefer no tank mates. Something I feel the store should of addressed as I said I was new and tell me everything I need to know. Needless to day the extra equipment was bought at a diffrent store as I wasn't going to reward them for shady practices lizard 50 cage and such over 300....

Horrible service! Was there to buy aquatic plants and turtle food. I was totally ignored then proceeded to register to pay for turtle food. Being next in line waiting I was then ignored again as the guy behind the register decided to help 2 women who just got there after me. It's not like they were busy and packed but to be totally disrespected by being ignore is not acceptable. I left without purchase and went to another store to do business.

Employees were very helpful. I could not find the treats i wanted for my little buddy, but the salesman helped me find some treats that my beautiful little friend enjoys. I was advised that I could get a full refund if he was not happy with my choice.

These guys make it worth the trip. Never have had a bad experience. Every young kid that works there is friendly, helpful, and really know there stuff. Kind of a rarity these days. The owners always make you feel welcome.No reason to go to big box pet store, This is a small buisness worth supporting!

Called in advance to get a flea shampoo for kittens 8 weeks or older and he said Yes! We have that here. So we came down and as soon as we walked into the store we asked where is the kitten shampoo. He proceeded to go to a shelf and started picking items up and then started to read the bottles. I promptly asked for the person who answered the phone to maybe help us out. He said hold a minute and I will find out. He comes back with a defeated look and said that he was talking about pills and didn’t have shampoo. Nothing like a store not even knowing there very little of product that they do sell. You would think they would know what they sell in there store.

This is where I get all my ferrets. They always have a cute young litter. Good selection of reptiles which my spouse loves and gets his rats for his snake all the time. Prices are good!

These guys are my number 1 go-to pet shop. Been going to them since 2006. I got all the little Betta Fishes for my wedding way back then. Brad and Greg?Craig? I never remember his name until I see his smiling face. They're great help with saltwater, critters and of course with Jaxx and me. Never will I stop stopping by in my needs of supplies, chats and Jaxx's treats and wardrobe.

I stopped in today for the first time and Bryan assisted me... he was doing something when I asked him for some help... I told him that I just got a new tank and needed any help to get it started...he stopped what he was doing and helped me, answering all my questions to help get what I needed... he even carried my bags to my car for me... Thank you Bryan. I greatly appreciated your time and knowledge!! I'll be back after my tank is ready to get some fish!! Thanks again!!

I own a chameleon. I am very used to going into Petsmart and seeing them have the incorrect lighting for these reptiles. I was extremely happy to walk into this pet store to find they have all the correct lighting for the chams!!!Everyone in the store was friendly, funny and very helpful! Went there today for the first time and the selection for the stores size is amazing! Tons of reptile, fresh and salt water fish supplies! Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Found everything I needed, plus more like items you normally can only get online. Great spot! Dont worry they also carry a nice selection of smaller animal items and the classic dog and cat supplies. Prices were more then reasonable and often cheaper then other stores.

Love love love this store and the staff especially Donnie. The store and the tanks and cages are always clean. They offer a nice variety of fish, corals etc. The staff are always very helpful in answering any question we have. They also educated us in what we were buying, how to care for them as well as what was a right fit for our tank. They offer saltwater options as well as fresh and a multitude of food choices to keep our guys fat and happy. The staff promote the fun of the hobby and not just out to make a sale. So glad this store opened up in this area. We have purchased many saltwater items from other stores and never found the quality we were looking for but now we have. Very happy with this store and your pup's will love the doggie bakery!
