About one year ago I bought my green cheeked conure skye from here. I actually disagree with what most people from the comments say about the bird’s health. GGC’s at a regular pet stores are 400-600 or more I only got her for 250!!! In addition I get her when she was a baby in perfect health no illness, feather condition perfect, and perfect weight. Birds at this store are healthy and well taken care of.

We purchased a pineapple, green cheek conure about 5 months ago after many visits to this shop. The owner was helpful in helping us decide which bird was for us. He was informative, friendly and took much time with us. His shop is organized, clean and the prices are fantastic! Our ‘Kiwi’ is very loving and our dog and cat just love this bird. We purchase all our supplies from this shop and share pictures and videos with the owner. We are so pleased with our loving, fun, healthy bird that we have recommended this shop to many people. The shop owner has also continued to help with questions, even after the purchase. Very much pleased!!! Great shop and an honest, helpful owner.

I can absolutely guarantee you the ratings that are over 1 star are fake. This place is one of the worst pet stores I've been into! The smell of that place is still lingering on me. It's way too small to be a pet store, the cages are too small, the smell is horrendous, the products on the shelves are dusty and stacked high, everything in that place is a safety hazard especially for the animals! Please use common sense and don't shop at this store. The bird cages were filthy, the food they had for them was the same for every bird small seeds. There was nothing in those cages for proper enrichment... Also! There were signs stating "no photography or recordings" which is a huge red flag bc the pictures they have advertised are not what you see when you go inside. It's literally all a lie! It's disgusting and I feel so bad for these babies who have no choice where they get to be. This place absolutely needs to be shut down.

I walked in to see if they had guinea pigs. As a former manager of a pet store, I was appalled. The cages were way to small! The smell was horrible. One of their baby conures was lying on the bottom of the cage dead. They had four guinea pigs shoved in a cage that was designed to hold a crested gecko. The ventilation for those animals were non- existent which is why it probably smells horrible! I wanted to buy every animal there just to save them.

I visited this store as a first time buyer looking at his birds and the selection. I didn’t buy on my first trip. Consequently I visited again, and found him cleaning and sanitizing the water bottles on the cages and he answered numerous questions and never seemed bothered that I was just looking.Yes I visited other small shops and the larger box stores, their inventory was lousy, the cleanliness questionable, the staff not very helpful. I returned and purchased my bird and supplies and am very happy with the owner and his store!

This shop needs to be shut down and the birds, fish and bunnies need to find a good home. It's so sad going in here. Way too small cages for every animal. Very dirty. Birds are not healthy. This place is not humane. So sad.

I'm the one which loves the birds, I have visited almost all pet shops around, I really the variety, colors and most important the PRICE which I found is here.The owner is so kind , educated , helpful and flexible.The shop is clean with many different pets.Thanks him for everything

A small but super nice place, the animals are very well cared for even though it is a small business and its space is limited. I recommend it if you want to adopt healthy animals at a very good price.

The prices were very reasonable. However, the store did not smell well, and almost all the products were dusty. Also, the person at the counter put my change/money on the counter instead in my hand. I really don't like that.

I was very happy after finding my new baby CHIICHII…………..and at an affordable price :). THE OWNER WAS ALSO SUPER SUPER helpful and also responds to every question I have right away and I have seen him handle the birds with care so if your looking for a conure or Quaker or budgie or finch (etc) than please check out CAPE CORAL PET SHOP…. Also SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS :)

Please do not buy animals from this shop! I bought a baby cockatiel from here and he would eat only very little formula that they gave me. I called several times and they told me to let him acclimate and he would be fine. After a few days and a vet appt costing almost $400 the vet stated the bird had a very severe respiratory infection in his crop and he probably would not make it, he passed the following day after treatment which was less than a week from purchasing the bird. I tried calling the store a few times and they didn’t Answer. When I walked in and tried explaining what happened he told me there was no way the bill was $400 for a cockatiel and he stated that after 72 hours he was in no way liable for the animal and there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds. I don’t know why they were questioning the bill amount as I wasn’t asking them to pay for it by any means and if it mattered I could show them the statement and vet visit form.. The one guy said he would give me half off the next bird. I explained I did reach out the first 72 hours and they didn’t do anything stating he was fine. The treatment of the animals in their care is awful, no educating bird owners, dirty cages, and no water for any of the animals. They had rabbits running around on the floor and placed in a dirty styrofoam cooler. I was yelled at when I took my phone out to take a picture of the bunny stating no recording or photos are allowed. In hindsight those should have been my indicators to not purchase anything for potential health risk but I felt bad for it and wanted to give it a home. This place is awful, RIP little Mango Habanero.

I'm compelled to write a review here because I think a lot of these are fake. I visited this shop looking for toys for my bird, but could tell something was wrong just from standing outside. You can hear there are way too many birds in such a small store.Getting inside is worse. They have small cages stacked from the floor up to eye level all over without adequate room for the birds, and you can easily see how stressed and likely malnourished they are.I wanted to take a photo of some really cute little guys to show my girlfriend, but was shouted at as soon as my phone came out of my pocket. If you're not doing anything wrong, you probably don't need to prevent people from taking photos.I've attempted to visit since to see if they had anything my own bird would be interested in, but every time I've gone in, the shopkeeper is just rude and unwelcoming.This place is awful and has no business keeping animals.

I bought a small little budgie bird from this place and I couldn’t be more happier. I’ve had him for a little over a year now and he’s the cutest lil thing. Owner doesn’t speak English very well so I brought a friend to help me translate. He’s very kind & super helpful
